614 Before the feast ② - a different thought

Name:Isekai Ryouridou Author:Eda
After completing the stall business, we were once again headed to the Westwind Pavilion.

Nevertheless, there was no reason for all the members of the stall to head there, so the two luggage vehicles were asked to head back to the woodside first. Four people headed for the Westwind Pavilion: me and Yun-Sudra, Lara-Luu and Lili Ravitz.

Lara-Luu joined there to see this backdrop, as a family member of the chieftaincy. The duty of the Lou family today was Sheila-Lou and Lara-Lou, so it was up to her in the main house to accompany her.

Lily-Lavitz stayed here simply because of the luggage capacity issue. There was also a means of returning to the woodside with seven names, but she herself had hoped to remain.

"Let me assure you that I will not open my mouth unnecessarily. However, as a fellow forest dweller, I would like to see this noise."

That being said, I couldn't even force myself to attribute it.

So these four of us were supposed to board the Westwind Pavilion - from the beginning, there was a bitter air in the venue for the talks.

There were no other guests in the dining room at the Westwind Pavilion, so we were facing the Samus family in that seat. It is my husband Sams, my partner Sil, and my daughter Yumi. Samus was just as angry in shape as he was when he pushed him into the stall, and Sil had a sloppy look, and Yumi, on the top of the Buddha as he had been stuffed.

"That's why my dad's too far ahead of me! You said you weren't going to marry me by the woods right now."

Yumi, with her cheekstick on the wooden table, threw it away that way as she turned that way.

Occasionally he controls Sams trying to raise his anger, and Sil shivers the side of it.

"But you're talking about maybe slowing down and dowry by the woods, right? Then it's the same thing."

"Not at all! I didn't exchange wedding promises, and I'm still making sure you feel the same way in the first place!

Yumi is slightly blushing her cheeks as she raises her prestigious voice.

The finalization of the feast schedule for the Fou family finally led Yumi to reveal to her parents the complicated inner circumstances surrounding Joo-Run. Sil, who is usually a cheerful and good freak, also sighed with a quiet face all day.

"Joo-Run is about that loving young man, isn't it? Sure, that guy had such a soft, cute face that he didn't think he was a hunter by the woods... but I can't believe you said that."

"What the hell are you complaining about? You already know that all the people by the woods are fine people, right?

"What's splendid! Put it in business and leave our daughter alone!

When Samus slaps the table with a big fist, Yun-Sudra shouts "please wait".

"This is a completely unrelated story to the work I was doing with Westwind Pavilion. It was only in the house of Fa and Lu that I did business with you, so I just want you to think about it separately."

"What does it matter! If I hadn't been in your truck, I wouldn't have gotten involved with the people by the woods!

You mean me, of course.

I nodded "yes" as I nodded my spine.

"I was the first of the people by the woods to connect with Yumi, and I was the one who installed the business with Westwind Pavilion. I don't think I'm irrelevant either, so let me talk to you."

"Naturally! By and large, you..."

And so Sil put his arm up, and lifted his palm up to Samus' mouth.

After paying for it, Sams said, "What the fuck! Freshly.

"You said you shouted like that, you wouldn't make it easy to solve anything, would you? You need to be quiet."

That's how Sil stared at me with a lot of slashed eyes.

"Hey, Asta. Even if this happens to me, I'm not gonna regret your involvement. Thanks to Gibba's meat, we were able to call more customers than we had ever had... and I am truly delighted to be able to end our bad relationship with the people of the woods. But hey... and this isn't the same story."

"Yes, I know. I didn't think it would be that easy either."

"... are you generally allowed to dowry the town's daughter by the woods?

This was not a good question for a person in a position like me to answer.

Lara-Luu, who has been listening to our questions with a difficult face for a long time, speaks there for the first time.

"I hear they discussed the matter at the Parents' Conference. If the head of the house will forgive you, you've settled down because you don't have to."

"Forgive me? How could you have such a great mouth!"

From the side by side, Sil snapped Samus' head.

"Really? I didn't think you were that tolerant of people in town."

"I don't know if it's tolerant. Even Asta and Schmiral were recognized by their families by the woods, so there's no reason to refuse Yumi, right? … Ah, Schmiral is a people of the east who became the family of Lilyn's house."

