Chapter 107 Colision [Bonus]

The rays of a bright whitish yellow light were radiating out of the dragon's mouth, glowing and pulsing. Their brilliance contrasted with the black sky above the dragon.

Dozens more magical symbols started to arrange into a doubled circle, pulsing in orange light. Vesuvius fed his mana into the circuit just as the previous circle collapsed, and the bright yellow sphere with a white centre and golden edges moved forward, the ray of magma feeding it vanishing.

The magma sphere entered the double circle, and the bright stream of magma once again erupted out of the dragon's throat, passing through the magical square and turning into a concentrated ray.

The sphere of magma in the doubled circle was rotating at an immense speed, looking like a spinning basketball at a finger of a professional player. The bright ray of magma kept feeding it, the intensity of light and the heat growing with each moment. The white glowing core spread and slowly pushed back the yellow light as the sphere grew.

Vesuvius grabbed a tendril of mana from the inner circle and connected it to the outer circle as the magical symbols in the outer ring ignited. Magical symbols made out of an orange light were slowly forming around the rotating sphere of superhot magma, forming rings orbiting around it.

Vesuvius felt his heart beat in excitement, seeing how well this new spell combo was working. His reverse-slitted pupils were dilated, 'This is much better than my previous combo spell, It was just barely holding together, but this one is working like clockwork.'

p Finally, the last symbol was imprinted, both circles vanishing as all of the magical energy that composed them was transferred into the glowing symbols rotating around the sphere.

That was a slight modification that Vesuvius thought of to decrease mana consumption of explosive magma spheres.

The bright sphere of magma radiated such bright light that it looked like a miniature sun covered in mystically glowing orange letters that contrasted with its white-yellowish surface. It descended from the black sky, screaming through the air and leaving an enormous trail of flames as the air behind it ignited.

The glowing orb of magma impacted straight into the ranks of blue-eyed mechs vanishing in their dense formation as a comet.

For an instant, it looked like nothing had happened, but suddenly a strong wave of magical energy erupted from the mechs ranks, and a large fiery ball of white magma erupted out, spreading and growing in size, engulfing and melting all of the magitech constructs in its range.

A bright glowing wave of light and heat swept through their ranks, the metallic bodies turning red before melting down into puddles of molten metal. Suddenly the glowing ball of magma burst, exploding with incredible force and splashing previously supercondensed dense lava in every direction.

Spam of XP notifications immediately filled the corner of the dragon's vision.

The bosses stopped their fight, looking straight at the dragon, sending shivers through his body. Suddenly the blue-eyed man swung his free hand and sent his opponent flying backwards as a ragdoll, using a moment of surprise. Then he lifted up from the ground, his whole body glowing in blue light as he levitated. His eyes, the human one and the mechanical one, flared up in bright blue light as he pointed his hand toward the dragon.

An invisible force enveloped Vesuvius, and in an instant, his vision turned blurry as he launched towards the man at an insane speed, wind howling around his ears. His whole body spun as if he was on a rollercoaster while still accelerating.

The blue glow around the cyborg intensified as he flew across the air in a t-pose, flying straight towards the dragon in a collision course.

Vesuvius flapped his wings, but it was useless as he couldn't stabilise himself with his whole body spinning. The man with glowing eyes and with a wide grin on his human half of the face was getting closer and closer to the dragon.

In the meantime, the red-eyed man jumped back from the ground and launched toward his opponent, that had a lead.

'If you want to collide with me, so be it! I will burn you into cinders!'

Suddenly the dragon's body ignited in bright golden orange flames closing towards the yellow, mixing with lightning crackling all arrond his hard armour. His whole body turned into a giant spinning burning blender throwing electrical tendrils around him as he flew towards the man.

The man's human eye immediately grew wider in surprise. He pointed his free hand without a sword once again towards the dragon trying to stop him, but he couldn't as the dragon was already moving at an insane speed with his huge mass giving him incredible force. Their distance was already short, and he had no time to change his direction to dodge, nor could he stop the large mass ready to crush him.

Suddenly an invisible oppressive force erupted from the dragon, causing the cyborg to momentary freeze. The next moment, electrical currents filled the invisible force, spreading and shocking the man. His blue light in his prosthetics flickering.

The large energetic sword swung towards the incoming armoured sphere as if it was a baseball bat.

The dragon's rotating body smashed against the cyborg, the energetic blade cutting through his armour, sending ripples through his scales and causing the runes to flare up in bright light. The blade, as if it was made out of incredibly strong metal, cut through his scales under the great force of speed, the boss's strength and the dragon's own weight pressing against it. Its glowing blue blades cut deep into the dragon's body, dimly glowing blood surging out of the wound.

Usually, the energetic blade would burn the veins and prevent bleeding, but it couldn't burn the dragon.

The mass of stone and scales smashed against the cyborg. Electricity passed through the man, his body flashing and showing his bones as if he was on an x-ray. The flames engulfed his whole body, his pale skin turning black and metal from his augmentations melting.

Both of them crashed into the ground, making a huge crater, a huge cloud of dirt and soil rising up.
