As a result, it may be inferred that to awaken the Sharingan; genes and Yin Chakra with Uchiha Characteristics are sufficient.

This also explains how Danzo’s left eye can transform into a three-tomoe Sharingan.

Danzo’s left eye has changed into the Sharingan, indicating that he is currently in a state of fusion and possesses a high-intensity Yin Chakra akin to an Uchiha shinobi who has awoken the three tomoe Sharingan.
