322 Full Marks

Chang Yuan finished marking their tests in less than half an hour.

He looked at the class and sighed. “Qiao Yue has aced this extra test using paper B. He got full marks.”

The students were all stunned. The truth of whether Qiao Yue had cheated was now obvious to everyone.

Why would a person who scored full marks on advanced mathematics paper B cheat?

“In second place is Qiao Yu, 97 points. He got one multiple choice question wrong, but this question was not part of the syllabus.”

Sun Bin grabbed the sides of his desk tightly. His face was pale, and he was trembling.

Qiao Yue noticed his reaction and raised her hand. “Teacher, since I’ve proven my innocence, there’s no need to announce Sun Bin’s results.”

Sun Bin raised his head, his eyes red with fury.

Qiao Yue had forced him to retake the exam because he didn’t want to let him off. Now that the exam was over, Qiao Yue wanted to let him off? What a joke.

“Qiao Yue, don’t go too far. Even if you’re innocent, you still have that cheating pen.” Sun Bin said.

Qiao Yue laughed. She was clearly giving Sun Bin a way out, but he didn’t seem to appreciate it.

“Since you don’t want to accept my favor, how about this? Teacher, please announce Sun Bin’s results.”

Chang Yuan stood on the podium and sighed as he watched the two students butt heads with each other.

He used to be their age, so he sort of understood what Sun Bin was thinking.

“I won’t be announcing Sun Bin’s score. You two stay behind.” Chang Yuan hoped to solve this problem in private.

Sun Bin sneered instead. “Teacher, there’s no need to care about my reputation. I don’t care anymore. Please tell everyone my score.”

Chang Yuan sighed heavily. “Sun Bin, 59 points.”

59 points, one point short of passing. This score when put against Sun Bin’s significant improvement was like a joke.

Everyone started to discuss.

“Could Sun Bin’s results be fake?”

“Yeah, didn’t he scored very well in paper A? Why did he get this score now?”

“Actually, the one who cheated was Sun Bin, right? He didn’t do as well as Qiao Yue despite his cheating. When he thought about their bet, he flew into a rage out of humiliation?”

Everyone looked at Sun Bin with some disdain now.

They had never seen someone lost their head because of a competition.

“I’ll drop out, okay?” Sun Bin raised his fist and shouted as he rushed towards Qiao Yue.

Even if he dropped out of school, he would teach Qiao Yue a lesson.

Qiao Yue grabbed Sun Bin’s collar and threw him over her shoulder.

Sun Bin was stunned by the throw and sat on the floor for a long time.

“Everyone, class is dismissed! Please go home. Qiao Yue, stay behind.”

Although the students were very curious about what was going to happen next, they still obediently left the classroom when they heard Chang Yuan’s request.

Qiao Yu looked at Qiao Yue with worry.

Qiao Yue shook her head at Qiao Yu, signaling him not to worry.

Everyone in the classroom left. Only Qiao Yue, Sun Bin, and Chang Yuan remained.

Chang Yuan looked at the two of them and said, “You shouldn’t have made such a bet. Whether you can attend school or not is a very serious matter. How can you treat your future as a game?”

Sun Bin was still a little stunned. He just nodded mechanically, without knowing exactly how to face the situation in front of him.

“If I stayed at Harvey, I’ll become a laughingstock for everyone.” Sun Bin smiled bitterly as tears rolled down his face.

Qiao Yue didn’t sympathize with Sun Bin, nor was she willing to forgive him. After all, he was dead to her for framing her after not doing well in the exams.

“You’ll have to discuss with your parents how you’re going to resolve this matter. I am not going to interfere.” Chang Yuan sighed.

Sun Bin guessed right. There was no point in staying at Harvey. Everyone’s strange looks and discussions were enough to destroy him.

“Teacher, I would like to talk to Sun Bin alone.” Qiao Yue said.

Chang Yuan left the classroom.

Sun Bin looked at Qiao Yue and sneered, “What do you want to talk to me about? Are you going to pity me and ask me to stay?”

“No, it’s your business whether you leave or not. It has nothing to do with me. I just have a question for you.” Qiao Yue asked coldly, “Where did you get this pen?”
