300 Two Mates

CHAPTER 300

“What look do I have in my eyes?” His lips pressed into a thin line, expecting her response.

“Your... Your pupils, they dilated like a slit. I am guessing your dragon eyes?”

“Yes. You have same too.”

Her mouth dropped. No words seemed to come out and then all that happened in the short time came spiraling back into her mind.

“He called me... I am your...” she managed to say after some seconds of flexing her brows and constricting them.

“He recognized you as my mate.”

“But how. I am not Asteria. She...”

Shutting her up, Aramis, captured her lips in his, sealing the bond with a kiss.

They spent the next minute basking in their love till they needed air and broke the kiss. The look in her eyes told him he had much of explaining to do and later would not be a topic she would agree to readily.

“What is going on? I thought a dragon could only have one mate?” Asia asked.

“A lot can happen in life, darling. So much and then when we think we know, the truth knocks us out.”

“I never expected that I could... Or wait, is he mistaking me for your mate?”

“No, darling.” He pressed their foreheads together, bringing their lips a closer for a kiss. Rather than meeting those softly lips of hers, his mouth met with her fingers and he pried his eyes open slowly.

“Wait. You need to clarify. Besides, there was a story you did not finish telling me, Aramis.”

“Asia I...” He shut his eyes briefly and when he opened it, they darkened with lust. “I want you. I want to be with you.”

“You have me, Aramis.”

“Then stop hesitating. Do not ruin the mood. I want to make love to you.”

At his whining she felt something twitch inside of her. That was when she realized their privates were still joined.

“Aramis... We would.”

‘Definitely, the night is still young, love.”

“Naughty we have work tomorrow do not forget. If you tire me out and I cannot carryout the plan, not only the dragons but Jade would deal with you as well.”

“I can handle that.” He smiled sheepishly at her, hoping his cuteness would make her give in but her resolve was strong.

“Fine, you can choose not to pull out but tell me, what do I not know?”

Sensing his defeat, he sighed and flipped their position, till she was lying on top of him and his back to the bed.

“Where do I start? The part where I was born or?”

“Explain how I am your mate and do not tell me I am Asteria’s reincarnation.”

“I won’t because you are not.” Her brows creased but she patiently waited for him to continue.

“When I was born, I knew who my mate was. I bet Astoria told you?”

‘She did. It was one luck you had that the others didn’t.”

“Yes, but later on, I got to realize that it happened because I was going to lose her sooner than the others. You see upon our birth, it was prophesied that the son of the house of Avi was going to have two mates.”

It felt as though a big drum had sounded in her ears at his reveal.

“A what now?”

“I was to be mated twice. However, those were the only things he saw and nothing more. My parents tried to understand why or what or who the other person was but we found nothing. We knew who the first was but the second, you became a mystery till date.”

‘How come and why?”

“Maybe the gods knew better and knew that one day an alliance would be formed with the human race that so despises us.”

“But, it doesn’t make sense.”

“Yet it does. Our mate hood was found out quick, Asteria and I but she left me. Perhaps destiny did not want me to be alone and found me a human mate. You can say I was lucky. The others got one mate, dragon or human and I... I got both.”

“You do not sound surprised,” Asia stated flatly. She had been studying him since she heard the word Mate in her mind.

Rather than feel shocked, he smiled all through, like he already knew.

“Because I knew you were the second one which also got me eager to mate with you and let it click in.”

“How did you know? Mating me was mare speculations.”

“It was and not. Ever since the day our paths crossed, I felt attracted to you and my dragon stirred up inside me. I have seen ladies, dragons and humans alike but never once did my dragon awaken for any. Only you did he misbehave for.

“Hmm...” she heard him hum in her head and as much as she tried to mask it, he could feel and see her fear.

“I...” she gulped. “I can feel him,” she whispered to him.

“I know. Hahhaa, now you can feel how grouchy he becomes when you are not near me.”

“Funny,” Asia muttered to herself.

“What is?”

“The whole situation. So you mean the night we were together and we kiss...”

“Yes, dear. I felt it but I did not want to jump to a conclusion lest I get disappointed and have my hopes dashed to pieces.”

“I see. Wow. This is just... Oh my God, just too great.”

‘It is and the more I feel you, the more I am inside, the more my dragon is elated and now in my natural form... I cannot wait to make love to you.”

Her eyes flared open when she felt him grow inside her. She bit down on her lower lip, feeling him feel her completely till she felt like going nuts.

“Aaahhh...”

“Let’s make love, mate. Let me mark you and fill you with lots of my semen.”

“Hhehee...” Asia giggled lightly, leaning closer to his face and kissing him, she said, “Fine. I am yours for the taking. Make me squeal.”
