"No. If you give divorce without reason right after you come back, what would happen to your image?" Old Madam Long chided her son.

"Let them act out and then I'll settle them all." Old Madam Long snorted. She had been patient towards those women because they came here under the Imperial Edict. But now that her son was not as busy as before while her grandson was approaching his real marriageable age, she didn't want to keep them here.

For some reason, he felt that his status in his mother's eyes had turned lower than his own son.