"Oh, I was asking Yumi about that. He abandoned the Eastern gods and kingdoms to become a family by the woods.... Well, if you're ready to get that far, you'll also be allowed to be a person by the woods, come on..."

Sil looked at Yumi.

Yumi keeps her cheek cane on and looks back at it with her side.

"What? Me and the people by the woods are the same son of Western God, so it doesn't matter, does it?

"... are you prepared to abandon your life in town? When you're a mortal by the woods, you can't play around in the daytime like you do now, can you?

"So you're telling me that's where you're flipping and confirming your feelings! Don't treat me like a child forever!

After being so twitchy, Yumi finally corrected her posture and turned back to her mother.

"You know, I didn't come up with this yesterday. By Easter, I was already feeling like I wanted to marry someone by the woods. You did, didn't you, Asta?

"Yeah. But that was about the time."

"Yeah, but there's no way I can imitate that on the lights, so I've been thinking about it ever since. After thinking about it, I thought I'd go one step further because Joo-Run was around with you."

Sams is starting to tremble as a mess. Before the mouth was opened, Yumi lost momentum.

"But I've said it over and over again, and we haven't seen you yet. That's why I wanted to make sure everything was right before it got any deeper. I decided to invite someone like me to a feast by the woods to see if they could recognize me."

"Well, if you can't admit it to the folks by the woods, are you thinking of giving it up completely?

"Huh? That's... I don't know. Maybe I'll go by the woods until you admit it."

"Don't be ridiculous!," Sams finally burst into anger.

"What the hell are you thinking! You're a trail to this inn! What do you think will happen to this inn if you leave?

"I know. But you don't know if I'm gonna succeed this inn, do you? Then it's the same thing you let another human inherit."

"You think it's another person? Why would I have to give this inn to someone else? This inn is important because Sil took over from your father!

"So you can give it to your mother's relatives. Your mother has two sisters, so don't you have about a child with free hands?

"You idiot!," Sams slammed the table again.

"You're not just skipping the selfish stuff! If you honestly succeed to the inn, that'll do it!

"Being selfish is all about you! Even my father is just pushing his own convenience on me!

Yumi also looked back at Samus as he sat down.

Even if me and Yun-Sudra try to lose it, they shake it off and make me angry.

"Well, what a relative of a mother, for a father who has flown from extra land, others are alike! Giving the inn to someone like that must feel like losing it!

"I'm not talking about the damage! Though it would be the child's responsibility to take over the business of his parents!

"So I'm telling you not to override that responsibility on your own! That's what I'm talking about, being selfish!

When Yumi finally got up, the momentum turned the chair upside down.

"By and large, I only had one child because it was convenient for my fathers! If you wanted me to inherit the inn so badly, you should have had some more kids! If I do, I'll be more free -"

The bassiness rose loudly, and Yumi fell and lay on the floor.

Sam stuck his daughter's cheek out.

When me and Yun-Sudra rushed over, Yumi half-baked in angry shapes.

"You fucking father! If it's inconvenient, you'll give me your hand!

"Ugh, you idiot! You... you don't know anything!

When I looked up at Sam, I was supposed to be happy and breathtaking.

And now the light of affliction was in Samus' eyes, which was burning with anger till about.

Yumi seems to have noticed that too, holding on to her reddened cheeks, and it was hardening.

Samus shrugs his head and turns his back on us.

"If you want to leave this house so badly, do it yourself! It's in front of me, it's not my daughter or anything anymore!

To put it that way, Sams disappeared into the cook across the reception deck.

Yumi, who stood up with Yun-Sudra's hand, snaps low, "What the..."

"Knock on people and go on your own. We're not done talking yet."

"Right. But you're gonna need time to cool your head off for a while, so let's just say we talk again tomorrow."

That's what I said, and Sil got up slowly too.

Sil is in a fuzzy shape but about ten centimeters smaller than his daughter. Such a sill, smiling sadly, stares at Yumi's face.

"But, Yumi, I'll tell you one thing... we didn't just like having one kid."

"Yeah, sorry. I think I said that too much. Raising kids is tough. I guess I was poorer then than I am now."

"No, that's not what I'm talking about. No matter how poor you are, there are so many houses that make so many children. Instead, it's better to have a lot of kids, so I can help you with your work at home."

