Chapter 454 Dramatic Entrance!

The tentacles of the Cosmic Cataclysm spread all across Planet Darvis.

Chaos, death, and desperation filled the planet as they aggressively defended themselves against the unstoppable invasion of the Space Bugs.

The 3 Unique Space Bugs were the ones leading the deadly invasion.

It was already more than 5 hours since the invasion started.

The Bug Conqueror not jumping in to finish it instantly proved a point, he didn't want to annihilate them, what he truly wanted was subjects in the new Empire that he hoped to build in the Roronoa Star System.

Despite him not making a true appearance yet, during this time, Planet Darvis was already pushed to desperation.

Immediately after the fall of the Giant Nak Fortress, Planet Darvis was pushed into a cycle of constant defeats. With the Unique Space Bugs leading the charge, they were unstoppable, they steamrolled their way into the planet.

Thousands of brave Superhuman warriors already fell to the invasion but those still surviving never gave up hope, this was because of their superiors.

The actions and bravery of their superiors spurred them on.

"Special Mechanic Ability: Prime Resonance!"

"DIEEE…!!!"

Bam! Bam! Bam!

The powerful mechanic suit boomed with power as Champion Onana pushed it to its limits, draining it's reserves to call upon even more power.

Inside Berserker, Champion Onana had his sole focus on the Unique Space Bugs, intent on disrupting their rampage and even killing them if possible.

'Killing even one of them can be a moment of breakthrough'.

'We need just one moment of breakthrough to gain the momentum to turn the tides in our favor, we can't lose!'

'I can't lose!"

'Losing here means losing to Delzebub, I can't!'

'I can't die yet, there's still so much that I'm yet to achieve!'

'I need to win!'

He called on even more power as the powerful hybrid mechanic suit kept on booming aggressively with power, the Battleships supported him.

Having breached the twin layers of defense of Planet Darvis and having invaded into the Planet already, the Battleships were forced back into the atmosphere of the Planet as they now defended it from inside.

Again, the Golden Cicada with General Aztog led the proceedings.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Their numerous weapon armaments boomed with power as they flooded the atmosphere with explosions. Tens of thousands of Space Bugs died every minute, the only problem was that more of them invaded into the Planet.

The Cataclysm was no longer just restricted to space and the atmosphere.

As more Space Bugs invaded into the planet, they soon got to the surface of the Planet as they wreaked havoc, fighting against the land armies of the Planet.

Among the land armies were the players also giving their all for Experience Points. Compared to Version 1, the players were stronger now.

They could better hold themselves in large-scale wars.

The Sword God led Team Blue Autumn as they gave their all to fighting the Space Bugs, each kill gave them experience points and every milestone kill gave them even more experience points which motivated them to do more.

The rewards that the players got from the war were incredible but they had one main doubt, the war was not going as expected.

Horny Assassin was baffled. "Is Dominator about to pull a surprise on us?"

"Is Planet Darvis intended to lose this war?"

"Besides, where is Legolas? Did he escape the planet already?"

"We're losing!"

If the players were feeling this way, the NPCs felt even worse. To most of the Superhumans and Nak warriors, they were experiencing the worst and most traumatic day of their lives.

Every minute, they saw their comrades die.

The war was that intense.

They fought, living in acceptance that this was probably their last moments alive. The mental trauma alone gave them daylight nightmares, blood flowed like a river across Planet Darvis, it was a true cataclysm.

The occasional voice from space did not help their confidence either.

"BOW BEFORE THE NEW ORDER!"

"THIS IS MY ERA!"

"SUBMIT TO ME AND LIVE IN THE ERA OF THE BUG CONQUEROR!"

"ALL THAT RESIST…, SHAL DIE!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The attacks only increased in intensity as time went on.

The lack of success got to a point that even Champion Onana finally started to lose hope. 'Do we really stand no chance?'

'And I thought I could finally achieve something after discovering the metal planet, life is so unpredictable'.

'I don't want to die yet'.

'Neither do I want to become a slave to a Bug'.

'I don't want to lose!' He was slowly losing it.

'I want to win!'

Despair, resignation, a sense of defeat, these became the dominant emotions among the warriors fighting. To most of them, they already lost.

Only a certain warrior still clung on tight to hope.

In the Presidential Villa, President Shanks clenched his Elementalist staff as he looked at Christensen kneeling before him and praying.

'Legolas, where are you?!'

'We've always survived due to your miracles!'

'We need them most now or else…!'

He paused and turned to look at Christensen.

After dozens of minutes of praying, this Summoner's eyes finally snapped open and they shone with ecstasy. "He finally answered!"

"He is coming".

President Shanks jumped, feeling relief. "Where is he?"

Christensen grinned. "He is here!"

BZZZ…!!!

Across the battlefield, a strange phenomenon was suddenly detected.

The airspace twisted and squeezed like a higher power was acting on it, and from the fractures left in space, gray mist started seeping into the atmosphere.

Seeing this familiar gray mist, all those that were related to the gray world gathering already started feeling relief as they waited for its outcome.

The gray mist attracted the attention of everyone, including the Bug Conqueror who remained outside Planet Darvis, watching everything.

Then it exploded!

BOOM!

With the eruption of the gray mist, black portals were opened in the air.

A familiar face was the one to arrive first.

Legolas' famous white hair and hazel eyes were striking, and his new aura that erupted on his arrival attracted even more attention to himself.

"It's the Army Commander!"

"He has become a Grade B Summoner!"

The players and NPCs reacted alike in different ways.

That was not the end, Shadow Master Heimdall soon followed him in with a blonde-haired Grade C Psychic. This was still not all, what followed soon after was what really stole the show in this moment.

It was a dramatic entrance.

While they watched, tens of thousands of warriors stepped through the teleportation portals into Planet Darvis. The sheer size of the army was eye-catching, but what attracted the most attention were 2 warriors.

The black human and the white warrior of a strange race who both had an aura that equaled the strongest warriors in this battlefield.

They were all stunned. '2 Grade B Supers!'

No one answered their thoughts.

The Skyrim King and the Human King were fascinated. "So, this is another planet? Planet Darvis…" They felt surreal.

They soon turned serious though as they observed the battlefield.

Legolas only needed one sweep of this battlefield with his eyes to understand the current situation, then he placed his eyes on the 3 rampaging Unique Space Bugs. "They are our targets!"

"ATTACK!"

Legolas finally made his debut in the Cosmic Cataclysm!
