282 Meaningful Holidays ② - Smoked and Intestinal Meats

Name:Isekai Ryouridou Author:Eda
About half an hour had passed during an exchange of words with Michelle and others, so in the smoking room I decided to add vanilla and firewood and light an iron pan with seaweed.

Immediately before simmering, remove the seaweed and throw in three vegetables.

Following Michelle's teachings, Shima and Ma Guigo are skinned and Chang throws every skin. When Ma Guigo peeled a pale brown skin, she did reveal a cream-colored muddy figure very similar to Guigo.

If it takes about 15 minutes and boils softly enough for all the vegetables to pass through the wooden skewers, stop the fire.

Seasoning is only salt brought from Fa's house.

"Yeah, it turns out Shima looks like a very similar vegetable to Dycon"

Pulled up on a wood plate, first cut Shima and Ma Guigo into pieces for the number of people.

If you try it, the taste is pretty close to diced too.

The seagrass stock is slightly smudged, with a rustic but wonderful taste.

"This tastes like never before. I do feel like it would go well with tau oil"

Raina-Lou has spoken and Sheila-Lou has nodded as well.

Once simmered more closely, it would also be able to bring out additional softness and sweetness. I would like to actively use it in the cuisine of "The Great Tree Pavilion in the South".

At the time of Luckola, Rohyoi also tasted innocent when the heat was passed on.

The spiciness and bitterness disappear beautifully, leaving only a flavour like sesame seeds, and the bite is slightly firmer than the nanals. It would be a more suitable vegetable for sautéing or sautéing than for simmering.

And it is Ma Guigo and Ma Pra.

The skinned Ma Guigo no longer had the stuffiness of a main house Guigo, and the toothfeel was somewhat reminiscent of Satoimo.

This is also likely to be delicious to finish with stew or juice.

Ma Pra has no pla-like bitterness and instead has a slight sweetness. For the pepper, the bright red Ma Pra was a vegetable that was likely to end up replacing the paprika.

Thus the Great Tri is the most unimaginable chang of flavor from the outside.

What the hell does this vegetable like a black ping-pong ball taste like? I took the initiative and I grabbed it - the texture was slightly soggy, and from the inside it just got a little bit of water and gas in the sweetness.

It has quite a unique texture.

Slightly teethy aubergines, or something like that?

No, I can't tell you for sure because I have less experience with my mouth, but maybe Zucchini is closer.

Seagrass stock and salt flavoring alone did not seem so delicious.

However, if vegetables resembling aubergines and courgettes could have been used in darker dishes with more flavor or even baked dishes for it.

"None of this tastes good. I'm not going to like it."

Ever since I spoke that way, Lem-Dom has been making fun of me.

"I know. It's just a taste, isn't it? I'm not wearing an asshole in your cooking."

"I'm the one who's not complaining."

I smile back, then I turn back to Michelle.

"It's dedication to whether it can be used at the Castle Town dinner party, but none of it seems to be a problem to deal with in the Inn Town. Shall we try the mushrooms next?"

"Try it on your own, but the dried mushrooms won't go back to normal unless you leave them soaked in water overnight. Stiff and tasteless mushrooms even if simmered."

I see, the same thing as returning dried shiitake mushrooms with water?

Then you may be able to take stock in the process.

"Oh, and you've also gotten alcohol from countries from the pantry, haven't you? How about that drink?

"There is no such thing as cooking to taste with alcohol in Genos.... I've just heard that there are dishes in Sims and Mahydra that are simmered with alcohol to take the smell of meat."

And, Michelle pushes her mandible deeper into her thoughts.

"I guess I didn't even have to simmer the meat with alcohol because Kimmus and Karon don't smell much in the first place. I don't know about mahydra, but mountain-grown gamma stinks, so you're saying that sims produce dishes that simmer with alcohol or add heaps of vanilla"

"Right. It's kind of interesting.... Speaking of which, has Michelle ever been to Sims, Jagals, etc?

"Why should I put my foot down to another country? I don't know how many people like to travel to other countries without being a pedestrian."

After saying it that way, Michelle had flickered a tight glance.

"Are you the one who ever put his foot up a step from the woods or the boarding town? If you do business every day, you won't be able to twist your time."

