Chapter 201 Enter The Glory Knight Academy?

Kyle's honest answer about his ignorance of the mutated Licara flower seed's use caused Sven to nearly collapse on the table in front of him.

He couldn't understand how someone as naive as Kyle had been able to survive in the Sadorla forest for the last year.

However, what Sven didn't know yet was that Kyle had overcome much more hindrances than the war that had swept through the Sadorla forest.

There were still many pieces of information Sven was lacking to understand everything.

Yet, the moment he lifted his head, he also noticed that a few of his Soldiers looked at him in confusion while trying to figure out what exactly the mutated Licara flower seed could be used for.

It might be an open secret many people knew about but Sven figured that there were more than enough people who didn't know about the Licara flower seed's true value.

Thus, he calmed down for a moment in an effort to not let out an angry outburst yet again on Kyle's suicidal proposal.

Unfortunately, this was not as easy as it might seem, which caused Sven to turn towards Kyle with a serious expression on his face.

"Are you sure about the brawl…? you might die if you were to enter it, and I'm pretty sure that you know that. I didn't focus on the details of the notification, but it's suicidal nonetheless!!

After all, there will be numerous prodigies from the surrounding kingdoms…"

The information about the brawl was not very detailed, but based on the notification, if he were to pick up a single mutated Licara flower seed, Kyle would have to survive a whole day within the dome, while his location would be exposed every time he moves.

This would be quite annoying, and extremely dangerous, but as long as he moved strategically, Kyle was confident of surviving.

Maybe not without necessary preparations, however, that was something they could solve quite quickly.

In the end, this meant that there were only two issues Kyle had to tackle, with one of them being the question if his combat prowess was high enough.

He doubted that the kingdoms would send out all of their most powerful prodigies because it was certain that they would kill each other without any hesitation.

Nevertheless, the peers with the same age as their physical body were likely to be at the Late Vitae stage.

With the necessary training this was certainly possible, which made the situation quite difficult because Arashi would only be at the Mid Vitae stage by then.

Meanwhile, he was bound to stay at the Low Vitae stage for quite a while.

Even his high wind affinity comprehension and other advantageous traits wouldn't make up for the lack of physical strength, which included the fact that Kyle was cultivating with Soul force.

Despite that, Arashi, who was also cultivating his entire being owing to Soul force, should also be able to actively support him.

Combining their cultivation with great finesse might even allow them to defeat prodigies of the other kingdoms.

However, that was something he couldn't be certain about which caused him to subconsciously reach for his necklace.

'Even if things go awry, I still have lots of soul energy that can be pumped into the devouring tree seedling with the use of the Nurture ability!'

After giving it some thought, Kyle understood that his situation was not favorable as there were multiple difficulties he would have to face at once.

Nonetheless, he decided to focus on the second issue at hand, which caused him to look at Sven as he asked straightforwardly,

"If the mutated Licara flower seed is as valuable as you make it seem…does that mean I will be able to enter the Lahin kingdom with Yasmine and Beatrice, or not?"

This question caused the two women to freeze in place.

Earlier, they had been a little bit worried because somehow they had assumed that Kyle would leave them behind to meet Selene.

Without them, it was possible for him to reunite with Selene, after all!

Yet, hearing his words caused them to smile dryly, knowing that he would enter the dome, and join the brawl just to procure the mutated Licara flower seed.

It warmed their hearts because it was partially their responsibility as it was not necessary for Kyle to enter the dome if he were to opt for an easy path.

However, for the sake of Yasmine and Beatrice, he seemed to be choosing the most difficult approach, causing them both to feel a bit guilty about the scenario.

They were worried, and also slightly frustrated about not being able to be helpful in the given situation, but the most dominating emotion within them was gratitude towards Kyle!

While Yasmine and Beatrice eyed Kyle with beady eyes that spoke volumes about what they thought and felt, Sven could only shake his head, questioning whether Kyle was insane or plain stupid.

Maybe, he was even both, but instead of discouraging Kyle, Sven decided to let go of his anger and provide some tips instead.

He had forced himself to calm down, and to help the young man, knowing that he was too stubborn to change his opinion.

'What a hassle to have a young and stubborn youth in front of me!'

Yet, despite seeing him act like a stubborn kid, Sven recalled how Kyle used to behave just a year ago.

Even though he had been much weaker, Kyle had been a remarkable person, whether it was his personality or combat prowess.

Thus, he thought of a proper answer for Kyle, and helped him a little bit.

"Because you don't even know the value of the ordinarily found Licara flower, I will explain it to you in detail.

In the entire Shalivra valley, there should only be a total of five Licara flower seeds, if I'm not wrong. They might create seeds once in a while, but those seeds are not as potent as the original ones.

