Chapter 929: Dealing With Those Involved Part 1

"You are saying I am being biased? Then why is it that only a few of you are kneeling?" The sect master asked, causing Elder Xuegang to suddenly look around him as he did, he realized something. Only those few who sent out disciples from his inner circle were being forced to kneel!

Only now did he realize that there was a high chance that the sect master knew everything! A soft laugh filled the hall after it had become silent. "To think you thought you could easily hide the truth. Did you know? I can easily strip a soul of its memories and view them myself to see what exactly happened. Do you want to see?"

Kana's smile caused the elders who were kneeling faces to go pale. They never thought such a thing would be possible! With a wave of her hand, a bunch of souls suddenly appeared in front of her. All taking the shape of familiar figures, causing the other disciples in the room to all gasp in horror.

"These are the souls of those who were involved at these locations. Do they look familiar? I bet you do." Kana smiled as she flicked one of the souls, causing a water screen to appear. It showed how one of them was talking with Angelica before they all suddenly attacked her. It showed how Angelica didn't even move before they were all crushed to death. This sent a cold chill to run down everyone's spine. Such ruthlessness was not unheard of but to see it for themselves was another story.

Kana then proceeded to flick a few more souls showing the results of each outcome causing the entire hall to go dead silent. No one even dared to breathe. Kana looked at them all before waving her hand, causing all the souls to suddenly begin screaming out in pain as they began to burn in her flames. She then sealed them to a crystallized void and stored them away, all except for one of them, which she then turned and smiled as she looked at Elder Xuegang, whose face was now as white as a sheet of paper.

"This soul here is a bit different. While he did take part in the incidents you just saw, he was also someone who attended a secret meeting within the sect." Kana smiled as she looked at Elder Xuegang. "Do you want to see?"

"You! You dare!? I will tell you now if you dare to harm me, you and your family will not get to live another day!" Elder Xuegang suddenly yelled out.

Kana turned and looked at the sect master, who looked back at her and gave a nod of approval. She smiled and flicked the soul in front of her. What played out next caused an uproar amongst the elders who never attended the meeting. "Elder Xuegang, what is the meaning of this!? Do you think you are the law of this sect!? That this is a place, you can just run free and do as you please!?"

"Yes, Elder Xuegang, you need to explain yourself! You dare to hurt fellow disciples and even rope in the other elders to do your bidding!?"

Ten elders all had their heads lowered. Some of which did not send out disciples. But their own disciples who had been standing behind them were all staring in disbelief. Especially those who were female and had basically sold themselves for resources.

"Explain myself!?" Elder Xuegang, who was still stuck under Kana's pressure, let out a loud laugh. "Hahaha! Explain myself!? Why should I!? What is wrong with getting revenge on a bitch who humiliated me!? It is her own fault! She dares to keep getting in my way over and over, and yet now I am the bad guy? I am the one who has done wrong!?"

"Hmmmm?" A melodic voice suddenly filled the meeting hall. It was ice cold and full of killing intent, yet it still sounded pleasing to the ears of the girls in the room. "What did you just call my wife?"

Elder Xuegang only felt something cold against his neck. He had no idea where this man suddenly appeared from, but he was not standing next to him with sword drawn. "You! Who are you!? How dare you trespass into our sect and even the sect's sacred meeting hall!"

"You speak a lot for someone who is about to die." The young man's words made Elder Xuegang freeze. He wished he knew how to shut his own mouth up. Even when his life was on the line, he was still talking too much!

"Creige…." Kana's tone was soft and warm, unlike the coldness it held before as she called out her lover's name. "He is not for me or you to kill."

"Humph!" Creige snorted as he sheathed his sword and slowly walked to Kana's side. He slipped his arm around her waist and hugged her tightly. "I guess he is lucky since his death won't be as painful, but sadly for you, your afterlife will be nothing but true hell."

"Hehe…." Kana giggled as she turned and kissed Creige's lips before turning back to the elders, her face losing all emotions as her eyes turned ice cold once more. "As I am not the sect master, I will not be responsible for the punishment for those who did not send out any disciples but….. I will be personally ripping the souls out of those who did send disciples to attack my family. You will all make nice door ornaments for my immortal cave."

With a wave of her hand, the sounds of screaming from several elders filled the halls. Their souls were ripped from their living bodies and then lit on fire to undergo an eternity of pain and suffering as a door ornament. Their actual bodies all fell to the floor as lifeless husks, leaving only a cold chill in the air as everyone stared in horror at Kana.

The silence was broken when the sect master suddenly stood up and cleared his throat: "Ahem…. Now that things are settled on Kana's side of things, it is now my turn."
