It Really Hurts (3)

After the doubts that might have shocked his world view were resolved, Rothgarr finally had the mind to pay attention to other things.

Anna said that Balan was very handsome.

He remembered that she didn’t seem to have praised several human males for being handsome, but at this moment she said that a demon was handsome? Wasn’t she fearful and wary of Balan back then? She thought that Balan was very handsome!

Rothgarr snorted coldly and asked her with a sullen face, “How is your injury?”

“It’s not a big deal, I’ll be fine in a while.” Anna casually turned back and stared at him again, “Why didn’t you ask me what happened after?”

Of course she knew that the demon must know what happened after, but since she “didn’t know” that he was a demon, the reaction she gave must make sense.

Seeing Anna talking about Balan’s fashionable appearance, Rothgarr’s expression was even more ugly, and he replied indifferently: “Not interested.”

After he finished speaking, he directly bent down and took Anna in his arms, and jumped off the top of the cliff.

Anna: “…!”

She pressed one hand on her wound, and after feeling weightlessness for a moment, she was so frightened that she quickly grabbed the demon’s collar with her other hand.

The falling momentum quickly ended. Rothgarr was very skilled in controlling the wind element. He led Anna to jump on the canopy and flew away from the line of life and death.

Anna secretly looked up at the demon. The lines of his chin were tense, and he looked unhappy.

However, he probably would not continue to suspect that she knew his real identity, although in fact she did not have time to explain it clearly.

She felt that he should have figured it out by himself, so she had better not rush to explain, after all, she “didn’t know” what he “misunderstood” or something, so it would be a bit too deliberate to force an explanation.

So Anna ignored the demon and focused on healing the wound on her own shoulder with Holy Healing. Because the wound was a bit big, the tingling and sharp pain when it healed forced Anna’s physiological tears.

Anna had basically not suffered any injuries since she transmigrated, and this time was likely the most serious. Before she transmigrated, it had been smooth sailing, so this time, after the adrenaline had worn off, she felt that she did not tolerate pain well.

It really hurts…

It hurt when it wasn’t healed, and it hurt when it was healed… No wonder the demon had grabbed her hand tightly while she was healing him. She also wanted to hold tightly onto something.

Anna broke out in a cold sweat and finally stopped the healing.

It was so painful that she couldn’t concentrate. And because she had been healing for a while, she guessed that the wound that was healing at the moment must be very indescribable; she didn’t even dare to look at it.

Anna thought that the demon wasn’t paying too much attention to her, but as soon as she stopped the healing, he slowed down and looked down at her: “Why did you stop?”

When Rothgarr lowered his head, he saw Anna’s pale face, cold sweat, lips bitten red by her teeth, and wet red eyes.

He was stunned, stopped completely and landed on the ground, frowning: “Poisoned?”

After he finished speaking, he felt that wasn’t right. The three-headed demonic eagle did not contain venom.

Anna shook her head, and her voice wavered as if she was going to cry: “It just hurts so much…”

She thought: this feeling was similar to a surgery without anesthesia, right? Holy Healing was not a panacea… It seemed that to treat such severe wounds, it still had to be used in conjunction with the potion “Intoxicated”; that potion could be used as an anesthetic.

“It’s painful?”

Rothgarr was not in a good mood now, and his words were not very pleasant. He put Anna down on the spot, let her lean against the tree trunk, and pulled away her hand that was holding the wound. Anna subconsciously resisted, but after he looked at her coldly, she obediently relaxed her strength. A golden light flickering from his fingertips, and the fabric near her wound was torn open by the golden light, revealing the hideous healing wound underneath.

He frowned, suddenly regretting that he just let those three headed demonic eagles get away.

He didn’t see Anna’s injury before, and thought it was just a small wound. He didn’t know the wound was so big and so deep.

Seeing that the demon’s hand seemed to want to touch her wound, Anna quickly blocked him: “It hurts, don’t touch it.”

Rothgarr’s heart was filled with anger which he didn’t know who it was directed at, and he stared at Anna coldly: “If you don’t let me touch it, who do you want to touch it?”

Anna: “…”

She was in so much pain, and he still deliberately misinterpreted her meaning!

“Myself!” Anna replied angrily.

It didn’t matter, the pain was temporary, as long as she endured it for a while, it would pass, and the pain would stop…

She ignored the demon, and put her right hand on the wound on her left shoulder, and was about to use the Holy Healing Technique, but the demon grabbed her wrist.

Anna raised her eyes and stared at the demon, her expression fierce: “What are you doing!”

Rothgarr frowned. “It doesn’t hurt anymore?”

Anna followed his example and said sarcastically: “It’s painful?”

Rothgarr snorted coldly, pulled on Anna’s wrist to move her hand away, and put his own hand near the wound.

A  black dark element formed in his palm and penetrated into Anna’s wound. After a while, Anna felt the pain of the wound ease.

Anna thought it was strange and asked: “What spell is this?”

She saw that it was a spell of the dark element, but unfortunately she did not have an affinity for the dark element, so she couldn’t cast it even if she knew.

“You can’t cast it,” Rothgarr said nonchalantly.

Although this was true, Anna was still very angry when the demon said this.

Rothgarr glanced at her. “What are you waiting for? Use Holy Healing.”

Although very angry, Anna would not take it out on her own body, and immediately cast the Holy Healing spell.