"Right. I'm so ashamed that I've never even been to Dureim or Turan. Neither has Castle Town, just rocked by Totos' car, ever walked through town."

Michelle sighs, as she shrugged.

"So you're just using Giva meat. For once, haven't you even seen Kimmus get judged?

"Right.... or I still don't know what a living Kimmus looks like"

To this, rather than be discouraged, I was to be stunned.

"... but you also cooked Kimmus and Karon dishes at the inn?

"Yeah. I've been doing a lot of research with my innkeeper to develop a new dedication. Now your husband makes it with his own hands."

"You didn't even know what Kimmus looked like, so you were even cooking Kimmus. If you were a man working in the same store, you'd just be yelling at me."

"I'm afraid," I said, turning my gaze toward Mim.

"So, Mim, you've been to the crime scene to judge Kimmus. Is that a daleim after all?

"Yes. About two years ago, my father took me. So one day, we're going to take a tour of Caron's ranch to Doug!

"Heh, that's jealous"

That's how I answer, and Mim's been riding herself out for a long time.

"Then why don't Asta come with you? If it's a doubag, it's half a day in Totos, so you can come back the next day, right?

"Hey, I'm not even going to cook Karon's food, and hey."

And I answered instantly, but that was somewhat of a heartbeat suggestion.

Stepping outside Genos is something I have never dreamed of before.

Thinking about it for a second, I looked back at Rayna-Lew.

"Forestside people don't try to get their feet up farther than the Inn Town, do they? Is that, after all, an act contrary to forestside learning?

"Instead of going against the learning, I guess it's just that I didn't have to. The lodging town alone has enough errands for buying out, etc. … but the other day the men of the branch were also out of Genos with Camua-Josh, so I don't think you can blame them for even a good reason"

So is it also feasible depending on the fact that a small trip to Doug, etc.?

Perhaps this is worth consulting with Ai-Fa or Donda-Lou.

"Then I guess I'd like to start by putting my foot up to Dareim. If it's Dareim, it's something you know."

Dora, the figure of my father and daughter floats behind my brain.

Any of them were me hoping to invite them to the woodside, but then I wonder if I could work out a plan that this one would head out to Dareim.

Limi-Lu something, too, must be delightful.

"There are only fields of Fuwano and Mammalia in Turan, and those are the belongings of the Lords, so you can't even get close. So just seeing the fields of Aria and Tarapa in Dalaim felt very meaningful to me"

"Right. Then I'd love to see it, too. We've only seen vegetables sold in boarding towns, haven't we?

When I asked for my consent, both Raina-Lou and Sheila-Lou returned their gaze as if it were complicated.

"Um... I'm sorry, I've seen Kimus and fields in Dareim. Sheila-Lou, too, right?

"Yes, I was a little surprised because I didn't think Kimmus looked like that"

"Huh? You two ever put your legs up to Dareim?

"Yes.... when Asta was previously exposed, me and Sheila-Lou were in the role of searching for Inn Town and Dalaim"

At the same time I was convinced that I felt very sorry for myself.

"You did. Thank you very much for that verse.... I'm sorry to say all this floating around without even knowing how hard it was for everyone."

"Oh, don't worry about it. It's not Asta's fault."

Rayna-Lew smiles at me to encourage me.

"Neither did we take the time to observe what was going on in the fields, so if Asta is going to Dalaim, I want you to come with me."

"Oh well. Then talk to Donda-Lou. Besides, we need to see if the people of Dalaim will welcome us."

The people of Dalaim who fear Gibba may feel more afraid of the people by the woods than the people of the lodging town. Both Dora's father and Grandma Missill were a long way from the woodland people when we first met.

Discriminatory feelings towards the people by the woods have been much alleviated by the revelations of the vices of the Cycleuses.

Still, it's not unconditionally accepted. Just because it has a different ethic than the people of the town, and is a family of brave hunters, there are still aspects of the people by the forest that are viewed as heretical.

Also, without fear of the four great gods, only the forest is my mother. Nor would that part be inexplicable to the people of the town.

(Still no longer scorned or feared by the murmur. as a somewhat odd neighbor, not a heretic, we should be able to get along better)

With that in mind, I threw Chan's fruit into my mouth, which was surplus to the wood plate.

Then two hours and a little later, the smoked meat was finally finished.