Sil put her hand on her plump stomach, stating in a quiet voice.

"But we couldn't do that. I'm not going to talk about it... but they said my body wasn't very suitable for childbirth, and I couldn't have a second child."

"Oh... you never talked about that"

Yumi looked stunned and stared back at her mother.

Sil is smiling, with the same look on his face.

"I thought you didn't have to let Mumble hear that story. You wanted a sister or a brother, but you didn't want to tell us that?

"Oh, I didn't even think about that, this!

"I'm not lying to you. That's what it feels like."

That being said, Sil gently touched Yumi's fingertips on both arms.

"Anyway, we couldn't afford another child, so we decided to take care of you until then. Thanks to you, you grew up so fine... but Sams is so angry because he cares about you. That's all, please don't forget, Yumi"

Yumi couldn't answer anything, biting her tight lips.

Sil slaps that arm gently a few times before turning back towards us.

"I'm sorry, can you come back tomorrow? One night, Yumi and Samus will be a little cold."

"Yes, I understand. Best regards,"

Yun-Sudra drowned her head deeply, so I rushed into it too.

Lara-Luu is on the top of the Buddha, and Lili Ravitz is watching him as he smiles like a vault.

That was how the first talks with the Samus family ended in an unexpected air.

"... so you're taking Joo-Run with you tomorrow to the Westwind Pavilion, too?

With the grilled dumplings for supper on my cheeks, Ai-Fa has questioned me that way, so I nodded back, "Yeah."

"It's not just Joo-Run, the parents of Fou's blood are with him. After all, a wedding is also a matter of house and house, so I guess we thought we needed to go out ourselves, too."

"Hmm. That's a lot to talk about, even though we haven't decided on a wedding. Well, that's all for Yumi's parents, is that what this was all about?"

Stinging out, Ai-Fa soothes the wooden dish. Today it is a Chinese-style conscious soup made with plenty of melted eggs and aria.

"But it also seems like a crazy story to Tia to deliberately welcome a non-compatriot to her daughter-in-law. If you mix up the extra blood, would you weaken your powers as a hunter or something?

Tia also speaks as she moves forward with her meal at an unbeatable pace. Then Ai-Fa turned to you with a majestic look.

"If the Lady Ziva is not mistaken, the people of the woods are a mix of tribes and the people of the east who share the roots with you. Do you think we're more powerless hunters than you are?

"Hmm. If it means the power to hunt beasts, I think the people by the woods have no less power than the red people. But I still think there's a lot of lost power."

"Lost power? What are you talking about?

"I don't think the people by the woods, for example, can go through their minds with the wolves of Valve or the serpents of Madarama. I suppose that has led to the loss of power as the Son of the Great God because of the connection of blood with the people of the outside world"

"Wait. You can go through your mind with not only the wolf of the Valve, but also the serpent of Madarama? Are you eating that meat with the Maddalama serpent as your enemies?

"Mm-hmm. Not as good as a clan with Madarama as friends, but I can read about how you feel. Besides, for the Tiers, Madarama is a prey, not a friend, but never an enemy. The power of Madarama becomes the power of the Tiers who ate it, the power to protect Morga. The Red People, the Valves, and the Madaramas are equally sons of the Great God."

"Well...... we do have the same thoughts about Giva. But our ancestors did not try to eat the meat of black monkeys. Perhaps it was because of the law of the outside world that the flesh of a beast that eats humans does not speak. Probably abandoned the lesson of eating black monkeys when they joined the eastern people to the brink of blood."

"Then the chain of forces will be cut off. It is also natural that his power as the Son of the Great God will be lost. Killing a beast you're not going to eat is a huge contraindication to the Red People."

"Still, unless we hunted black monkeys, I guess our ancestors couldn't get a peaceful life in their hands. I guess it was not the people of the sanctuary who did not eat the black monkeys that decided to live as the people of the four great gods,"

That being said, Ai-Fa narrowed her eyes to the depth of her thoughts.

"I think we are able to mingle with Totos and the dogs. But they are all beasts that are kept by humans, and they cannot cross hearts with such things as Gibba and Mundt and Geez."

"Hmm. I guess that's a sign that the people by the woods are already people from the outside world. The people of the woods have lost the power to cross their hearts with the beasts who live in the wild."

Seriously facetious, Tia said so.

