374 Reboot God

Back in the main plain of existence, Alex was unaware of the kind of chaos his family was causing in the mortal realm. If he was present he would be stunned to see the mighty factions of this so-called heaven, gathering just in search of a way to deal with these pests.

“Deities are bound by laws which cannot be broken. We cannot directly interfere with the actions of the activities of the mortal realm” a lady in a bright red fur coat said with a stern look on her face. She refused to let these people go out of line.

Fang Xi was the acting leader of the black fire guild which has been on the decline ever since the black flame emperor vanished.

Everyone knew this was as a result of an ambush set up by the High God sect and the Black water sect. These two sects were the only middle tier sect that could compete with the black fire faction.

She could barely hold on to power and stop her master’s faction from falling off the mid tier to the lower tier.

Lord Xi of the High gods smashed his fist on the desk with immense anger in his eyes. He could understand the black fire guild and the rest of this world had been on bad terms but what they were talking about now concerns the entire race of gods. If these people keep pushing mad this way, it’s only a matter of time before they start losing the power of faith and their strength begins to decline.

“For the sake of survival, we have to do whatever we think is possible…. No option should be thrown out of the Tavel” Lord Xi said with a cold flash in his eyes, making Feng frown.

She felt the immense urge to attack this man, she was scared of the real leaders of the high God faction. Only the black flame Emperor could stand in the presence of these mighty beings in the Dominion order which is the most powerful order in the middle realm.

A loud clap could be heard and the entire room fell silent and looked toward the figure seated above. It was a humanoid being with three faces, one neutral, one smiling and one frowning. In each eye he had three golden pupils each, with nine hands, each hand performing a certain hand seal.

“We have decided on what must be done and as such no one else matters, nor their thoughts” The strange looking being said with an indifferent look on his face.

Reboot god!

Everyone quickly lowered their faces in fear and respect. This man can be considered the first mortal to become a god. He was the one who conquered this territory, alongside two allies. The three ended up fusing to become a single being after the territory was captured. Since then, every reboot of civilization has been led by him and that’s why he took the name reboot god.

The only being here whose strength is in the top order. He was the peak being among the gods.

“We have failed to reboot this world twice now, we have completely been cut off from our source of faith power….if we don’t take action now, we may never be able to beat these so called mortal Gods” Reboot god said with his angry face taking the stage.

“These mortal Gods are allying to the newly ascended God…. They seem to be acting in accordance with the will of that man” Lord Xi of the high God faction spoke up and the reboot god frowned.

He could remember the newly ascended God who ended up becoming a defect. In fact, he didn’t think the youth was noteworthy since all his achievements in the mortal world were for nothing since he refused to sacrifice his world to ascend properly.

In the opinion of the reboot god, anybody who is unwilling to make sacrifices to reach his goal is not noteworthy. The difference between him and Alex was that he had no limitations on what he was willing to sacrifice. He is a hundred percent logical and nothing more.

A true monster…

The face of the reboot god swapped to the calm face as it pondered for a short while before it shifted back to the angry face.

“I will leave the mortal Gods to the lower sects. I will have you all deal with them using the God’s descent! Don’t bother returning if you fail” The Reboot god said in a calm and indifferent tone.

Buzzz!

Reboot God’s words sent shivers down the spine of everyone who heard it. Even Lord Xi wouldn’t dare think he would decide to use such a method.

“Middle realm factions are tasked with finding this new god or whatever he is called… track him down, take his life… we will deal with both problems on both sides. This meeting is over” The Reboot god declared and without offering any explanation for his orders, he casually walked away, fading into the darkness of the tunnel behind him.

Buzz!

As soon as he was gone, the silent room suddenly exploded with noise. While all the elders of the lower realm factions were ghastly pale in complexion, the middle realm factions seemed more grateful that they weren’t assigned with the task of God’s descent.

“To think the reboot god would go this far to deal with these kids….. ” Feng Xi said with a frown. She remained seated and seemed unwilling to leave the meeting room.

“They are not kids… these are humans far more capable than most of us while we were in the mortal realm. Never have I seen a small group of people conquer an entire universe and turn them away from their gods” Lord Xi corrected with cruel lights in his eyes.

No one wanted those humans playing God dead more than him!
