Chapter 75 Directors Discussion

Hank is back in his office, he's been texting and now the bosses are asking him for an online meeting.

Even though he was an old man who had a lot of life experience and his bosses were younger than him, he was still nervous to the point his hands were covered in cold sweat.

Many factors worried him. The first is naturally himself, and the second is his family. He might be a man who deserved to be tormented in the deepest hell after death, but he was still a human, not a demon. The demon himself may also have fear.

Phew!

He sighed before the screens in front of him lit up. They used a different system from this place, so even if this place's system was broken into by hackers, this one's system would not be affected. Unless the hacker is really skilled, of course, but there aren't that many in the entire world.

There are three screens, each showing one person when they light up.

The three of them were middle-aged men, wearing suits, and neatly dressed, like successful men in general.

"Hank…" The man who appeared on the screen in the middle immediately called out his name, glaring at him. If looks could kill, Hank would be dead.

Becoming even more frantic, Hank quickly said, "director, it was my fault and I admit it, this case was beyond my capabilities. I am ready to accept the punishment."

"Punishment, hmph!" The man on the left snorted coldly. "That lost item cannot be exchanged even with your thousand lives, what punishment is appropriate for you? Nothing at all."

Of course, Hank knew that, so he lowered his head.

"About that young man named Arthur, how did you feel when you saw him?" Ask the director, his name is Marcos, Director of the European Branch of the Mossad.

Hank was happy that Marcos asked about Arthur, he replied "Director, I think he's very mysterious, plus, he can actually do things like make Hunter and his underlings acknowledge him as boss."

Hearing Hank's words, Marcos and his two deputy directors, Santos and Sergio, looked at each other.

"If he is the culprit, then you can be sure he is not an ordinary human being," said Sergio, who had not spoken since earlier.

"Yeah!" Marcos nodded in agreement while Hank suddenly thought of something that made his eyes shine brightly.

"He's a magus," he said spontaneously.

"Hmph, I thought your brain was getting smaller," said Santos with a gloomy expression.

Hank paused, wondering what their plan was against a magus.

There was silence for about a minute until Sergio laughed. "What are those magi? They were never seen again, only appearing and leaving traces that they existed. Wasn't it because they were afraid to show up? They are afraid of our weapons which can destroy everything."

Hank was taken aback by his words so he looked at him in surprise. He also didn't know whether to laugh or cry, he thought, 'You underestimate magi, but what is all this for? Isn't it to research how to become a magus?'

"We naturally don't fear magi!" Marcos nodded. "The problem is; how do we get the skull back? We need to devise a strategy."

"Threatening his with his family especially his aunt is something very simple, but the problem is that woman is an influential official. Not to mention that we shouldn't do that, we also don't have the power to do it because this is not the Middle East."

"So the only option is to attack that young man directly, while he is still on the Sicily Island."

"Who shall we send?" Ask Sergio.

"Let's send over some of our country's masterpieces. Coupled with our weapons, is a magus stronger or are we stronger?"

"That's a great idea! I'll contact headquarters, they should be arriving on the island this afternoon. We also need some people to fight Hunter and his troops."

"By the way, if the culprit was him, the hacker would have to be Rose. I've never heard of her having that skill, but it's possible that she learned it on the sly." Sergio asked again.

"Hmph, she should have long since mastered the system of the Stage of Death," Santos replied.

"Right, do you guys think there's a chance of her breaking into our communications this time?"

"Hahaha, that's funny." Santos laughed.

Unfortunately, things fell silent after he spoke.

"It's not easy to break into the Mossad's defense system, maybe there are only a few in this world, it would be too funny if that little girl who never went to school could do it." Marcos said with a smile, calming the slightly tense situation.

___

There is a very feared hacker in the hacker community, his/her title is Full Moon, who is said to have light on the internet. It's not like he/she's omnipotent because no matter what, there are limitations to a hacker no matter how well-skilled they are. However, no matter how powerful a system is, a skilled hacker can likely break into it if it gets too close to it.

And that hacker is Rose, a coincidence that might be hard to find.

Amanda was still surprised when Rose explained about it. She wanted to tell her she was lying, but was left speechless when Rose let her overhear the conversation between Hank and the three directors of the European Branch of the Mossad.

"Boss, what's your plan?" Rose asked Arthur who still didn't change his expression.

"I thought the masterpieces they were referring to were their Evolvers, but well, just a few of them against fifteen knights, they're going to die!"

"But boss, your secret was exposed because of this," said Rose.

"It doesn't matter and it can't be considered exposed unless they see it in person. And I'm sure they won't be able to see it."

"..."

"By the way boss, can I see your strength and I also want to try mine?" Rose asked, a question that instantly made Amanda's eyes sharp.

"Rose, since your IQ is higher than mine, you should realize that your boss isn't an ordinary person even if he's compared to a thousand magi," she said.

"I know, and I don't have any bad intentions," Rose replied.

"That's a great idea," Arthur replied. "Let's meet the others first so you can do it together with them."

Arthur's words directly made Rose purse her lips as she understood a deeper meaning than those words. Basically, he was saying that she herself wouldn't be able to do anything in front of him.
