43 ③ Forestside pride

Name:Isekai Ryouridou Author:Eda
"It's a dish that grilled Giva's meat."

Fortunately, I didn't get hit.

It's just that I was blinded with flaming eyes and slapped on my anger.

In a quiet large hall, three ladies also come and arrange the plates from the right row.

I felt very modest, but deliberate.

Ama-Min, etc. on his first face, has his eyes rounded with "well".

Gazran-Rutim has a polite, faceless look.

Donda-Lou was even burning both eyes.

Dan-Rutim is puffing and shivering his thick lips as he runs thick blood vessels through his bald head.

"Donda-Lou! What the hell is this all about? Let me explain!

That big mouth finally let the second anger slip.

Donda-Lou looks back at you in silence.

"This is - this giva meat - not giva torso meat!

Again, even if it's not Luu's house, he doesn't have a habit of eating anything but his hind legs.

Well, it's within the assumption.

"... apparently, so," Donda-Lou responded with a bottom voice.

Even anger transcended, the fierceness that seemed to shrink the liver just to ask is full of its heavy voice.

"Well, what do you mean?" Today is Rutim's eldest brother's wedding celebration! What a sight to give Mundt this bait! Lou and Rutim are a deeper and darker connected family than any other house......!

"It's not what I found out"

Just the temper put into that voice, Dan-Rutim was to swallow the voice of condemnation.

A slightly larger hangover sees Donda-Lou with the kind of eyes he sees, even if it's hard to believe.

"It's not what I found out...... what does that mean, Donda-Lou?

"I just ordered the lad there to cover a feast that was irreplaceable and important to Lew's house. That's not what I found out."

When I heard the words, Dan-Rutim looked back at me with fierce momentum.

It's too fierce, and the meat on my cheeks is shaking.

"Kamado number! You let Lew's parents fool you - and knowing this was Rutim's wedding celebration, you prepared this kind of Mundt bait!

"It's not Mundt's bait. This is' Giva Meat Steak '. We have three kinds for everyone: spare ribs, shoulder loin and momomo."

While giving such explanations, Meer Ray-Luu and Vina Luu went to the back aisle of the hall to pick up a new plate and Raina Luu disappeared to take you to the back aisle of the hall.

Well...

The contents of that large plate, which now stands hot in front of everyone.

As proclaimed, it is' Steak of Giva Meat '.

If it's so important to chew, you can still eat it. It's a menu I've just devised.

Of course that's not the only reason. But when it comes to meat cooking classics, this would still be it.

Because it is a steak, I have not cooked anything unusual.

I just cautioned against baking.

Momo, as its name suggests, is Momo meat.

Shoulder loin is a muscle from back to shoulder.

And the spare ribs are rose meat that hasn't been removed from the ribs.

Every plate was put on a splendid boned meat, with meat on it.

So it won't be possible to mistake it for the meat on the back leg first.

That appearance impact was one of my aims.

"Like this - feeding Mundt like this -" Dan Rutim is still shaking his lips.

For me, that spare rib looks the best.

The ribs have plenty of meat on them, and the shoulder and momomo steak are roughly 2,5 cm thick.

The weight is more than a hamburger, but in all three varieties, it is adjusted so that the male population is about 6-700 grams and the female population is about 3-400 grams.

Each one was prepared in the shape of a little small and chunky thickness.

As for the bottom line, there was a lot of suzi in every area, so I'll put the cut in first.

When it comes to momomo meat, there is a fear that many leans will make the grill too stiff, so I beat it with a beautifully washed earthen bottle and crushed the fiber a little.

All you have to do is cover one side of the meat with rock salt and pico leaves, set aside about ten minutes, and the bottom line is over.

Lose fat in a hot iron pan over high heat, and when it turns enough, put the salty, picky surface down and put it in.

Once the baking surface is fox-colored, transfer the pan to the body of a low heat.

According to the fire reduction, red gravy floats on the top surface in about a minute or two, so flip it at that time.

Well, up to this point, it was a steak meal (800 yen) cooking method for my parents' "sautéers". The target is Giva meat, not beef. Leaving lean is scary. Ai-Fa also told me that "raw roasted meat and other things are out of the question".

So I usually continue to finish it on low heat, but I decided to put it back on the top of the high fire here.

If you're going to finish Weldan, not Rare or Medium, it's going to take too long on low heat only.

After cooking for so long, it's just that even Weldan keeps spilling more and more gravy that tends to be scarce.

The back is also heated at once over high heat, where fruit liquor is poured and often steamed.

There seem to be many stores that use the aromatic fruit liquor in the final finish, but in my "sawdust shop" I put it in at this time.

It's just a fragrance and then a process for steaming, so now they're not going to say "sweet".

This process of steaming could not be removed in order to put the meat through the fire any sooner.

So, open the lid at the time when the alcohol was cut, and when the baking surface turns fox color, return to low heat.

