Chapter 73 Protocol

The lights that had been extinguished came back on, but not just the lights on the stage, but also the lights in the stands.

Everyone looked at each other as they finally got a clear view of the scene, they forgot about the battle on that stage even though the screams of the two women were still very loud.

On the other hand, Hank knit his brows. Everything happened in a short time, he couldn't even do anything yet because he needed preparation to move in the dark.

"Manager, this looks like a hacker attack," said a man standing behind the computer.

"Hackers?" Hank held his chin, his eyes on the screen showing Arthur, Rose, and Amanda. They were still sitting, so he didn't feel like they had done anything.

That Rose was holding her cell phone is not strong evidence. Plus, he didn't know that Rose was a hacker either.

"M-manager, look at this." Someone suddenly called out to Hank in a trembling voice which gave the old man a bad feeling.

When he saw the screen that person was pointing at, his eyes immediately opened wide.

"Damn it!" He cursed, then took a step out of the room.

His assistant who knew the real secret of this place immediately followed him.

In no time, Hank was back on the stage, followed by several bodyguards. Unlike before, they carried assault weapons. Their arrival caught the attention of the crowd and when they took another look at the stage, only then did they notice that there was a hole.

How did it appear? They wonder.

Emilia and Gianna who were biting and clawing at each other couldn't help but stop because there were too many coming this time. They were shocked, amazed, and then recalled that they had been kidnapped. Before they fought, they were still locked in a box.

It's a situation that leaves them wondering what to do, whether to keep fighting or stop for a bit. The thing was, doing the latter was really difficult because their hatred had already reached a level that was hard to stop. They might have stopped now, but their hands were still grabbing each other's hair.

Hank didn't even glance at them, he went straight into the hole in the stage.

Only moments later, his screams filled the entire hall. "Damn, who is it, who is stealing here?"

If the audience in the stands were astonished, those watching online were even more astonished.

His assistant, who had only recently become aware of the problem, quickly sent a message to stop the live stream.

All equipment including sound suppression devices in the stands were also turned off.

Of course, situations like this where the fight had to be stopped had happened, and usually, they would have returned the money that had been paid.

As the voices in the stands resounded as the silencers were turned off, Emilia and Gianna finally looked there, and it caused their eyes and mouths to open wide.

At the same time, they suddenly remembered Arthur's words.

"What really happened?" Amanda wondered in a low voice as she glanced at Arthur. She didn't ask Arthur directly knowing it would raise them under suspicion if anyone eavesdropped on them. With what she was doing now, it would make those who were eavesdropping think they had nothing to do with this event.

"This trip was not completely in vain!" To Amanda's surprise, Arthur actually answered even though the meaning of his words were quite vague.

Moments later, Hank came out of the hole, onto the stage.

At the same time, Gianna suddenly said, "please, whoever it is, help me kill this slut, I will do anything as long as she dies."

Hank couldn't help but stare at her because of the sound, he knit his brows and his expression almost became gloomy.

"Take them away," he said to the men who followed him.

They moved quickly, separating Emilia and Gianna before pulling them away.

The two women tried to rebel because they still didn't completely calm down, but under the strength of several men, they couldn't do anything about it.

"Ehmm..." Hank cleared his throat to calm himself a bit.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please forgive us for this program being interrupted and we have no other choice but to stop it... But don't worry, your money will be safe, it will be returned to your respective accounts as soon as possible." He said while trying to contain his muddled emotions.

"Ahhh... This sucks, it's rare to see such a fun fight," said one of the spectators, a man in his early 30s, with a chubby body. He seemed very influential, probably from a large family because even Hank had to smile apologetically as he spoke.

"As long as I get my money back, it's fine." Some don't really mind. Even though the fight wasn't over, it was still a fun fight. Importantly, it can be considered free.

They finally started to stand up one after another. However, before they could take a step, Hank suddenly said, "ladies and gentlemen, please wait a moment!"

"What?" The people were shocked because they felt like Hank wanted to do something to them.

"Ladies and gentlemen, something is missing here. We're sure none of you took it, but this is protocol and we have to follow it for the safety of all of us and for the continued existence of this place." Hank said in a quick tone, trying to calm the situation down before panicking and he immediately signaled his subordinates to move. He himself followed them, the place he headed for was the stands where Arthur was.

One by one, the people in the stands began to be examined in detail.

Most of Hank's underlings also didn't know what they were looking for, so when they checked those people, they even checked their pockets and wallets, causing quite a bit of displeasure.

Of course, Hank kept tabs on each of his underlings so he could let them know if they found what he was looking for.

Arthur who was watching their actions just laughed softly. Of course, that's something ridiculous because it's not so easy to hide the skull's mouth. It wasn't small and it even emitted light, according to him at minimum using a suitcase to hide it and of course, not many of those people had suitcases with them. Most left their suitcases outside.
