215 (9) Opening date

Name:Isekai Ryouridou Author:Eda
13th of the White Moon.

Welcoming Jomtien, I took over the business from Li-Sudra and Ama Min-Lutim, and I was to leave the stall, not to say goodbye, but with my chest honking.

As yesterday, the members are Raina-Lou and six hunters, including Ai-Fa and Rudd-Lou.

"Why do you have that floating face?

Walking down a stone street, Ai-Fa asks.

"Hmm? Is it that floating? I'm just looking forward to the stalls that a cook named Jan."

"Fun?... Why?

"I have a problem with why they say... there are many parts of that guy that I can empathize with, and I still wonder what kind of dishes a Castle Town cook makes with Ingredients from Inn Town"

"Right. I'm also very concerned."

Raina-Lou laughs and gives his consent.

Watching that smile, Ai-Fa snapped, "Right."

"But even though it's the comrade's position to deal with the same enemy, opening a store in this lodging town means something to you - so to speak, shouldn't it?

"Oh, you knew those words too, Ai-Fa!... Yeah, that's probably why I'm wondering what kind of dish Jan makes extra"

And this is the work that is done for a grand and bare plan to make the people of Genos aware of the flavour of baked poitains.

From what Jan did yesterday, I have no doubt that he is trying to challenge the job with his perseverance as a cook.

I couldn't help but expect Jan to challenge this proposition with what dish, believing that the value of the dish is not determined by the price of the ingredients.

"Asta. Maybe that's that stall?

And Rayna-Lew pulled my sleeve.

When you look at it, there's a crowd in the direction of progress.

It's just halfway between the outdoor area and the inn area, right side by side from us.

A crowd of only four or fifty people had gathered there, halfway blocked the stone streets that would be ten meters wide.

"Yeah, apparently so."

I approached the crowd, suppressing my feelings for doing so.

Really, the fragrant scent of warmed milk fat sneaks into my nasal cavity.

This was also a rare testament that this stall was Jan's.

"Wow, people are amazing and I have no idea what's going on. Looks like this guy's thriving more than I expected."

"Mm-hmm. If you want to see how it goes, do you want to get on my shoulder?

That is how I - Fa - have stated it in the expression of seriousness itself.

"Yes, no, I'll honestly wait for the order. I originally intended to buy Jan's dishes."

"Right."

So we decided to line up at the rear of the crowd.

but it is an amphitheatre with six hunters. The people who were on the spot and seemingly crowded with unsure whether they were customers or wild horses left the circle with a bewildering look when they noticed our appearance.

As you can see from that reaction, 80% of the guests flocking to this stall were western people with yellowbrown or ivory skin.

(Shit. This is going to get in the way of sales.)

But that allowed me to see how the stalls were hidden in the crowd.

The stalls are built just like we rent them.

It's a young woman who's smiling and listening to customers' orders.

Next to it, Jan in white clothes is even eager to cook, and two soldiers stand by both sides of the stall. He is a private soldier of the Dalaim family, who has a better standing than the town guards.

Moreover, the stall even featured something like an embroidered flag with the crest of the Dalaim family.

(Wow. Did you start your business without hiding the fact that you are a noble holding cook)

So if I even wore a samurai escort, it would seem distant to the people of the boarding town due to its ruggedness - but the stall was thriving a lot.

At the southernmost end of the outdoor area, this place will surely be a first-class place to rent without paying attention to the partitioner. The neighborhood adjacent to the inn is crowded, and the time is just past Jomtien, so it's not easy as a snack stall.

But it was the first time I had seen so many customers flocking in one stall.

When it comes to our Gibba food stalls, it is a bustle comparable to the first rush of the morning.

"Oh, Asta. You really did give me a leg."

When our turn came around, Jan, who was immersed in cooking, turned up.

He is a skinny man who crosses fifty paths.

He wraps a white dress with a design very similar to the one I was made to wear at the Cycleus Mansion, with a barrel hat on his head.

The lean but bloody yellowbrown face was sweaty as if to prove its busyness.

"Good luck. Looks like you're having a good time, above all."

"Yeah, let's say it's not a good first day."

Jan nods with a deer claw-like face.

"Sorry, we have the back, please order more"

"Yes, uh..."

So I hit my gaze with the woman who was in Jan's place.

She is a young woman who looks elegant, with long brown hair tied behind her back, wrapped around her head like a scarf, and hooked up to a long garment that seems to be of good quality.

Perhaps you're terrorizing the hunters who flock around me. A weak smile flickers on the ivory face, which was a lot less bloody.

