Picked up an Adolescent (3)

Abel looked wary: “What tying method?”

Anna smiled slightly: “Won’t you find out in a while?”

After a while.

“Stop it, I don’t want to be tied like this!”

“Ahhhhh, you evil woman, I am going to kill you!”

Anna didn’t pay attention to Abel’s wails and howling cries. She realized that he was not completely ignorant. At least when he was cursing at her, although his demeanor was strong, in reality, he kept his volume low because he knew that he could not attract the attention of others.

She didn’t think she was going overboard. In fact, she only tied Abel’s feet, and then tied his hands and feet together behind him. Although this position might not be comfortable for him, at least she would be safe.

This couldn’t be blamed on her; who told him to not be as gentle and considerate as Dubian? Otherwise, she definitely would not be so rough with him.

After tying Abel up, Anna tied him to a pillar with another rope to prevent him from moving closer to her as she was sleeping. This attic was just an ordinary one bedroom and one bathroom. There was no door to lock him out, and she was not so lunatic enough to lock him in the bathroom.

Once everything was done, Anna fell asleep comfortably, ignoring Abel’s curses and muttering on the side.

When she got up the next morning, Anna glanced at the pillar. The young man was curled up under the pillar. He was lying on her meditation mat, and looked to not be sleeping well.

Anna went to wash up first, and then went out to buy some food. When she came back, she saw that Abel was awake.

He was still sleepy-eyed, but when he saw her, he said angrily: “If you’re so capable, then let go of me. I’m not through with you!”

Anna put the food aside and walked towards Abel.

Abel moved back then, and said angrily: “What are you doing! I’m warning you, if you…”

“Shut up, I’m untying you.” Anna said.

Abel didn’t seem to believe there was such a good thing, and looked at her warily and suspiciously as Anna untied the rope on him.

Anna untied all the knots, looked back at him who was rubbing his wrists, and said after a while: “I thought you would attack me as soon as the ropes were loosened.”

In fact, she was secretly ready to blast “Heaven’s Punishment” at any time. Perhaps she even looked forward to Abel attacking her; then she could just throw him out without being condemned by her conscience.

What a pity.

Noting the look in Anna’s eyes, Abel snorted and said triumphantly: “Do you think I don’t know what you’re thinking? I purposefully won’t do as you wish! I won’t leave!”

After he finished speaking, he took the food Anna brought back, sat on the floor, and ate it hungrily.

Anna said, “Do you have such a bad attitude toward everyone who helps you? I didn’t perfuse you with black bread, but brought you delicate white bread and sweet meat. Shouldn’t you at least say thank you?”

She said this casually, and didn’t expect that Abel would respond. As soon as she was about to head out to the Association, she heard Abel say very quietly: “Thank you.”

Anna looked back at him and raised her eyebrows: “What did you say? I can’t hear.”

Abel flushed and said, “Thank you, I said thank you! Did you hear that now? But I will always remember the matter of you tying me up yesterday!”

“I’m going out, you remember to stay at home and not to run around. I will definitely not come save you if you get caught.” Anna ignored his innocuous threat and exhorted, “Also, don’t urinate and defecate all over the place.”

“你——”

“You—”

Before Abel’s angry words could come out, they were shut behind the door by Anna. She sighed a long sigh as she listened to the low cursing noises behind the door.

It felt like she was raising a stray dog

full of wariness and disobedience, and she had to train it to be obedient… She was asking for trouble, but when he was found unconscious by her last night, she truthfully had no other choice.

When Anna arrived at the Mage Association, she was stopped by Teresa. Teresa gave her a paper notice saying that it was her and Natalie’s report. She said that the committee was sending someone to investigate and she might be needed to cooperate with answering some more inquiries. They hoped that she could stay in the Association these next two days.

Anna had been staying in the Association every day anyways. This notice had no effect on her. After making brief conversation with Teresa, she went to the library to the area she always sat in.

Seeing two people in that area, she was taken aback.

She wasn’t surprised that Natalie arrived earlier than her. What was surprising was, why was the demon, who was supposed to be at home, here as well?

No need to be so dedicated, right? If one’s business ability was not good, no matter how dedicated he was, it was useless…

Anna was almost moved by the demon’s professionalism. She walked over and sat down in her usual seat. The demon was right next to her. He had seen her coming a while ago, and had been staring at her from the moment she walked in to when she sat down.

Anna leaned over and said in a low voice, “Are your injuries okay? The physical ones may be healed by the Holy Healing technique, but your mental power…”

For Rothgarr, the pain of mental damage was nothing at all. Moreover, the agreement he made with Anna yesterday made him a little eager to try. Either way, he would not be staying at home today.

In the past, he had spent a lot of time observing Anna, and wasn’t it all for the purpose of finding a way to make Anna fall in love with him? Now she herself told him what method should be used to approach her, please her, make her happy and fall in love. He couldn’t wait to try her methods and couldn’t wait to see her fall little by little.

Rothgarr said, “I’m fine.”

These indifferent words were like a plug to Anna’s mouth. Her kindness was in vain. He, a free teacher, was willing to come and teach her even with a headache. What did she have to complain about?