Even the meat that was shrinking is dried and consolidated so small that it is arranged on a cloth.

The intestinal filling meat was roughly half as thin.

The intestines have shrunk to wrinkles and the meat inside has turned dark reddish brown.

"It still doesn't seem to be as hard as regular dried meat. Though it feels compressed by the cucumber."

As I said, I took the knife away.

Borrowed from Ai-Fa, it is the object of your father's shapes. Whatever the intestinal meat, the dried meat can damage the blade of the cooking knife if you don't use it.

"In the meantime, let's give it a taste"

It is six species: momomo, rose, shoulder, loin, smoked with hind legs intact, and intestinal stuffed meat.

First, scrape away the momomo meat, which is not difficult, and transfer it to a plate.

The harder the dried meat gets after the day, so at this stage, it is likely that I will be able to scratch it with my teeth.

"... this looks a lot better"

Rayna-Lew said, surprised.

"I added a little vanilla and it's very flavorful even though I just put my hands on it to smoke. Wouldn't this please the men too?"

"Yeah. Looks like you could finish it in a pan like this."

As for the taste, it would still be close to jerky.

The people by the woods used to only consume salt from this dried meat, so salty that their throats are sore.

However, the flavour of the concentrated meat and the various vanilla aromas are very palatable.

As such, roses, shoulders and loins also look at the flavors one after the other.

Personally, roses and loins had a subtle taste.

Fat has become a bit of a halfway house. The texture was not that pleasant, and I don't know what it feels like, but it doesn't take advantage of the taste of fat.

Or so, I don't even think a low-fat shoulder meat is the best.

After the days this will turn into unbeatable solidity for bonito.

And the smoking of the back leg feels a lot softer in flesh as it goes inside. At this mass, it seems necessary to drain water more carefully by soaking it in salt longer.

Block-shaped momomo meat seemed best suited for portable dried meat.

"It's delicious! I don't eat much dried meat or anything, but wouldn't this beat Karon or Kimmus?

"Right. But I'm going to have to sell this for 1.5 times the price of Karon. Then the average traveler might be a little out of hand"

Mim rounded her eyes properly.

"Then why did you want to improve the quality of dried meat? … oh, so we can make ourselves delicious."

"Of course I have that too. Oh, and I thought if it was dried meat, I could sell it in other towns."

As I think about it, I respond.

"Before that, a company of Sims I knew in Inn Town bought me a lot of dried meat for resale. If they were aristocrats and wealthy people in a different town, they might rarely buy them even if they were a little overpriced, wouldn't they?

If it stays this way, sooner or later Giva meat threatens to be hoisted to as high a price as Caron's torso meat. In preparation for that, I was wondering if I should explore new sales routes.

When I explained it that way, Mim looked a little sad.

"If Giva meat becomes so expensive, you won't be able to handle it in Inn Town anymore, will you? Caron's torso is about twice as expensive as foot meat, isn't it?

"Right. But by then, the residential townspeople might be richer than they are now.... No, that's how a nobleman I know named Polearth said he should be getting rich"

Well, that's only a distant future story.

As far as I'm concerned, I just wanted to hit every hand I could before the unforeseen future arrives.

"So if it was this bowel stuffed meat, I wondered how much more delightful it would be as an ingredient than regular dried meat. Now, what would the flavor be like?"

I cut the bowel stuffed meat, which shrunk to 1/5 cm thick and only 10 cm long, in half.

The number of people is just ten, so it's five bottles consumed.

It is a smooth, meat-packed, sausage smoke.

When I tried it, my teeth were as firm as salami.

But this one has a moderately soft texture created by the refined fat, which, when chewed, unwinds in the mouth without so much resistance.

The taste of salt and pico leaves is intense.

And Leelo and other vanilla bring a rich flavor.

The meat was as concentrated in flavor as or more than regular smoked meat, giving it a tremendous sense of satisfaction even in small quantities.

"It's delicious! I'm so thirsty."

I nodded at Mim and then I looked back at the Rayna-Lew guys.

"What do you guys think? The flavor itself is wonderful."

"Yes. I think it tastes better than dried meat....... but don't Donda dads and others rather hate this easy-to-eat?