"Welcome. Your bill will be one red copper coin. Which color would you choose?

"Huh? Color?

The woman has nodded and pointed to the right hand side of the table in front.

It was decorated with three kinds of poiton fabric.

The size is 15 cm in diameter. The lid is a small, round, flattened fabric that is smaller than the one I use in Myrmu Grill.

What surprised me was the shade.

One of the fabrics was a familiar cream colour, but the other two had a pale orange and green colour.

"We mix Gigo for white fabrics, Nenon for the pearl ones and Nanar for the green ones. All your money is one red copper coin, so choose your favorite color"

I was even more surprised to see if it was colored with vegetables.

I was the one who taught that mixing ghigos fluttered the texture.

but Guigo originally has the same creamy white color as Poitan, so it doesn't change color, etc.

So, Nennon is a vegetable that has a very similar color to carrots, and Nanar is - I haven't used it in my dedication yet, but it was supposed to be a vegetable like a horseradish.

(Still, your price is one red copper coin)

The reason for this is convincing due to the size of the fabric. I'm sure this is sold in about half the size of "Myrmu Grill" sold in two red copper coins.

The first "Kimmus Meat Bun" I've ever spoken of in this lodging town, the little one was also sold for a piece of red copper coin.

I guess one is enough for a child, and if you are an adult, you should buy two.

It must be a prospect that even first-sighted people can easily buy them if they keep their prices down.

"Um... what do you do?

Your daughter asks me with a slightly unreliable sales smile.

"Well, I'd like one pearl and one green, please," I responded.

Jan's cooking was arranged for me and Rayna-Lew to buy one at a time.

"Thank you. Please wait."

I'm sure this daughter, too, is a castle townspeople itching for the Dalaim family. I've never seen anyone so elegant as a customer in Innkeeper Town.

Either way, me and Rayna-Lew paid for one red copper coin at a time, and accordingly, Jan stuck me with a snack.

An enormous iron pan was installed inside the stall, in which brown ingredients boiled in pieces.

What drifts is the sweet smell of carons of milk fat and vanilla or something.

A loose brown paste wraps around the Poitan fabric.

The shape was similar to 'Myrmu Grill' - that is, it was triangular in the same way as the crepe.

Again, in round fabrics, weaving in this way would be the easiest.

"Thank you for waiting"

"Thank you. … so we'll see what you think later."

"Yes, thank you for your time"

It's just like a deer claw, and Jan's been bowing her head.

I'm sure in Castle Town, he didn't do business like standing in front of customers. He was originally a serious and seemingly sturdy person, but he seems to be trying to concentrate on his work with clutter.

We left the stall to be chased into the eyes of the people around us.

Don't let it get in the way of business. Take any distance you have before you breathe.

Fortunately, when we moved away, people started gathering straw around the stall again.

"The scent, it's wonderful. Is this the scent of an ingredient called caron's milk fat?

That's how Raina-Lou has asked, with a serious eye for Jan-made snacks in its hands.

Rayna-Lew is the orange, and I am the green fabric.

"Right. And then there's the smell of caron meat and vanilla."

"Really? You still get a little nervous about mouthing meat that's not gibberish"

But Raina-Lou also mouths the meat of Kimus and Karon when he gives Milan-Math a cooking gesture at the Kimus' Tail Pavilion.

Knowing how skinless Kimmus meat and Caron's foot meat are unsavory ingredients - and what procedure I used to make them into a dish full of, Rayna-Lew challenges the tasting of this dish.

"Well, let's have it"

"Yes."

We had teeth on the Poitan fabric at the same time.

First, milk fat similar to butter and a less memorable scent of vanilla fall through my nose.

It has a much sweeter aroma that also harms with milk fat.

To my knowledge, it may smell close to cinnamon.

Later, the taste of well-simmered caron meat and vegetables spread in his mouth.

Caron's foot meat is softly simmered to the point that it remains more chewy.

What do vegetables use? In the meantime, I could feel the sweetness of Aria and Nenon, but other than that, they seemed to use a variety of vegetables.

The vegetable named Nanar, mixed in Poitan dough, should have had the blue odor there, but it is written off by the flavor of the ingredients.

I don't use Gigo, so the dough was slightly sticky, but I don't care much because I have a lot of juice in the ingredients.

In a nutshell, this seemed to be a dish based on sweetness.

Sweetness of milk fat, sweetness of caron meat, sweetness of vegetables - to tie them together, perhaps with this cinnamon-like vanilla.

And besides that vanilla, no such thing as seasoning is used.

