"The Juggernaut?! That bastard's trying to kill you!" exclaimed Achara after hearing the announcement that Xavier would be facing him.

"And make me lose my money..." she mumbled under her breath.

"Who's the Juggernaut?" he asked nonchalantly, not intimidated or afraid even after seeing Achara's reaction.

"I've seen his fights a few times, and he is a very large man that is yet to lose a single fight and is known for crushing his opponents with his sheer size, weight, and power."

"So like Connor?"

"Not at all. You'll see."

Achara's response didn't help him mentally prepare for who he was about to face, but there was no point worrying, and it wasn't long after their exchange that Xavier was called out to be led to his fight.

And seeing how relaxed and confident Xavier was, she decided to believe in him, since doing so had worked out so far.

-

After being thoroughly searched just like all the fighters were, it was time for Xavier's walk-out and as the less famed fighter, he was the first to enter the cage.

And the crowd couldn't help but doubt that he could actually fight, since his physique didn't appear to be anything amazing.

But after the announcer claimed that he was the Unstoppable Killer's younger brother and a very skilled fighter, the crowd was interested to see what he was actually capable of.

It slightly annoyed Xavier that he was referred to as Achara's younger brother and knew that she would probably tease him about it, but he didn't bother reacting.

Standing calmly in the cage, his heart was beating rapidly, but his mind was clear and relaxed despite the pressure of the crowd and not knowing his opponent.

And it took longer for his opponent to come out than he expected, but certainly not because the Juggernaut was afraid of the newcomer.

-

"You want me to fight a new challenger even though I'm on the rankings? Are you guys taking me seriously?!" bellowed the juggernaut after being called to fight.

"Wasn't I supposed to face someone on the rankings tonight?!" he yelled, as he began smashing apart the VIP viewing room that he was in.

The one that was sent to call him to the fight tried to get him to calm down, but didn't dare to even get close to the behemoth of a man, afraid of getting hurt.

But as soon as the one-eyed demon showed up, the Juggernaut instantly stopped what he was doing.

The boss himself showing up was something that was rare, and most fighters only see him a few times and don't get the luxury of speaking to him.

Only those that interested him or were towards the top of the ranking actually got to speak to him personally, and even then, they had to speak to him with the utmost respect and be careful about what they said.

And yet here he was.

-

"Stop and get ready to fight," he instructed sternly, and his glare made the giant man's knees feel weak, instantly becoming docile and lowering his head.

"It was me who changed the line-up because I wanted the Iron Fist Nora to face someone else. If you have a problem, speak fat ass."

The Juggernaut shook his head frantically.

"Good. And if you crush that little fucker for me, I'll give you a bonus," the one-eyed demon added before walking off.

'That kid that took down Marco was confident, calm and quite skilled, but he's in over his head and doesn't know his place. After he's crushed, I'll offer Achara to join me once again and I'll make her a monster once again. Once I'm finished, she'll be perfect for doing my dirty work.'

The one-eyed demon was still obsessed with the thought of getting Achara to join him, after seeing her previous performances that reminded him of himself, but above all, he sought to be entertained and what better than a bloody battle to do so?

-

Still filled with fury, the juggernaut felt as though he was being looked down upon and had nobody else to aim his anger at than his opponent.

And since he would receive a bonus for crushing him, why wouldn't he seek to do so?

Walking over to the cage, the crowd was going ballistic, and he was certainly a unique fighter, to say the least.

Standing at 2 metres tall, he weighed over 200kg, triple what Xavier weighed, and was someone that was quite experienced in combat.

Wrestling and grappling were his forte, but that's not to say his strikes weren't great and shouldn't be taken lightly.

And one doesn't receive the 90th rank in the biggest underground fight club in the city without being skilled.

-

Seeing him approach the cage, at first Xavier didn't think he was very large, but as he got closer, he appeared to grow larger and larger, and facing him, he couldn't help but be shocked.

'Is this man even human? And aren't there any weight classes?!'

Meanwhile, the Juggernaut was also shocked by who he was facing, "This puny kid's my opponent? You've got to be kidding me?"

"Hey! You fat shit. Watch your mouth."

He was built like a sumo wrestler and he was as far as one could get from being skinny, but it still seemed to anger him when he was called fat.

"I'm going to kill you!"

"Is that so, you fat shit? We'll see. You'll probably end up getting tired in a matter of seconds."

Starting to shout and hurl insults at Xavier, that juggernaut was clearly enraged and Xavier had succeeded in getting under his skin.

To be honest, he had no reason to hold any hatred or malice towards his opponent, but it was important to get any advantage he could, especially against a tough opponent.

And if the juggernaut wasn't thinking straight and allowed anger to cloud his judgement, Xavier was more likely to be able to take him down.

While it seemed as though he was already angry, so he was merely adding fuel to the fire and taunting his opponent.

But then, hearing that the man before him was 90th on the ranking, Xavier was starting to have his doubts...
