Chapter 190 Back To Where It All Began

Name:Spirit Soul Author:HideousGrain
After traveling for four weeks, Horice was extremely exhausted.

At the same time, the Wind God blessed horse was exhilarated, owing to the fact that he was in the effective range of the wind orb, allowing him to comprehend the essence of the wind while simultaneously flying through the air.

Kyle had placed the wind orb in a safe location within the chariot so that it wouldn't accidentally fall.

This made it possible for him, Arashi, and Horice to continually sense the wind essence.

As such, he didn't have to pay much attention to the others' comprehension of the wind, giving him the necessary time to focus on himself.

Unfortunately, Arashi had to absorb the surrounding energies before converting them to Soul force in order to allow Kyle to cultivate.

Nonetheless, everything worked much better than expected, and all three of them were satisfied with their cultivation results.

While Arashi had solidified five out of nine beads, Beatrice had charged up to Kyle's cultivation base that was at the Low rank of the Vitae stage.

Both had created two beads and it wouldn't take long for them to have enough liquefied energy droplets in order to solidify their third bead.

For Kyle, this was exceptional because his companions were advancing in their respective cultivation stages but he didn't spend most of his time cultivating.

Instead, he focused on comprehending the essence of the wind, reaching the highest possible understanding, while reading all kinds of books for several hours, every single day.

Cultivating for a few hours a day allowed him to liquefy his Soul force, and create a few droplets but that was mostly it.

In the end, having nurtured Arashi's energy absorption and conversion hues allowed both of them to hasten their cultivation progress.

Thus, Kyle had been able to reach his current cultivation base, while Arashi was about to reach maturity.

If their assumption was not wrong, the Spirit Soul would reach his racial limit at the Mid Vitae stage, with nine solidified beads!

That meant there were only four beads left for Arashi to manifest before he attained maturity.

Afterward, Kyle could avert the focus of his nurturing to other capabilities, such as the mutation path.

However, after thinking about it for some time, he realized that he needed to prioritize the energy absorption and conversion rate, in addition to Arashi's wind affinity seed over the mutation.

After all, the mutation path had to be completely nurtured in order to show even a single effect, which was different from the other paths Kyle could nurture!

His efficiency in nurturing a single path began to show an extraordinary effect after a ot of time and energy had been invested, in comparison to the direct effect that allowed his cultivation to progress faster.

As such, it was only logical for him to focus on the other things first.

Given that, many things had changed throughout the last four weeks.

While he didn't sleep a lot, the same could be said for Beatrice and Yasmine who were all inspired by him to work hard.

Beatrice was refreshing her knowledge of the most common things that had changed or upgraded over the course of time.

Most of her knowledge was outdated and not knowing certain facts irked her tremendously.

After all, she was 50,000 years old and was supposed to be the most knowledgeable in their entire group.

However, that was not the case, and it seemed like Yasmine had received the best education, which was certainly not difficult.

Kyle had just reincarnated and could be said to be an infant in the realm of cultivators.

On the other hand, Beatrice was already old enough to be a powerhouse, with the sole disadvantage of her being that she had never left the Razkadan castle's walls before Kyle had arrived.

Frustrated about herself, she focused on solving the issues at hand.

Reading books about different behavioral traits of races, and the preliminary knowledge imparted to everyone, and everything else she had to know was something that helped her ease this frustration.

As such, she hadn't solely focused on cultivating or getting to know the new function of her blood affinity.

Despite that, Beatrice had been intrigued about her body, race, and what exactly the blood armor of hers meant.

Why did she suddenly unlock a new function of the affinity she had known for her whole life, and what exactly was too fearsome for Lyon to tell her about the race of hers?

There were too many questions and she wanted to find out everything.

Unfortunately, this was easier said than done, and the easiest solution to all of them was to stay patient and focus on learning.

In fact, she had already figured out the most likely solution to the questions about her blood armor.

Looking at Kyle, who was the answer to her question, she couldn't help but feel odd.

Since the last incident in which she had almost violated him unintentionally, a few things had changed.

One of these things was that she received a few conserves of his blood, which he had prepared for her in case of emergency situations.

That happened quite fast considering that it had only been a few weeks since they had departed from Yasmine's home.

However, this was one of the changes that were great.

Sadly, the not-so-great thing was the fact that Beatrice had no idea what she was supposed to think now.

Her mind was a mess, and knowing that Kyle was her soulmate didn't really help her.