Karon's foot meat was probably salted, but there was no perceptible saltiness or spiciness.

Maybe even that salt gas is attracting the sweetness of the dish.

(I'm sure this is - a flavoring conceived with milk fat as its axis)

In addition to rock salt, it is difficult to obtain seasoning-like condiments. In this inn town, I let the spindle of flavor set the scent of Myrmu, the acidity of Tarapa, and the sweetness of fruit liquor. The combination of rock salt and Pico leaves made it possible to create a satisfactory dish first.

In contrast, Jan let the flavor be assembled with milk fat and herbs like cinnamon, whose name is unknown.

It's amazingly delicious.

Personally, emphasizing sweetness alone makes me feel a bit inedible, and I don't think I would choose this direction if I were you.

However, the idea of integrating sweetness from meat and vegetables with milk fat and vanilla gave me a sense of skill and taste.

In short, it has a finished flavour.

I've never spoken of a dish so complete in Inn Town.

"Is this cooking meat and then simmering it with vegetables?

As seriously faced as ever, Raina-Lou has stated so.

"Yeah. I'm sure you're cooking the surface of the caron meat with milk fat and simmering it with vegetables and vanilla until that's tender. Aria and Nennon are the ones who use it. - I wonder if Tino and Chatch are also used."

"I think Tino is being used. There seems to be little shape left."

"Oh, and I think I also add skim milk when I simmer. So I guess it tastes so mellow."

It's a dish that's only about the size of a palm of my hand, but after a bite of both Raina-Lou and I were obsessed with analysis.

The surrounding Ai-Fas are even indifferent to this one, paying attention to what the streets look like.

"I was a little surprised by the color of this Poitan fabric, but you're not involved in the flavor. If this is the case, wouldn't something with a mixture of ghigos be the best?

"Right. I think this is probably a trick to catch the customer's attention.... I knew it wouldn't taste like Nenon at all?

"I don't... I think. Maybe you just don't feel it for me."

"No, I don't feel the taste of Nanar either, so I guess I'm pretty sure. … but how about we compare your taste?

Within moments, Rayna-Lew's face stained bright red.

At the same time, I get kicked in the leg with the force there from behind.

Looking back, I saw the grumpy side of Ai-Fa.

"Um, Asta... I'm sorry, but mouthing the same dish even though I'm not a family... as a forest folk, it seems like an act to refrain from"

"Oh, yeah, right. Sorry, I didn't care enough."

But I remember giving Limi-Lew his own hamburger, and I think Rud-Lew was recommended a meat bun from Tara, but is it no count if the toddler is his opponent?

Whatever it is, it's my big fault about this one, so I'm going to let you take this calf pain with sincerity.

"Something sounds delicious if you just do the smell. Sister Raina, why don't you just let me taste one bite?

and Rudd-Lou has also spoken that way with his eyes on the streets.

Rayna-Lew leaves redness on her cheeks, while offering you a snack on the verge of eating.

"Oh, i-fa, I wish you were too -"

I don't want it.

I decided to keep my mouth shut and cheeks open.

In the meantime, Rudd-Lou takes a bite of snack from his sister's hand and gives an obscure voice, "Hmm".

"Is it delicious, this? I don't think it tastes bad."

"I think it would be great if I thought I had devised it in just two days. Somehow, it feels like you have one taste muscle."

"... I don't know. I definitely think Asta and Sister Raina would be better off making it."

That's because we have an advantage called giva meat.

At the very least, I don't think it's any better than the "Chimus with Kimus" or "Stir-fried Caron's Finely Chopped Meat" that I did in "Kimus' Tail Pavilion".

Of course, Jan has the advantage of being able to use milk fat, but it still didn't change the fact that this was a highly complete dish.

In addition, the colorful notes of Poitan fabric and milk fat caught the eyes and nose of the people on the road, and the price was even one red copper coin. It was probably a strategy that included not only the flavour of the dishes, but also those things.

In this residential town, where there is no such thing as a professional cook, Jan showed her strength.

"Hey, I knew you showed up."

and was called out there containing laughter.

It is the Zashma of The Guardian, a large western people - whose mouth is concealed with a grey cloth spread, wearing the hood of a cape deeply.

"Oh, thank you. Sounds like a smooth slip first."

"Right. This busy on the first day would be more than enough. I'm calm now, but there were quite a few people in the first place who were surprised that this was Poitan."

On the shoulders of the hunters, Zashma laughs in front of his eyes.

