Chapter 195 The Hunt Begins!

"Damn God of light, just you wait! I'm coming for you!"

Although Elric said this, he knew the current him was still far away from confronting a God, much less a god King

Murphy's law, an adage or epigram that is typically stated as:

'Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.'

Or In some formulations, it is extended to

'Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, and at the worst possible time.'

And in Ava's eyes, Everything about this plan could go wrong. However, thinking that she had already agreed to support him, Ava just shook his head.

Instead of worrying about the uncertain future, it would be much better to begin thinking up some plans and alternatives in case something went wrong.

At least, guaranteeing themselves an easy escape was something Ava had begun working on as she held the mini version in the abyss gate in her hands

Unfortunately, before she could achieve anything, Elric's voice suddenly interrupted her

"Hey Ava, can you feel that?"

"They're getting closer!

Sitting cross-legged, Elric could sense the speed by which the abyss demon armies progressed suddenly increased.

Not only that, he noticed three significant auras taking the lead as they continued to approach the valley's heart.

"Damn! Are those abyss princes? If not, why is their aura so strong!"

Not giving Ava a chance, to reply, Elric who didn't expect the sudden change couldn't help but explain

demon prince, the absolute top of the food chain right under the abyss God

Otherwise called the immortal prince due to their Immortal characteristics which makes it almost impossible for them to die

In fact, if it wasn't for the last battle in death valley where an abyss demon prince died, up till now everyone would have thought that the princes were unkillable

However, now that it's been disproven, that doesn't necessarily reduce their danger

And even now, without the restriction of abyss demon Gods, just a few princes are enough to wipe out all life including the dukes in the abyss

Thankfully, even princes had to watch their shots to Avoid going all out and damaging the abyss

After all, abyss demons although advocates for violence and chaos didn't want their homeland to be destroyed

Given the fact that if that happened, then all of them would have been banished to a life of wandering without a place to call home and rest

Just imagining this, for the first time ever Elric felt grateful for the existence of abyss demons Gods

Thinking of the fact that they actually created such a rule, Elric gave them a slight thumbs up in his mind

*Um master? What should we do, it seems like all your traps have been used up*

*Shouldn't we quickly try and search for the blood ruby?* Asked Ava

Interrupting Elric's train of thought, Ava who was connected to Elric also noticed the changes in their surroundings

And seeing this Ava realized just how bad their situation was.

With a nonstop increase in demons pouring into death valley, plus the princes who had started to make a move

Ava felt it would be too long before the whole death valley exploded into chaos as tension was gradually reaching its peak

Fortunately, Elric wasn't too engrossed in his thoughts and quickly snapped out of it after hearing Ava's words

"You're right Ava, we need to go!"

"A.i. chip, continue scanning the surroundings until you notice something strange"

Listening to Ava's advice, Elric quickly gave the order to his A.I. chip

Although he wasn't sure if the blood ruby would be picked up by the A.I chip, but given the current situation Elric could only use all means he could

*Hopefully it works!*

Sensing the radar being brought up in his mind, Elric slowly stood up patting way the dust and sand off his clothes

"Ava, go back into the small world for now"

"We don't know how those abyss demon gods may react if they end up sensing your presence"

"After all, I doubt they have ever seen something like an Ava, a world spirit bound to a human soul"

Hearing Elric say this, Ava didn't refute it, after all, she herself knew how special her existence was.

With this in mind, giving Elric a slight nod, Ava clenched her fists before disappearing right off his shoulder.

Obviously, although she wanted to help, Ava knew appearance would be of any help to Elric now; rather, it would be more of a distraction.

And Elric seeing her disappearance gradually narrowed his eyes

Unexpectedly the time for the hunt had begun.

The race for the treasure had started

chaos had begun to reach new heights all throughout the abyss

And the gears of fate had begun to turn

"Blood ruby you're mine!"

Making up his mind, Elrics figure flashed, directly disappearing in place.
