I reached my section and without wasting any seconds; I begin to mine as I do it daily. My movements are practiced, and my strikes are hitting the spots, the way I want them.

Two hours passed, and I have amassed a huge amount of daros crystals, and I am mining for more.

In my storage, huge piles of daros crystals are getting refined under the huge formations covering a large area, under the energy provided by the daros crystals itself.

A very inefficient method wasted a lot of daros crystals, but I do not have a choice. I could not just buy the things from the point store and start purifying them efficiently.

I am very sure, some of the things have been kept there for the purpose to catch the people like me.

The people running the mine are not idiots. They know very well that there are thousands of methods and artifacts that they could not detect. So, they placed those things as a trap.

I am planning on taking some of those things, but for valid reasons. They will know it when they spy on me.

Another hour passed, and I continued to mine, but my expression has turned serious. As I am planning on doing, that I have not done before. It is a very risky thing, and I had waited three weeks for it before making up my mind.

He moved around while I mined. He would discover crystals and take them. It continued for over fifteen minutes before, suddenly, the pick-ax in my suddenly stopped before hitting the wall.

Nero comes across the crystal, not a crystal size of a finger or a hand, but one that is even bigger than me.

As these crystals will buy me every resource, I will need to progress at this level.

My eyes went red just thinking about the sheer amount of crystals he had accumulated so far and still doing it every minute.

If this continued, then in the matter of a few days, I would have so many daros crystals that I had never thought I would have since coming here. Still, despite collecting such wealth, Nero’s eyes focused on our target.

It is to survey the ground and find the exit.

No matter the crystals we accumulate, they will be useless. If we do not escape from here. I am willing to sacrifice all the crystals and every resource in my storage to escape from here.

I had expected it. This mine is precious, and it wouldn’t be without such protection, and I am glad it is there.

‘Can we be able to fool it?’ I asked him worriedly. ‘Definitely,’ Nero replied and a smile couldn’t help but appear on my face.

A second later, he resumed exploration, going deeper and deeper inside the mine, finding more life-detection artifacts.

There seemed to be a whole web of them. It couldn’t help but make me curious about how they have buried them deep.

Maybe they have used some sovereign-level method or maybe they have used some type of spatial method.

I do not care what method they have used; it is good enough for me that I would be able to fool them.

Currently, Nero is making a map of the whole underground. Even with his ability to float underground, it will take him a few days to map the whole underground. Then he will have to make the tunnel through which we will escape.

It all seemed very easy, and it is, but also very difficult, as a hundred things could go wrong with it.

We will need to be very careful and if everything went well, then it might not take even a month for us to escape.

Nero is doing well at his end, and I will have to do well too. I will have to deal with the collar.
