Alex slowly rose to his feet with a deep frown. They were both injured badly and with their current condition really bad this will be the worst time to face the territory beast. And the fact it is hiding in the shadow, Alex could only think of one beast he has always come across during all stages of his life and they always prove to be troublesome.

“Then let’s make a divinity pact, we are the twin sins of Gluttony, forever to rise and fall together. This way we won’t ever have to fight against others for the title, as per the suspected rules of gods…. No two beings can bear a title unless they choose to share” Danny said and Alex sighed.

He too had his suspicions because the moment he realized a new sin of Gluttony was born, his instinct at that moment was just to eliminate the imposter. If it wasn’t Danny, he wouldn’t hesitate to eliminate him.

What was more frightening was that the feeling was still there and he knew Danny could feel it too. Only after Danny said this did it make some sense to him.

“This” Alex said as he looked at Danny and smiled. For some reason, he didn’t feel alone and empty anymore.

He felt slightly guilty since he felt if there was someone who he was meant to form a pair with, it should have been Silver. But the situation made things this way so he couldn’t live in regret.

“Hehehehe! We can talk about your doubts later but first, let’s deal with this” Danny smiled and looked toward the distance. A pair of reptilian eyes were pinned on them.

The two bellowed at the top of their voices as they punched forward and released a combination of black and white flames surging forward like a turbulent ocean!

The Territory serpent exploded with divine power as it charged into the fierce ocean of fire fearlessly.

“It’s over!” Alex and Danny snorted disdainfully as they felt the enemy bulldozing through their black fire combo.

“You lost this battle even before it even started,” Alex and Danny said at the same time with distasteful looks on their faces as a divine aura exploded from their bodies as their auras formed to form a towering black and white Buddha and three faces of Joy sorrow and anger.

“Master, I have perfected your technique,” Danny said tearfully and Alex smiled.

“I am sure he will be proud wherever he is,” Alex said with a smile, ignoring the incoming territory serpent.

The two made a strange seal and one of the Buddha’s hands flew forward and clashed with the approaching serpent but at the same time, the beads hung on one of its hands vanished and appeared around the neck of the territory serpent tightening!

The territory serpent let out a furious cry as the beads tied around its neck kept tightening without stopping and it felt like each bead was no different from a mountain pressing down on the territory serpent.
