Chapter 242 Roy vs. Draconian Statue! (2/2)

As the sea of spells reflected in his eyes, Tevenlor calmly stood up and patted away the dust on his body. He wasn’t putting it in his eyes. Most likely, he had something to overcome it.

“Why is he so calm? Does he have something up his sleeve?”

Roy looked at Tevenlor with a gaze of scrutiny and suddenly sensed massive energy fluctuations taking place around him.

“I am done warming up.”

Saying this, Tevenlor raised his hands, and waves of colorless aura invisible to the naked eye gushed out of his palm, instantly stretching upwards and to the size, shaping into a 350 ft tall and 200 ft wide wall before solidifying into one.

Lo and behold, a colorless, invisible wall made of Defensive Force formed between him and the storm of spells.

Roy wasn’t able to see it, but he could sense it.

His ancestor, on the other hand, clearly saw it and smiled.

“Using Force is the only way to overcome it. Teven responded to Roy in the best possible way. Saving Force in this situation would only lead to a massive loss. His intelligence is getting better and better.”

Yulran’s eyes twinkled.

He was impressed with Tevenlor and also Roy.

Tevenlor was his creation, and Roy was his descendant. He wouldn’t feel bad no matter who won or lost among them.

Suddenly, he heard the violent sound of explosions.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Roy’s second barrage of spells crashed on the defensive wall, failing to destroy it, but creating hundreds of cracks on it.

“You blocked them using Force?”

“Yeah, this is an advanced application of Defensive Force!”

Tevenlor lightly patted the inside of the invisible shield, mixing a bit of his mana with it, and it became visible. As for how it became visible, that was something Roy failed to understand.

“How did you do that?” Roy questioned.

Personally, He shared no connection with him. However, Roy was the descendant of his creator, and thus, he didn’t mind helping him and was rather happy to shed light on the holes in his knowledge.

“Just mix colorless aura or force with a bit of mana, and it will gain color,” Tevenlor answered.

Roy looked at the wall covering him and saw it was pretty much devastated and close to breaking down.

Then, he saw something that widened his eyes.

Aura gushed out of Tevenlor’s hands and poured into the blue wall, causing the cracks on it to heal instantly.

Roy’s eyebrows raised at this sight.

“Looks like I can’t burst him down like the Horned Serpent.”

Roy clicked his tongue, and instead of recklessly drowning Tevenlor in spells, he preserved his mana.

“I am a bit curious.”

Glints of mischief flashed in Roy’s narrowed eyes, covered up by the lighting crackling in them.

He was planning to play mind games with the rank-4 spirit.

Tevenlor gradually approached him. “About what?”

“How did you like that?” Roy tauntingly smiled at him.

At his words, Tevenlor’s eyes twitched, and he stopped, saying to Roy, “Great! I haven’t had this much fun in ages! I hope you can amuse me a little longer.”

He was not at all as excited or calm as he sounded. Tevenlor’s open palm clenched into fists, surging with unconquerable strength. Great energy fluctuations took place around him. Mana gathered in his right fist, and Aura gathered in his left.

“He is using his ultimate so soon? The battle has just begun. I must have pissed him off too much.” Roy’s eyes widened, his playful smile and expression vanishing, replaced by lips pressed together and a hardened expression.

The runic sword, Piercer, appeared in his hand.

“Have a taste of this, Spirit Fist!” Tevenlor roared as he launched his fist forward, literally swinging a mountain at Roy!

A 109 ft tall mountain shot towards Roy.

Before it even reached him, aura spewed out of it in waves and pressed down on him hard.

Roy gritted his teeth, feeling as if a stampede of a thousand horses was running over him.

His back hunched slightly, but he didn’t fall down to his knees.

He held his own against the overbearing pressure, his face red like a steamed crab, his nails piercing into his skin.

“Ahhhhhhhhh!

Tightening his fists, Roy released a bestial roar, and 1000s of units of aura boomed out of him to counter the aura pressure acting on him.

The two auras clashed, canceling out each other.

By then, the mountain glittering in countless specks of blue was already upon Roy.

Instead of jumping out of its way or escaping into his shadow, both of which were options that might end up potentially harming him, Roy brought his sword over his head.

In the split of a second, a sea of black aura surged out of his body, pooling beneath his feet, painting the floor black like ink, and then instantly, all of it traveled up his arms and a sharp surface, gathering at the tip of the raised sword.

An entire sea of darkness condensed into a tiny little dot above its tip instantly.

“Songless Night!”

Roy brandished his sword when the mountain reached 30 meters away from him.

It was swung downwards in a vertical motion.

The way it was made to move was quite simple but extremely heroic and fast.

This simple slash of the sword suddenly grew up to become as terrifying as a tsunami!

Whoosh!

Out of its tip, a 100 ft tall and 20 feet wide vertical line gushed out. Darkness swirled out of it, painting the fabric of reality black as it silently shot forward like an unstoppable force.

The mountain and the undying flames illuminated it, causing all of it to glint like a resplendent scenery.

At this moment, it looked no different than a starry night sky free of clouds.

It was glinting like a cold blade and cutting the air, creating vortexes and almost bending space, proving that it was solid like metal and way sharper than one, almost as sharp as a divine sword that could slay dragons and kill Gods!

It flew forward and met with the mountain in mid-air.

Clang!
