3100 Mid-Level of Primary-II

“Done,” I said as I refined the last resource. I am very happy. It was more difficult than I had thought it would be.

I counted all the resources before getting out of my core, but did not open my eyes and instead took a deep breath to sleep.

Within a minute, I fell asleep and woke up two hours later, feeling fully refreshed.

“I am ready,” I said and added house on ‘do not disturb,’ before taking out the sphere of breakthrough formation. There is not much change had occurred in it, aside from it becoming more vibrant.

It is a little risky to use it because of its rule-bending power, but it is not easily discoverable. The rule-bending power could only be discovered when it being used.

Even then, one needs to be sufficiently stronger to sense and affinity, as not everyone could sense it. It is even more difficult to sense it in breakthrough formation since it became part of it and also because I have actively made efforts to hide it.

I am confident that Sovereign wouldn’t be able to sense it, even if they try with all.

No matter what I say, there is a clear risk in using it, but I will take the risk for my breakthrough and also becuse I need it to become better.

Small breakthrough is easy, but big ones are not, especially when I will try to advance from one greater stage to another. It will be especially difficult for me; the forbidden power has its prize.

I pushed away all the thoughts and activated the formation. It became big. It is a good thing; I had removed the furniture, or I would have thrown it away.

I stepped inside the sphere before waving my hand. Immediately, the resources came flying and took their places.

After checking them one more time, I initiated the breakthrough. The moment later, the breakthrough begins.

There is no difference between a small breakthrough and a large breakthrough, aside from the level of dangerousness.

Small breakthrough is also dangerous when one is unprepared. Thankfully, I am fully prepared.

The resources in the runic formation mixed and merged for a few minutes before they came at me. My core, which had already turned into a blob, spun and, as it did, it started to pull the energies toward it, before absorbing them.

Every second, the speed of its spin got faster and with it, it begins to pull more and more resources. That, after over ten minutes, it had become a little painful.

The pain is nothing surprising. I bore it as its speed stabilized and continued for more than thirty minutes before stopping.

‘95%,’ I said to myself, seeing the resources I had consumed. This time, I had been right and couldn’t help but feel happy about it.

The core remained static for more than an hour before it had started to spin again. This time, it begins to pull the energy, extremely dense, powerful energy from P2 Daros crystal, anein crystal, and hasat stone.

I had brought other two crystals from the store and while they were not as expensive as Daros crystal. I am still spending money on things that I could get for free.

I could use energy from the environment, but I don’t want anyone to know that I am making a breakthrough.

Using crystals had its own benefits, but it was up to me. I would have used them in combination. The crystals and the worldly energy.

I could not and if I want to, I will have to pay extra here. They charge extra for the energy used in making a breakthrough.

The energies of the three crystals come inside me while the core is absorbed. Just like the resources, the intensity increased by the second, until it had got painful, and the speed stabilized.ραпdα `nᴏνɐ| сom

Time passed, and I observe the process, noting every little thing. What I notice now would help me make my breakthrough even smoother next time.

Thankfully, I did not notice anything adverse.

Time passed and before I know it, the core begins to slow down and, with it, its speed of absorption, before completely stopping.

The energy absorption took less than twenty minutes. It would have taken more if I had used worldly energy, but I took powerful crystalline energies, which are suitable for my core.

After a minute of silence, the consolidation begins and, like the other processes. It is fast, much faster than I had thought.

Maybe it is not just the resources that made the breakthrough faster. It is also the world. I noticed the point down for further research.

It took seven minutes and change to consolidate the core, and, to my surprise, there was greater change than I had expected. The size had remained the same, but it had become clearer and more realistic.

Buzz!

I was watching the core when the chains of runes came out and spread across my body. In a little more than a minute, they finished, and my core buzzed again, releasing the floor of energy.

As the energy came out, I got the surprise of my life.

I had expected it thicker than honey, with crystalline granules as the energy of my Primary-II breakthrough had been. But to my surprise, I found the energy thinner than even water.

The energy may be thinner, but it is far more powerful than that thick crystalline energy had been.

‘The prime world,’ I thought.

Things worked differently here. I shouldn’t take too much reference from the things I had experienced in my native world. There is a huge difference between it and the prime world and I should accept that, even subconsciously.

The energy came and finished in a little over four minutes before it left me brimming with power.

Though, for the first time in years, I did not get a feeling of invisibility after the breakthrough. It may be the subconscious or the effect of the world.

This is telling me, I am not powerful enough to be invincible in a small village here, much less in a city, whose leader is an Earth Sovereign.

With this breakthrough, I had reached the Mid-level of Primary-II stage.

It is my first breakthrough in this prime world, and it did not disappoint me. It was great. It had increased my power, and now I have become even more equipped to deal with the threats that will come at me.

I enjoyed the feeling of a breakthrough for a few minutes before my expression became serious.

Now, that I had made a breakthrough. It is time for me to think about the future. I have grown stronger, for it, I will need to go on adventures.

The city is filled with such opportunities. They are everywhere.

I have to choose the kind of adventure I need to go on. The first thing I will look at will be the growth they offer. It is the thing; I care about the most.

To become powerful as fast as possible.

So, I can find Marina and my family. I am worrying about them every day and unless I find them and know they are all right. I won’t be able to stop worrying about them.
