"Thank you for understanding."

We were in the middle of discussing the daily affairs of our village when a knock on the door interrupted us. I immediately allowed the visitors to enter. As they stepped inside, I noticed that they were new citizens of our village and they had brought dinner for us as a welcoming gift. I couldn't help but smile and welcome them warmly into my home. They placed the dinner on the table and I got up from my bed to take a seat at the table. Chloe, my companion, also came and sat with me. I gestured for her to wait before digging in, as I wanted to acknowledge our guests first.

I thanked the new citizens for their kind gesture and they politely excused themselves and left the house. The minion manager, who had accompanied them, also left after ensuring that the food was safe for consumption. After receiving confirmation, I signaled for Chloe to start eating. We both dug in and as we ate, we chatted about different plans and ideas for the future of our village.

I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment wash over me as I thought about the recent takeover of the village of weapon makers. The swords that we had brought back with us from that village were truly remarkable and would undoubtedly make our village stronger. But not only that, it would also weaken other kingdoms as they would no longer have access to the skilled weapon-making craftsmanship of that village. I shared these thoughts with Chloe.

"Today's attack has not only made us strong, but it will also weaken other kingdoms," I said.

"How? I understand that it has made us strong, but how does it weaken other nations? I don't quite understand your reasoning," Chloe replied.

"What was the main occupation of the people living in that village?" I asked.

"I don't know their history," Chloe admitted.

"What was their specialty?" I pressed.

"Weapon crafting. They were weapon makers and sold weapons to other kingdoms... Oh, I see now. This attack has definitely affected other nations. Now, they'll have to make their own weapons or they won't be able to fight anymore," Chloe said, finally understanding my point.

"Exactly. We have to conquer other small villages and cities like this one to increase our resources and strengthen our army. I want to create the biggest army in the world, an army that has never been seen before," I said, filled with determination.

"You will have your dream army soon. But for now, I think it's best if we both get some rest," Chloe said as she stood up from the table.

I couldn't agree more, I was feeling quite exhausted from all the traveling we had done today. So, I made my way to my bed and as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was off to dreamland.

I woke up the next morning feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead. I decided to make my way to the training ground to check on my minions and see how their training was progressing. As I approached the training ground, I could hear the sounds of clashing swords and the grunts of exertion from the young apprentices. There were small children, no older than ten, sparring with each other under the watchful eye of an old, experienced warrior who was teaching them the art of combat. I allowed them to continue, but it filled me with a sense of unease. I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off, perhaps it was the idea of children being trained to be soldiers that didn't sit well with me. I didn't want human warriors in my army, they were far too unpredictable and unreliable.

I then made my way to the citizens' area to assess the situation there. To my dismay, I found that the people were not doing anything productive. They seemed listless, almost as if they were in a state of limbo. My minions were scattered all over the place, and upon observing their placement, I felt an overwhelming sense of the need for more minions. I approached the people and asked if they needed anything, but they just shook their heads in silence. I told them to rest and take it easy, and then headed back to the training ground.

On my way back, I noticed something that caught my attention. I saw people farming inside the city, tending to crops and livestock. I stopped there for a while and observed the scene, feeling a sense of contentment wash over me. These people were working hard to ensure the survival of our village, and it made me proud to be their leader. I then made my way back to the training ground. Once there, I called the minion manager and ordered him to craft new minions, as I felt that our army needed to be strengthened in order to secure the future of our village.I opened the advanced control menu.

I only had 40 warrior minions left, so I needed more of them and more archers if I were to go against a big army. So, I told the minion manager to check if we had enough resources to create 200 warrior minions and 150 scout minions (archers).

The minion manager paused for a second and then told me that we had enough resources to create 1000 warrior minions and 2000 archers. My eyes sparkled with excitement. This meant that I could create as many minions as I wanted. I had programmed the warrior minions to keep resources equal to two weeks' reserve at all times.

So, the numbers he was telling me were in addition to the two weeks' resources. I told him to craft 400 warrior minions and 150 scout minions (archers).

It was going to take some time, so after giving the order, I came to the warrior minions' area and put 10x warriors into intelligence variant training, 20x into brute force training, and 10x into technique training. After doing this, I went to the high tower to see what was going on there. I wanted to go to the top of the tower to look around and find out how much area it covered.
