290 [Bonus chapter] Shush!

Sensing the distress of its partner, the silver wind fox deity, quickly disengaged from Silver and raced toward Little Alex. Its eyes surged with killing intentions as it spat out a fierce hurricane, aiming it at the child.

“Cute fox” Little Alex commented with emotionless eyes while his hand reached for the short sword on his back and upon unsheathing it, he slashed forward without hesitation, releasing a golden arch of energy.

The golden sword light, cut through the wind, cutting the silver fox in two, and still kept shooting towards the clouds!

Only when it was so far that it couldn’t be seen did the golden arc explode, turning the entire sky golden.

“Sword art: One Slash Kill” Little Alex muttered coldly as he slowly sheathed his blade.

“One sword really did well in training you... But condensing so much sun deity energy into one sword attack is far too strong... strength is something you control, not the other way around, if not you may end up hurting someone you love someday” Silver scolded the kid who lowered his head with a red embarrassed face.

“Sorry, uncle” Little Alex bowed slightly in apology.

His eyes flashed as he looked up to see Silver with a stern look on his face as well. The duo watched as the wind surged and gathered, surging at a particular spot. Within the fierce hurricane was a pair of blood-red eyes gazing at Little Alex fiercely but even then the kid wore an emotionless look. His eyes were unmoved as he gazed into the eyes of this beast, as if saying even if the world should overturn and the underworld should conquer the heavens, it still won’t stand a chance against him.

This was was immense confidence that even Alex and Silver combined couldn’t muster. The type that directly affected people psychologically.

Meanwhile, Silver ignored their staredown and frowned. He had seen this before but with the hell cat. It had its normal small cat form and then its hell cat form after which it can now choose to fuse with Alex if things go wrong. The strength of that beast was absolute against those on the same level as it and even those supposedly a level ahead of it would be defeated easily by it.

Silver frowned as he noticed the movements of battleships gathering. The Danites across the world were already gathering to protect their prince and while many may be shocked by this, Silver expected this. His gaze shifted to the hurt Danite third prince. He could hear the bone-breaking sounds and nodded in understanding. The self-healing properties of the royals are not to be underestimated.

“I apologize my prince but I must go and intercept your forces... I can’t have them stopping what has begun but don’t worry, my nephew won’t kill you... If we plan to make the Danite race lower its head to us, the only option is to use you as leverage... Please take care of yourself” Silver said with a slight bow.

Without waiting for a response he shot into the air and left, even Little Alex didn’t bother saying anything to him since he already expected it.

“HE DARES LEAVE A CHILD TO DEAL WITH ME AND THE WIND FOX DEITY? SILVER AINSWORTH, WHEN I KILL THIS KID, I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET EVER BEING BORN!” The third Danite prince bellowed in fury.

“Shush! You are noisy” Little Alex placed his tiny hands around his lips as he said those words.

The entire world fell silent as everyone looked at the ignorant kid with shock. Even the human race’s strongest guardians were dumbfounded by this. How dare a little child act this way to a prince of the strongest race in the universe? Yes, he had the right to be cocky, especially with the strength he possesses but then was he even aware of the way things work?

These people strongly felt, Little Alex was just doing what his uncle told him to do. If this kid is loyal to Silver then none of them are safe!
