287 Asia Found Love

CHAPTER 287

“Damn it.”

He watched her put on her clothes quickly and used the covers to shield himself from the eyes of anyone present.

Once she was done putting on her clothes, she turned to face him and with the best apologetic smile she could muster, she blew him a kiss.

“Please, let me tend to her.”

‘Okay. She comes first. I understand.”

The saddened look in his eyes broke her heart but Asia did not say anything about it and turned on her heels, heading for the door.

Jade who have been waiting for her, bit down on her lower lip while her head remained lowered.

“Jade.”

“Oh, my goodness, Asia,” she lifted her head but her eyes moved everywhere as she let out frantically, “Thank God you are here. I have something to discuss with you.”

“Okay. No worries, calm down. I am all ears. What do you need?”

“Thanks.” She finally focused her eyes on her friend and they widened, as she tilted her head back a bit.

Raising her brow at Jade, Asia’s lips turned to the side a bit before speaking, “What is going on, Jade?”

“Nothing. I...” she swallowed, shaking her head to better distract herself before lifting her eyes and letting them settle on Asia.

“You what?”

“Umm, it seems like I had come at a difficult time. I am sorry for disturbing you.”

“What are you talking about, Jade?”

She drew in her nostrils, trying to better get her head calm and her breathing stable but then she inhaled the scent of their sexual play and her eyes widened further.

“Jade...” Asia called out in a warning tone. “Spill babe. What is wrong?”

Not being able to utter the word, she pointed at the several hickeys on Asia’s neck and chest.

Not understanding what her friend meant by that, she lowered her gaze, following the line of Jade’s sight only for her eyes to land on what she meant.

Her lips fell open at that moment. She had things to say but she did not know where to start. Apparently, there was no way she could lie her way out of this one.

“Oh my! Was I too busy with my problems, to take note of yours? Oh my, my friend has finally found love.”

She placed her fingers in her mouth, biting on it and holding in the zeal to squeal out in joy.

“Oh, come on, Jade. Please stop it.”

“I can’t baby girl. Oh, my goodness, Asia found love.”

“Stop it, Jade. It is not what you think.”

She raised her brows at her friend, waiting for her to try out another lie. “Seriously, baby girl. I am not killing you or something. I am happy for you.”

“I know. I know.”

“So, why do you feel down? It is a good thing. To think the other day we were discussing you finding someone and you did. Wow, you guys moved fast.”

“Hmm, and you and Xander moved slow. I think just being with Aramis for a while I get to understand them and their need when they love a woman.”

“He loves you. Great, I was about to ask if this was a fling.”

“He does. He said he met me once when we went for an operation and since then he searched for me but he heard about the Frost family’s execution when he finally traced me.”

“Oh, poor boy. That must have been hurtful. After searching and feeling hopeful but meet that news.”

“Yes. And then during the dinner, he met me again. He said he was happy.”

“Nice. Okay, I would leave you two to your lovemaking or whatever it was you were doing.”

“We weren’t making love, Jade. Naughty girl. You really need to let Xander in. You are losing it and thinking naughty thoughts,” Asia corrected.

She stuck her tongue out at her friend and smiled. “I am naughty because the naughty Dragon Lord infested my brain with it. Anyways ciao.”

“Wait.” She stopped in her tracks and looked back at her friend. “You have not yet told me what was bugging you,” Asia pruded.

“Nah, it is okay. I should never have interrupted you two. I am sorry about that. I really am happy for you.”

“Jade, come on, what is going on with you? I know you. You wouldn’t have run in search of me that way.”

“No. I do not mean to impose.”

“Jade. Okay, I am coming. Wait for me in your room. I still want to seek your opinion on something as well. Let me tell Aramis I would not be coming back soon.”

“Okay. I am sorry. Please apologize to him for me.”

“Alright.”

While Jade smiled at her, feeling bad for having ruined her time with Aramis, she knew Asia more than that. Once anything bothered her and Asia got to find out, she would not rest until she could sort things out for her.

‘Poor Aramis.’ She thought within her as she strode away to her own room.

She walked back into the room and met him still on the bed, deep in thoughts. “Hey.”

“Hey, babe.” She climbed on the bed and moved to the centre, sitting close to him. He brought his head closer, turning to his side to face her. “What’s up? What did she need?”

“Me.”

“You?”

“Yes. I am sorry. I would love to stay in your arms but she needs me.”

“Yeah.” He lowered his gaze. He was sad but he understood.

“I am sorry.”

“Nah, it is okay. Jade needs you and it is important. Besides, I better find Xander. Who knows, perhaps those two had a fight or something.”

“Maybe. Maybe not. I hope they didn’t though. Because they seem close to fixing their relationship.”

“Yeah. You should go. I would be okay.”

“Sure?”

“Yeah.” He moved closer to her, wrapping his hand around her waist and pulled her body on his. Her cheeks flushed when she felt his hard-on press on her stomach and she winked at him.

“I promise to compensate.”

“How?”

“You would find out later. But for now, tame him for me, okay?”

“Sure.”

They brought their lips closer, pressing against the other as their lips parted and kissed each other passionately.
