Chapter 843: A Question That Can Change One’s Life

Kana and her family stood at the entrance of the slime domain. "I am putting up the seal now. From this day forth, no slimes or the thing growing here can get out, and nothing can go in." Kana paused and turned to Ako. "Are you sure about this? Your race will probably never see the light of day ever again."

"Mmm… I am no longer a normal slime that has gained sentience. I am now a chaotic slime with a different makeup." Ako replied, her eyes firm. Kana stared at her for a few seconds to see if she would waiver at all but once she saw how firm Ako's resolve was, she waved her hand, causing strings of glowing archaic letters to spread out in every direction in a dome shape. It even went under the ground deep into the abyss of the domain encircling the thing down below. A black glow came from the barrier that formed.

The slimes who were outside all stared at the shimmering letters in the sky with fear in their eyes. They did not know why but they felt fear from these letters as if the one who wrote them was the creator of all.

"It's done…" Kana turned and looked at her family. "We can now go back and start cultivating again. I will be assisting Ako in gaining her ability to cultivate normal spiritual qi as well as forming some cores inside her so she can cultivate everything."

"Mama, you can do that?" Angelica asked in surprise. She knew her Mama was very powerful but never did she expect that she could do what the old man was able to do now.

"Mmm… It's a matter of using chaos to create the element or qi that is needed. However, I am unable to create any elements or qi that I do not have yet. If I knew how the old man's magic worked, I could probably do it much easier." Kana explained as she waved her hand, causing everyone to vanish from the slime domain and reappear in the front of their house.

"Kana…." Creige held his head. "If you could easily teleport us out of the mystic realm, why did you not just teleport us inside?"

"Ah!" Kana looked at Creige in surprise. "Now that you say that, I could have…. Why didn't I?"

Kana tilted her head to the side, unsure of why she didn't do that in the first place instead of bothering Lord Yong. After thinking about it for a few seconds, Kana just shrugged and said: "Let's just say I wanted to show respect to the kingdom…."

Creige shook his head as he helplessly smiled at his wife. She was cute and a little air headed at times. But he still loved every bit of her. Even if she were to murder the whole world, he would still love her. He would even step forward to help her slaughter millions if she asked him to.

"Now then. I will bring Ako to a room downstairs to set her up with her cores. It will be a little different than humans. Although I think this place will soon have a rush of spiritual qi as I forcibly promote her to a core formation cultivator." Kana had planned to give Ako every core she had so that Ako could start her journey alongside her and her family.

"Mama, you can promote her cultivation that quickly?" Rain asked.

"Yes, but only because she has the foundation already established to do so due to being a divine beast. She can easily form a core without hurting her cultivation. If you all had the same cultivation as her with your beast cores, I could do the same. This is why I have not forcibly promoted my own cores. While I can do many things, the issue comes down to the body needing to slowly build up the foundation. Every time you cultivate, the cells in your body will slowly be strengthened. So if I were to force all of you to promote to core formation, you would have a weak constitution, and your future developments would not be good. Not to mention your bodies would be much weaker as well. Sadly this is just how cultivation works." Kana explained with a sigh. If she could quicken things, she would. But sadly, everything had its own limits and set of rules that needed to be followed.

"Okay, everyone, go start cultivating. We will be entering closed door cultivation until our base cultivations are at the peak of this plane." Kana was making a firm decision to cultivate until they were all ready. They had three kinds of energy here that they could cultivate, and Kana planned to talk with the sect master to get a steady supply of beast cores of different ranks supplied to them every month. By doing so, they could raise their cultivation in four different schools of cultivation.

The only thing they were lacking was the demon qi to cultivate their demon cores, which they would need to roam the mortal plane until they found a source they could use to cultivate it. And with the second floor also being filled with the energy from the realm of souls, they could also strengthen their souls as well. It was like a one stop shop for cultivation. A place only one could dream of.

"Big Sister!" Kana turned to see Mei Ling running over with a big smile on her face. Kana smiled and hugged the girl who jumped into her arms. "Little Ling, are you all by yourself again?"

"Mmm… the others all left to do sect missions again…." Mei Ling replied feeling a little depressed. She was always left alone.

Kana's eyes softened as she looked over at her family, especially Creige. Creige knew that look in Kana's eyes and nodded his head with a smile. Since she wanted to, he would allow it. Kana's eyes lit up as she looked down at Mei Ling. "Mei Ling…. Would you like to become my daughter?"
