Chapter 20 [Tet’s new equipment. Then, on to the next place.] Part 2

“Well, let’s go back to the main topic. As for my recommendation, I’d like to recommend the magic steel sword.”

“Just putting it out there, but can’t we buy a mithril sword with our budget of three large gold coins?”

“Hold your horses. If you’re thinking about the transmission rate, then mithril is the only way to go. However, when I saw that sword, Tet jou-chan has a considerable amount of strength. If that’s the case, then the weapon itself is better off strong like magic steel.”

‘I see……’ I understood as they explained, but Tet, on the other hand, tilted her head to the side.

Since we’re continuing our journey from now on, it’ll be difficult to have a blacksmith constantly help us, so I’m thankful that Tet’s weapons will not need repairing and automatically repair itself.

Tet put on the complete set of equipment that the weapon shop brothers completed and she looked like a competent female adventurer.

Having finished paying for the equipment, Tet pulled out the fixed sword and prepared herself to use it.

The moment Tet stopped releasing her mana, she suddenly crouched down on the place.

“Tet, are you okay? Don’t push yourself!”

“Fuhehe, sorry.”

Tet released her mana from her core in one go to quicken the transformation of the magic steel and completed the magic sword.

As a result of being a new species evolved from a golem, she possessed a large amount of mana compared to a human, but her means for recovering used mana was poor.

“Geez, don’t be reckless. Well then, I’ll take Tet and leave the town.”

“No problem, we also received a good job. Next time you come to this town, show me the sword! If the companion with that much mana uses this sword, the magic sword might evolve further one more time!”

While waiting for the weapon to be completed, we checked the date and time for the stagecoaches. After getting the weapon, we’d get on and ride the stagecoach, and head for the next town at our own pace.

“Tet, are you really okay?”

“Fuhehe, I’m happy clinging to Majo-sama~.”

Holding up her back with my hand, I charged and restored her mana silently, but I didn’t see even a single sign of remorse.

Then, when we arrived at the stagecoach area, the three members of Falcon Watching the Wind were waiting for us.

“Hey, Chise jou-chan and Tet jou-chan, you kept us waiting.”

“Lyle-san, why are you here?”

“We’re seeing you off. The other adventurers were also indebted to you, so we’re the representative to see you guys off.”

Having been told that they were indebted to me and Tet, I was a bit puzzled.

At most, I’ve been going to and from the guild’s reference room for a week, raising my rank by herb collecting for two weeks, and herb collecting while we waited for Tet’s equipment for a week in this town.

Then, we received our farewells from Lyle-san and them.

The fellow female bow-user adventurer Anna especially was worried about our journey with just two girls and I was both happy and embarrassed.

“We’re leaving soon, so get on!”

“Majo-sama, let’s go!”

“Well then, farewell.”

We got on the stagecoach and looked at the town of Daryl from the slowly advancing coach.