While I lay my hands on the new dumplings, I snap the word "but".

"I guess there's a lot of power gained by preserving the lineage, but I guess there's some power gained by tying new blood edges. The people of the woods have bigger bodies than the red ones, because they must have got eastern blood in them."

"But we can all feel weak about visiting the woodland. Is there such a thing as the power that you can gain by joining the edge of blood with those people?

"Absolutely. The people of this town have something unique to the people of this town: power and technology. Your physical abilities will bring you something new, even if you don't have to deal with the people by the forest."

As for me weighing more than anything else on the fringe with people, I couldn't help but claim it that way.

"Even this house, for example, was able to learn how to make it because it bonded with the people of the outside world. If the forest ancestors kept refusing to interact with the outside world, they wouldn't have even gotten this kind of technology, would they? The townspeople don't have the power to hunt beasts, but they do have different skills."

"Right. Speaking of which, Asta was a weak town person, too. Asta is very weak, but Tia hears she's better at cooking meals than anyone else."

Tia nodded loudly, grinning innocently at that little face.

"If Asta and Ai-Fa go around, they might have a child with the gift of cooking a meal and the talent of a hunter. Is that what Asta calls a new force?"

Ai-Fa glanced at Tia's head with her arms up as she blushed.

Tia rubs her head, staring at Ai-Fa unwillingly.

"I = fa is so powerful that it hurts so much when I get slapped. If Tia said something wrong, I want her to scold me first."

"... obnoxious"

"But if you make a child between Asta and Ai-Fa, I'm sure you'll grow up to be a fine person"

"I'm saying it's weird!

Tia shrugged her neck with a perceived face as Ai-Fa shook her arms up again. Perhaps if it were Tier's reflex nerve, it should also be possible to engage in an Ai-Fa attack, but the idea is first that we should not defy the people of the great bountiful woodland.

So, even if I ever get my hands on it reflexively, I'm not ruthless enough to slap such a submissive tier. Ai-Fa shook up his hands in a puffy shake, with a red face, "Hmm!," he snorted.

"Don't talk about the wedding, though you can tell me over and over again? It hurts because you're a detour."

"Um. So we're not talking about a wedding. Tia's talking about making kids."

"Ko, weddings and child making would be the same story! You still want to feel painful!?

"No one wants to feel painful. But if Tia has offended the feelings of I-Fa, I want to spoil the punishment."

Ai-Fa looked indignant, shaking Tia's head.

"I'm not sure if that hurts or feels comfortable. Is Ai-Fa angry? Or are you happy?

"Who will be pleased! It would be decided to be angry!

"Right. Then slap the tier. I hate to hurt, but Tia never escapes punishment"

When Ai-Fa twitched Tia's little head with both hands, he dazzled his face from close quarters.

"I don't want to slap you in the face with me. So watch your language."

"Hmm. I'm not going to be careful. But the feelings of Ai-Fa are harder to understand than Madarama"

"Don't let anything out of your mind! Are you saying I'm that unreasonable?

"Mm-hmm. Ey-fa is so merciful about Asta, but he gets angry when it comes to talking about making kids. It should be a joy above all to have a beloved opponent and child...... Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch, that hurts so much. It hurts more than getting slapped."

Tier, who had been crushed and compressed through his skull by the power of Ai-Fa, was moving only the left leg of the safe one in a bumpy motion.

Where the tiny tier tears his eyes, Ai-Fa finally lets go and sits back somewhere. While blushing more than just now, Ai-Fa has scowled at me on the sidelines.

"... you look a lot cooler, Asta"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I was a little distracted by something else."

"Well... you were thinking of something else while I was being so humiliated"

"Oh, I'm sorry. If you're going to slap me in the head, wait till you put the plate down."

"Then it's as if I'm not the outlaw! Because you guys are gonna say something extra, and I'm gonna get my hands on it!

As he sits, Ai-Fa steps on the floor with a dota. In return for that loving figure, I made him say "I'm sorry" again.

It was on my head, of course, about the noise of the day. In the meantime, I was reminded of Samus' actions.

(... even Sams shouldn't have slapped Yumi because he wanted to)

With that in mind, I carried a new dumpling into my mouth.

What the hell is the end of tomorrow's talks? I was present on the spot, and I wanted to show it to you.