"Besides, it's a big deal to be a cook. Accommodation That's not the case with shops in town that feed so much delicious food. … I prefer to season it with a little more alcohol."

"Oh, you got a taste, too."

To my words, Zashma put her head on the hood.

"That's part of an operation that matters to us. I'm sorry I haven't eaten your food yet."

"No, you don't have to worry about that much."

I guess Zashma, with her yellow-brown skin, was born in this Genos or very nearby town. Then he is also one of those who have repelled Gibba and the people of the woods.

Even Polearths said he wasn't quite willing to mouth Giva's cooking, so that's the only thing he could do. It is not something that can state dissatisfaction or anything else because even such a trait is trying to fight with the people of the woods.

Just - there was one thing that bothered me.

"... Speaking of which, it almost looks like the people of the west are gathered in Jan's shop, doesn't it?

"Oh. I guess that's the only thing he's had either. People from the south and east are gathered in your shops. It's not a customer deal, it's a cool story."

If we were to consider only the immediate sales, the words might have been correct.

But our aim is only to make the people of the west aware of the taste of Gibba.

In that sense, Jan's shop may have become the biggest competitor ahead.

(Of course, then we'll have to compete head-on with that)

This sense of confrontation is going to burn me in a good way.

In addition to that, since we will be able to handle milk fat in every store ahead of us, we also had to envisage the possibility that something called cooking in Accommodation Town will rise to an overall one-ranked level.

(But I can also use milk fat, and I was able to explore with new ingredients such as fuwano powder and kimus eggs. If you can even secure manpower, try selling out new dishes by adding more stalls)

But that and this are stories after we settle with Cycleus.

If we don't get satisfactory results there, there will be no spreading or snagging of Giva meat.

"Well, it's an unprecedented story that an aristocratic cook opens a shop in Inn Town. That can't just not be a reputation.... and it's good news for us that the shop where the Dalaim family crest is displayed is accepted by the people of Inn Town."

That's what Zashma said, as he regained his mind.

"When you were exposed to Count Turan's daughter, we already know that it was the Dareim family who played a part in the rescue. If you were a person who still resented the people of the woods, you wouldn't think to get involved in the Dalaim family itchy shop or anything. On the other hand, if the store had listed the family crest of the Turan family, it wouldn't have thrived there."

"Really?... That's right"

The people of the west who were there were upset by the appearance of hunters by the woods for the majority of them.

But I certainly don't think he was so afraid or averse to the people by the woods.

"We also seem to know a lot about the people of the woods and the certainty of Cycleus, and that guy is definitely creating a breeze of condemnation of Cycleus. That woodland man named Gazran-Rutim seems pretty good at reading the times. I don't mean it in a bad way, but I'm just surprised there's such a person in a forest settlement."

"Yeah. I'm often surprised by that guy, too."

"Oh man, it feels good to be talking. If this mess clears up, we can drink together."

Saying so, Zashma narrowed her eyes.

"- Oh, my God, you don't even seem to be saying such a swallowing thing. Hey, once I let you hide yourself, be careful, you guys."

"Huh? What is that?"

My call was muddled, and Zashma was just swamped by the crowd.

I couldn't figure it out and let my gaze wander - Ai-Fa was even looking in the north direction.

"It's Rud-Lew. That's Cycleus' soldier."

Really, the hunters that surrounded me and Rayna-Lew have put up a circle of siege.

Even though we were pushed into a small space, we'd hit our shoulders in the center of the wheel.

"... people by the woods. It was a pleasure to meet you here."

A big shadow approaching from the northern direction stands before us.

The man, in a liturgical white leather armor, with his slender long sword down his waist, was certainly one of the Thuran family martial officers who guarded Cycleus in that hall.

"People by the woods, to Asta in Fa's house. Ai-fa, huh? I am Zimon, the first captain of the Guard of the Turan family.... Does this include the mortals of the Luu family, the chief-muscle by the woods?

"I'm Ruh-Ruh, the youngest brother of the main house. Let me know what it's all about."

Rudd-Lou, who burned the hunter's fire in both eyes, advanced before Zimon.

The martial officers carving the Turan family crest on their chests and the hunters by the woods confront each other, with people on the road.

In such a disturbing vexation, Jimon said in a calm voice.

"It is a word from my master, Cycleus, Earl of Turan. I want you to tell the forest chiefs correctly. It's about the upcoming talks in two days."

That's how Jimon turned two things over to us.

When the word reached on that second matter, Ai-Fa let the flame of passion dwell in its blue eyes and said, "Don't be ridiculous!" and I was to give you an anger.
