232 Goals of a mad man!

Alex’s words were like taking off a pin from a grenade and dropping it, waiting to explode at any moment. The faces of the three representatives turned extremely ugly, the same goes for the elders and Emperor. His plan was going well until Alex arrived.

Like why the hell did Alex arrive?

For the first time in forever, having Alex around didn’t seem like a good thing. Their eyes were pinned on him but no one spoke a word amongst the three representatives. It felt like just mere words would lead to a fight.

It is still a miracle that they haven’t attacked him yet.

“What the hell are you talking about? This is not what we want!” Emperor said under his breath. His facial expression showed how grave the situation was, making him extremely agitated.

What kept him even more uneasy was the look on Alex’s face. The same look he always carries around when something really bad is about to happen.

The plans of the Estos race have always been simple. They just wanted a power source and then they wanted peace. They wanted to create forces that can protect them from external aggression and not for war. If they can avoid the war altogether they would be happy to.

“What am I talking about? Are you dumb” Alex said with a questioning gaze.

He walked past Alex and towards the representatives of the alliance with a cruel smile on his face.

“Why can’t I say things like this? Last time I checked, that was their intention for this us so what makes it so wrong that I am the one who wants it this time?” Alex asked.

“You wanted this race and resources of this planet. You planned to stay and milk this place till there is nothing left, before leaving to rejoin the main alliance forces with an army of homeless Estonians. Yet, I am the bad one for saying I want to take the alliance?” Alex asked with fiery eyes.

“I refuse to be the one getting invaded. I refuse to be the one getting slaughtered. I refuse to be the one whose destiny is controlled by the world. No, no, no. I believe it’s time we change tactics and switch positions. From now, I will be the bad guy” Alex was enraged at the beginning of his speech but slowly calmed down at the final part.

His facial expression was like that of a man who finally realized his purpose in life. It looked like he finally found his way in life and calling. Seeing him stand like that, people were distressed. Emperor distanced himself slowly while the representatives of the alliance slowly prepared themselves for the possible outcome.

“What if we refuse to submit?” the red-haired man with terribly pale skin asked with a frown.

Alex heard this and chuckled. He found this extremely amusing and wondered why people ask such questions when the answers are very obvious.

“Those who refuse will die... Do you wish to refuse?” Alex asked with a charming smile on his face.

Right now he felt like a normal human with nothing special. No one could tell His power level or even guess how strong he is, yet their instincts were screaming at them to get away.

For people like them who have come face to face with other races on behalf of the alliance, including the Danites they have never felt so insecure in their lives. Right now Alex was no different from a monster, sowing fearful thoughts in their head.

He was just a Viscount-level human when he went to earth. So how powerful could he have grown in such a short time?

Countless questions riddled their minds. They didn’t think Alex would actually go through with his words and kill them if they refused here.

“We will have to return and consult our leaders” The little boy said with a frown while stroking his wolf’s fur.

“Your individual choices. I want to know it now” Alex responded immediately which made the boy frown!

“Alex Briggs a human who mastered the early stages of our secret techniques. You have the sun deity blood run through your veins. Succumb to the deity race and we will show you how to advance with that. I am certain of this!” She said hastily.

“We the sky demon clan will consider having you only if you can be respectful. Since you are a human who trained to the peak and mastered the basics of our techniques, you will be honored accordingly” the pale red-haired man said with a frown.

He seemed more reluctant than the woman but since she was recruiting he guessed it is best to join in. The powers in the alliance are far beyond what anyone knows. The struggle for who will reign supreme in the alliance is always ongoing so recruiting someone like Alex would boost the strength of a faction high enough to shatter the balance and take over.

He is that valuable but that also means if he chooses to stand against them he must be killed. He isn’t someone they can just ignore.

“Hmph! Why bother with that? When I take over the Alliance I will have access to all of that” Alex laughed as he took a step forward and all of them instinctively took a step back.

“If that’s the case, then don’t blame me for being ruthless!” the pale man from the sky demon race growled as he struck forward.

His bulky body exploded with various cuts as blood surged out, racing towards Alex at a terrifying rate!

Alex didn’t move. He just told and watched as the blood whips were blown away by an invisible force just before killing him. His eyes seemed calm as the enemy attached relentless but couldn’t anywhere thirty meters near him!

“Don’t play with me. The secret techniques were left behind on earth by the alliance who broke down their innate technique to a level where it can be learned and won’t be limited to people who are born with it. You wanted an army so each milestone and stage in the secret techniques changes the person until they become no different from you all. Yet, you dare use beginner level blood control techniques against me. Are you just underestimating me on purpose or did you really think you can kill me with that?” Alex seemed slightly upset by what just happened.

What humans consider the peak of these martial arts techniques is no different from what a child learns a few days after he is born into the world. So seeing him use the basic technique on him made him feel insulted!

“Like I said earlier. Alex Briggs will be taking over the alliance so I suggest you three stop playing and fight me as your lives depend on it.” Alex said coldly but even then his aura wasn’t revealed.

His short speech annoyed the three as it could be clearly seen on their faces. It is not easy to reach the position they are in now and even though they can be considered weaker compared to the main forces of the alliance, they are still powerful men and women who managed to claw their way up the earl rank at easy as it seems.

Alex is only domineering because uses their heritage to suppress others. This proves how powerful their races are. So why would they be afraid of him especially since they are now standing here as his opponents and they have mastered those secret techniques far beyond what he can ever reach?

“You court death boy!” the sky demon representative said coldly as he began walking towards Alex.

“I will give you a hand” The lady from the deity clan said with a stern look on her face while walking forward.

Her golden eyes clicked and slowly turned blue, making Alex frown. His gaze shifted to the little boy with the big wolf at the center while the other two came from the sides.

Emperor was about to take a step forward but Alex gestured at him to retreat, this is his fight. With a confident smile, he walked into the encirclement boldly, and with a smile on his face, he spoke.

“Now, show me why your power is worth seeking!” Alex said coldly!

“Bastard!” the lady seemed infuriated by Alex’s words and her body lit up in flames

Blue flames surged across her entire body and she was soon covered by blue armor!

Xiu!

The blue armored lady charged forward, reaching Alex in an instant.

“To come at me directly, you must be quite confident in your armor!” Alex said to the girl with a cruel smile on his face before punching forward!

Kill!

Boom!

A powerful shockwave erupted between the two as their fists met!

Numerous blows were thrown and a rumbling sound rang loudly as the battle raged on. Alex wore a mad grin on his face as he exchanged blows with the blurry blue figure.