Instead, it turned her mind into a bigger mess than it already was before.

In the end, the exact same could be said about Yasmine too.

Initially, she was just interested in the individuals' Kyle and Beatrice, because they seemed less boring than anyone else she had met so far.

However, over time, she figured out that they were not only people she was interested in but, in fact, the first people other than her parents that she had truly liked.

They were interesting and made her feel like she was not someone extra special with strong bloodlines and unparalleled talent.

Rather, while being around Kyle and Beatrice, she felt like an ordinary being who belonged to them, and their group.

Her primal instincts didn't betray her at all, even if others may think it was weird for Yasmine to approach them so openly, to the extent that she turned into a creepy stalker.

Yasmine had never been someone who cared about others' opinions, and it was only her parents and the two that sat with her in the chariot, whose opinion Yasmine truly cared about.

Nevertheless, Yasmine also noticed that her emotions were in turmoil, ever since the incident with Beatrice and Kyle had happened.

On one hand, it was exciting to see the chemistry between them, but on the other hand, she was oddly relieved to hear that Beatrice and Kyle were not together.

It was a weird feeling, and the most important thing she had in mind was not to become the third wheel.

Yet, hearing that they were traveling towards the Lahin kingdom for another woman, caused Yasmine to have mixed feelings about Kyle.

She was not sure what to think of him, and she began to question whether he was just oblivious about what he was doing, unaware of the emotions of women, or if he was simply toying with everyone.

After thinking about it for some time, Yasmine believed that it might be none of the options she had previously considered.

Rather, it seemed most logical that Kyle couldn't care less about getting a lover, or into a serious relationship.

He obviously cared about Beatrice, and even more so the Lohar he was looking for, but in Yasmine's opinion, he wasn't feeling romantically attracted to either of them.

Maybe, he was attracted to their body, but from what she had seen in the little incident he had with Beatrice, Kyle had tried his best to prevent his body and hormones to gain an advantage over his mind.

This was oddly relieving, yet also burdensome because Kyle would accept all kinds of people to travel with him, as long as he trusted them and he could benefit from their support.

At the bare minimum, he had to trust them to a certain extent, and not consider them as a burden that might even destroy his plans or alter his progress.

Concluding her perception of Kyle, she found him to be gentle, and kind but also calculating and rational in situations that required a clear mind.

This combination made him an interesting companion, and her interest in finding out more about him continued to increase because Kyle had the unbending will to become much stronger than before, and not repeat the regretful mistakes of his past life!

Unbeknownst to Yasmine, the event in which Horice's Wind God blessing and the wind orb had caused the wind dome to emerge around the horse, Akashi and Kyle, seemed to have changed her opinion about many things.

She had seen how hardworking Kyle was, followed by his talent, and affinity with other beings.

This had influenced Yasmine a lot causing her mind to feel tremendous changes occurring within her.

However, rather than distracting her from becoming stronger, these changes only helped her completely focus on cultivating and understanding the fraction of her unveiled bloodline.

She had connected the nine beads that were within her mana core and gathered the energy they provided in the center in order to prepare the manifestation of the Sacarda bead that was ought to blossom at the peak of the Vitae stage.

Thus, her cultivation base had improved quite a lot, even if not that much had changed.

In fact, the only significant change was the connection of the beads and that they were about to provide energy to the center of her vessel.

Yet, this subtle change was already an arduous task that would take a few months for an ordinary cultivator to complete.

Yasmine was by no means ordinary, and owing to her focusing on cultivating for the first time in her life, she noticed that her comprehension of everything she tried to grasp was distinct, allowing her to use several tips her mother had given her.

These tips were mostly for beings like her with unique constitutions, multiple bloodlines, and so on.

As such, Yasmine could focus on her own cultivation, while refining her understanding of the Phoenix bloodline. Though this kept her occupied and she was not able to provide guidance to Kyle, who was testing out quite a few things.

Beatrice knew what she was doing, but Kyle was wondering if he was doing everything properly and if the way he was cultivating was the only possible path to cultivate.

'There are probably countless ways to cultivate, I guess?'

Oblivious to whether it was possible to use different ways to cultivate or not, Kyle simply focused on what he knew.

This allowed him to get his act together, even after reaching the borders of the Sadorla Forest, as they approached the garrison of the Anadra and the Lahin kingdom!

'Finally, I'm back!!'