So, if a clear gravy floats on an already cooked surface this time, it's done.

The work process is done now.

All that was left was the trial and error of what the thickness of the "living" meat was in this process.

If the meat is too thick, it will take some time for it to catch fire inside, so I lose gravy and become crispy.

In thin meat, though, it is no longer very different from the BBQ dishes that should be eaten frequently by the Lew family from time to time.

The result of that trial and error was a thickness of roughly two and a half centimeters.

As for the steak, it's quite thick.

It would be quite chewy because it's Weldan, but it's not a problem for forestside people who are usually grabbing hard dried meat.

Giva meat steak, challenged by the limits of thickness.

When I asked Ai-Fa for a tasting, I also received an ink saying, "It tastes as good as Hanba-gu."

That's why.

I was able to consolidate my determination to challenge Donda-Lou in this "Giva Steak," which is also a "big failure" for me.

"... the only thing that eats Gibba's torso is Mundt, the meat-eater!

Once again, that's what Dan-Rutim shouted.

"Otherwise, you can't hunt Giva properly, just a powerless family!

Hmm? You've never heard that before.

"Ey-fa in Fa's house! You hang big things from your neck, but do you see those horns and fangs?!? You say you are hunting enough giva and you are purposefully plundering Mundt's bait to live forever!?

Dan-Rutim's overly meaty face has a rather dangerous look on it.

If you had a knife on your hips, you would definitely have stretched your finger to that pattern.

"No, there can't be such an insane person. So you're fooling our house that you deserve to be eating Mundt's bait, such as Rutim...?

"I see. I could also finally understand what Dan-Rutim was so exasperated about"

and the cold, whispering voice of Ai-Fa cut off the air in the room, which was starting to boil about.

There are signs that some humans will look back in a hazy way.

"In my childhood, there were times when my father Gil-Fa broke his leg and he couldn't stay hunted either. The fangs and horns diminished and at last there was nothing left to eat but dried meat. That fold had a child giva in my awkward trap, so I brought that little giva home with my mother, May-Fa."

It was unusual for me to get a story about my parents directly out of Ey-Fa's mouth.

Instead of me, who takes a little breath, Ai-Fa takes the word with a quiet but powerful voice.

"In doing so, my mother cut not only Gibba's legs, but also the meat on her back, and baked them. I don't know if you can live forever by straying Mundt's bait, but that's the kind of impending life you're talking about."

"... oh yeah. Hungry humans even eat Giva's torso and head. It's not acceptable to the forest people, it's weakness!

"Admitted. Even in a house as small as Fa's, or as big as Rutim's, if you serve as a hunter so that you can collect as many horns and fangs as you need, meat and other legs are enough. The hunter that it cannot fulfill is certainly a weak hunter that should not be tolerated.... My father was disqualified as a hunter in those days when he hunted his family to the point of starving them"

Ai-Fa, who can even cross with Donda-Lou, turned Dan-Lutim's gaze straight back, and said.

"Dan-Rutim is right. It was an unforgivable weakness for the people of the woods."

And - furthermore, I = fa, did something unexpected.

A lot of the cold remained, but he smiled slightly at his mouth.

"However, there can be no such thing as an intention to discredit Rutim's house to us. This meat is the delicious meat you deserve for your celebration day, so you just sifted it."

"Delicious meat," he said.

When the bald-headed giant shouted something further, the son gave a soothing voice, "It's my father, Dan-Rutim".

"Whatever they put out, this is how Lew's house behaves. It is to spit on it that we go against the tenacity. It may be Mundt's bait, but as long as Geez's bait is eaten together, you must enjoy the grace."

"But it's a gazlan - heh!

"If you're guilty, it's after you eat it"

The voice, like Ey-Fa, was calm from start to finish, but its blue eyes remained all the way down as if they wanted to hide their emotions.

I see. Speaking of which, Donda-Lou didn't even try to complain about one thing that night until he finished eating. After I finished eating everything, I began to twitch that it was Mundt's bait, a poison that rotted my soul.

I was told that the only way to keep Kamado was to keep his life that night.

No matter what meal they sift, more than they deposit, they don't complain.

But if that meal is a substitute for defiling the lives and souls of those who have eaten it - that's when you ask if you've betrayed your trust.

I wonder how this honest young man would behave if he polluted the soul of a man who would be his wife.

Such an imagination was only bad for the heart as much as it did.

"Thank you for waiting..." the old woman's squeaky voice sounds.

Just like that night, Ziba-Lou was escorted by Raina-Lou and came to the Great Hall.

Still turning his face bright red like an octopus entrance, Dan-Rutim and his son grab a handful along with a trick like grabbing his left shoulder with his right hand, and Ama-Min attaches the opposite hand to the opposite shoulder and gives a bowl of grace.

"Then we shall begin the feast. Take a seat every day."

Even heavier, slightly angry Donda-Lou's voice told him so.
