Chapter 5 Morning!

He sent energy at them so that they would be crushed if they fell into the hands of anyone other than Isabel and Carla. Then, he placed them on his bedside table before closing his eyes, beginning to meditate.

However, unlike before, there was no energy ripple at all around him, it was extremely calm as he was indeed not trying to absorb energy.

Tonight, he only wanted to stabilize his newly formed Spiritual Core so that it wouldn't have any problems the moment he unleashed his power.

Morning!

He opened his green eyes that seemed to become even brighter. There was no tiredness on his face even though he sat up all night, he looked even more refreshed than someone who had just woken up.

As soon as he stood up, he stretched his body, causing his bones to creak.

'Do I need to go to school?' The question suddenly appeared in his head.

He was only in his 3rd year of high school, even though he wasn't far from graduating, he was still a student at last. Several years into the future, he was also still a student. To an old demon like him, it naturally felt strange.

However, after giving it some thought, he thought, 'for the time being, I'd better go with the flow first!'

Besides that, he also wanted to meet that man called Alex. He was certain that there was no animosity between them, never even making contact, why would he want to kidnap him?

He then went to the bathroom, took another shower to clean his slightly sweaty body.

Today, he was wearing long jeans and a black shirt, which has always been his favorite look. Of course, there was a difference now because the power hidden within his body gave off a faint aura that couldn't be seen by human eyes yet made them couldn't help but think that there was some mystery hidden from him.

Coming out of his room, he saw Carla also came out of her room.

Her hair was neatly combed, she wore long jeans and a long-sleeved white shirt, looking like a professional woman.

"Good morning!" Arthur greeted her, something he had never done before.

Despite seeing Arthur's changes, Carla still felt strange. She seemed unsure how to respond.

In the end, she answered in a low voice. "Morning!"

For a moment, she looked embarrassed. And she immediately walked away.

'What's this? Is this the so-called little sister change because the big brother achieved something?' Arthur showed a strange expression.

At certain times, Carla would give him advice, scold him, or even be satirical.

However, seeing the way she was now, Arthur thought that maybe he wouldn't see those things again.

At the dining table, Isabel had arrived first.

She was only wearing a short skirt today, so her legs were clearly exposed. They were long, bright white, and slender, perhaps better than most top model legs.

Her hair was in a neat bun while her lips wore a light lipstick. Plus the gray shirt she's wearing, you can only describe her with the word perfect.

This is the peak of a woman, having above average beauty and a brilliant career.

When hearing rumors about her, Arthur almost always heard of men confessing their love to her only to be turned down.

Who knows why she never married, Carla's father is also a mysterious existence because Arthur and Carla don't know who he is.

"Good morning!" She said with a faint smile, her gaze only on Arthur.

She head nodded slightly, seemingly satisfied with his appearance.

Arthur responded with the same smile. He took out one of the two papers he had written on.

"Aunt, I have written a spell for you," he said, handing the paper to her.

The woman immediately took it and read it. However, upon seeing the writings on the paper, she became confused.

"What's this?" She asked spontaneously.

"It's not easy to understand the spell, so you have to read it over and over again," replied Arthur.

Isabel finally tried to focus more.

Of course, no one would understand the first time they saw spells. She still looked confused despite being very focused while reading it.

"What about me?" Carla asked.

Arthur took out the other piece of paper and handed it to her.

Like her mother, she too was immediately flustered the moment she read it.

"Let's have breakfast first!" Isabel could only stop in the end. She keeps the paper in her wallet.