They lack certain conditions making them unsuitable to be planted again.

However, that is not necessary, to begin with, either way.

Instead, you can increase the potential of someone's cultivation by giving them a potion that was concocted with the Licara flower seed. As for the mutated seed, their energy fluctuations are manifold higher.

In the end, the Sadorla forest harbors the only mutated Licara flower in the entire Shalivra valley.

Thus the seeds are limited in number, and even the Queen will benefit from a single potion made of a Licara flower seed!

As such, you and your partners will be able to enter the Lahin kingdom easily, possibly even as the government's special guests if you provide them a Licara flower seed, even if it were not to be a mutated one!"

The answer satisfied Kyle as it gave him some reassurance that one mutated Licara flower seed would be more than enough for him, Beatrice, and Yasmine to enter the Lahin kingdom.

Yet, while Kyle was satisfied, Beatrice and Yasmine, both of whom had only partially listened to Sven's words, couldn't help but spit out the water they had been drinking before their eyes flicked to Kyle.

This attracted everyone's attention as the two women exchanged glances and were embarrassed about what had just happened.

Nevertheless, they had the same thought in their minds.

'Isn't the function of the Licara flower seed exactly what Kyle's ability can do?!'

Kyle had figured this by now, but he was not all that shocked by this.

Based on his past life, and also intel he had received in this life, there had been more than enough information about treasures that could enhance one's potential.

In fact, while Sven explained to him the use of the Licara flower seed, he recalled that he might have heard about this already though he couldn't clearly remember it.

"That means I can enter the kingdom as long as I procure a single Licara flower seed, great! I guess I have a goal now!"

With a goal in mind, Kyle would, at least, be able to come up with multiple plans through which he could complete various tasks in order to procure a Licara flower seed.

Yet, it was at this moment that one of the Soldiers who had been silent all this time revealed some information neither Kyle nor the two women knew before.

"Not only will you be able to enter the kingdom, but if you procure a mutated Licara flower seed, the three of you will be able to receive much more in return.

I guess the queen would even allow you to enter the Glory Knight academy.

After all, there were many nobles who wanted to accept a bunch of other races from the surroundings to make peace with them. As such, their first step of the plan was to start with the Anadra kingdom, or to be precise, with the royalty of some races of the Anadra kingdom.

This information shocked Kyle a lot.

Yet, the most flabbergasted of all was Yasmine, whose shocked face was suddenly eyed by Kyle and Beatrice.

"HUH!?!? I…didn't know about that! My parents didn't say anything either…or did they?"

Now, she was beginning to doubt herself, and Yasmine could only try to recall memories that didn't exist.

However, what she found even after trying hard to remember was not even the slightest recollection.

As such, Yasmine was struggling to meet the gazes of Kyle and Beatrice, wanting to figure out if she and her family had been playing around with them.

Fortunately, the same quiet soldier decided to help out Yasmine as he revealed a little bit more.

"I think there were only a few families invited, and if I remember correctly the House of the Phoenix wasn't invited because the queen and your mother were….not on good terms? But that's just a rumor…"

Nodding their heads, Kyle and Beatrice accepted this reason, giving Yasmine the necessary time to take a few deep breaths.

She had been unable to breathe properly under the pressure of the intense gazes of her two friends and was glad that she didn't forget something so important.

Yet, despite knowing the truth, neither of the three could really believe that the Lahin kingdom wanted to extend the olive branch to the Anadra kingdom.

It was not that they were at war, but their relationship had always been tense.

Meanwhile, the Lohars had never actively shown any interest in accepting other races in their kingdom.

Because of that, Kyle was astonished to hear that the mutated Licara flower seed might even allow him to enter the Glory Knight academy.

The quiet soldier knew that Kyle was desperate to enter the said academy, which was precisely why he named it.

Nevertheless, being a lookalike to someone from the Aldra race didn't make things easier.

As such, it was quite a peculiar situation for Kyle.

Yet, in the end, everyone agreed on the fact that the queen would certainly allow his group to stay in the Lahin kingdom for an indefinite period.

The only unknown factor was whether they would be able to enter the capital in which the Glory Knight academy was located, or not.

Having received the intel of a secret not many beings outside the Lahin kingdom knew, Kyle felt fortunate.

Despite that, he couldn't help but look at the quiet soldier, hoping that his earnest revelation wouldn't cost him his job.

Given all the thoughts buzzing through his head, Kyle was a little bit worried, but all of this was nothing in comparison to the excitement about the plan that was slowly forming in his mind.

'So..I will really enter the dome and join the brawl in three weeks?'