"Yeah. I think a lot of hunters would be anxious if they softened up to dried meat because they had more chances of eating soft meat at dinner. I feel the same way, of course. … so I tried this for commercial use in other towns and then to use it as an ingredient for dinner."

"Is that the ingredient for dinner?

"Yeah. Because if you don't need to keep it for months, you don't need to dry and consolidate it so far. Shorten the time to smoke, bake and boil without smoking, I think you have as much use as you want, huh?

And I'll show you the rose smoked meat.

"So is this guy over here, if he dries and solidifies it so far, it will compromise the deliciousness of fat, but I think if you adjust the smoking time, you can make it into another ingredient called bacon. All the dried meat I gave to the Schmiral and Balan guys before has a halfway finish, but if you're going to make it for bacon purposes from the start, I'm sure it'll work."

"... Asta was trying to train you in how to make dried meat, thinking about it from the beginning"

Rayna-Lew took a small breath before staring at me with a strong eye.

"Hi here. These days, I've just been reminded of the difference in power with Asta. That's the kind of mood you're in for a rambling tototoss... but I'd also like to encourage you not to be shaken off by it"

Both Sheila-Lou and Tour-Din were unbeaten and seriously faced by Raina-Lou.

Li-Sudra is smiling to watch it, Rem-Dom is indifferent, and Sarris Lang-Fou is at home with one thing that the situation can't swallow right now-

And Yun-Sudra stares at me with a strangely hot look.

After a glimpse of you, Rayna-Lew has embarked on a journey.

"Asta, please continue to give me a hand job. I will squeeze all my forces to avoid clumping my legs together."

"Thank you. I'd be glad to hear you say that to Rayna-Lew."

For the production of bacon and sausage, it is about time that interesting results were obtained regarding the improvement of the flavour of 'giva curry', the development of the welcoming party contribution, the bargaining of new ingredients - and also the formula of fuwano and poitan. With everyone's help, I'm able to reach this far, too.

"But, Asta, this intestinal meat takes a lot of work. We were able to gather a lot of Fou and Sudra ladies today so we could finish it within the morning, but what about the future?

And, Sarris Lang-Fou comes to speak to Hikame.

I smiled back at you.

"I've been thinking about one thing about that. If you put it together and work on smoking like you did today, you could make dried meat in a minimum number of people, right? Now if you could even join Lid or Gaz or Ratz's house, you could float that amount of manpower."

"Oh...... that's true. If you can smoke so much meat for one or two people, you're going to be able to free your hands a lot."

"Yes, in addition to that, if you're exempt from buying out jobs to accomodation towns, you can also make more manpower, right?

Sarris Run-Fou leaned his neck a lot.

"Actually, I'm thinking about buying a new Totos and luggage car for buyout. If you use that for everyone, you'll be able to float around for quite a while, won't you? I was just trying to talk to the parents of each family about how you could spend that time helping me."

"Uh... you mean buy a luggage car for another family member? But is a luggage truck a surprisingly high value?

"If you can help me with my job with that, it's cheap. It does take a lot of intestinal work to make a lot of stuffed meat. It's a job I can't do alone."

Just buying luggage and tototoss on the one hand will surely not make you feel good that the parents of each family are also being applied.

But if that's also a beneficial story for Fa's house, could you think about it?

"... and that means one of your" rich lives "revelations."

Rem-dom spoke, shrugging his shoulders.

"Somehow, I'm afraid. You can't afford to buy a luggage truck to another family. You can't be the first to just be hunting Giva. If the intestinal stuffed meat and dots made with it are sold, further wealth will roll in. This is a really uninterrupted story."

"Yeah. We had to spread our hands because something unforeseen happened about the price of Giva meat going up, too."

But no matter how wide the hand of commerce may be, the presence of giva meat there is essential. Without Giva meat, my business won't make it.

So no matter how much wealth the people of the woods gain, they cannot put the hunter's work aside.

I wonder if this would allow me to get a rich life without being corrupt - that was my basic philosophy.

"It's a big deal. I can't believe that only one exotic has changed the lives of the people by the woods so far."

With that said, Lem-Dom laughed invincibly.

"I'm not looking forward to the end of the line, Asta, whether you're going to get stuck somewhere or break through everything like a freaking giva like this"

"Right. I want to push along with care at my feet."

That's how the smoked meat prototype ended successfully while leaving behind numerous challenges.
