164 Chapter 164: An important decision!

“You!” The tyrant gang leader cried out furiously as the blood net raced towards him.

He quickly abandoned his fight with General Firestorm and shot towards the blood net without hesitation. This could be considered the weaker ability so it was easier to deal with!

A silver sword appeared in his hand as he struck forward ruthlessly!

His blade tore through the blood net and like an arrow he shot toward Alex with his sword pointing forward!

“I won’t be killed so easily!” Alex said coldly as his eyes turned white and the strong repelling force formed around him.

The sword clashed with repulsive force and for a moment it seemed to halt but then it tore through the repulsive some, but it was more than enough time for Alex to side step to the side evading the sword attack.

A strong suction force erupted as Alex’s eyes turned black, pulling the unaware tyrant gang leader back to humans his hand took the shape of a blade and plunged into the chest of the Tyrant gang leader!

Everyone was stunned including General Firestorm was stunned. They clearly saw Alex was reluctant at first, yet seeing him fight fiercely now was unexpected. He even managed to deal a critical blow to the tyrant gang leader.

“You...” The Tyrant gang leader said weakly as blood leaked out of his silver mask.

Alex said nothing as he had a cold look on his face while blood surged around his free fist before swinging forward! His attack was aimed at the mask!

A powerful silver shockwave erupted sending Alex flying back by a few meters. He spat out a mouthful of blood and watched as the silver figure levitated even higher as golden flames surged around his body!

“Don’t give him the chance to heal!” Alex growled at the stunned Firestorm as he stimulated his rabid flames.

The black tattoos across his arms lit up as fierce rabid flames raced forward meanwhile general firestorm released his fierce orange flames as well!

Faced with an attack from two fronts, the tyrant gang leader had no choice but to halt his healing attempts and quickly released his flames to meet those of the enemies!

Shockwaves rocked the air as the intense flames kept flashing. Even when injured the Tyrant gang leader showed no signs of losing the advantage!

His eyes squinted as he felt something was terribly wrong! He quickly stopped releasing his flames as he crouched, successfully evading a roundhouse kick fueled by blood power that aimed for his skull. That kick would have taken off his head if it hit.

Since he stopped his golden flames, the rabid flames and the fierce orange flames advanced and were directed at his face now!

“This!” the tyrant gang leader quickly summoned the massive silver shield in front of him blocking the two attacks but then a bloody fist drove through his back, sticking out of his chest!

More blood leaked out of the mask as the silver shield ahead crumbled revealing the predicament of the tyrant gang leader to the others and the rest of the world!

“How?” the tyrant gang leader muttered as he gazed at Alex’s previous position and noticed the hellfire cat was the one there now.

General Firestorm was once again shocked and extremely excited. If they manage to kill the tyrant gang leader who is considered a worldwide terrorist, the rewards will be incredible.

“Why are you doing this? You don’t have to listen to them!” The tyrant gang leader coughed loudly as he talked.

“I have to choose between you and the people I call family now... as you can see, it wasn’t too difficult to make a choice” Alex said coldly as his eyes turned pitch black.

A small black orb appeared on his arms sticking out of the tyrant gang leader’s chest. Alex then withdrew his fist from the enemy’s chest but when his hand was pulled out the black orb didn’t leave with him. It still remained lodged in the enemy’s chest.

The tyrant gang leader gritted his teeth as he felt the black hole releasing a suction force within his body, pulling everything towards it!

The man screamed as he gripped his chest and cried out in pain he leaned over and his mask fell off, revealing the face of a handsome silver-eyed youth who looked no different from Silver but slightly older and more mature.

“Danny?” Alex muttered in shock just like the rest of the world.

He thought this man had a good relationship with Danny Ainsworth maybe that’s why the man didn’t want him dead. But seeing it was actually Danny, Alex was stunned.

Seeing his face Alex was stunned as he quickly withdrew his mini black hole from Danny’s chest!

“What are you doing? Kill him!” General Firestorm was stunned by the reveal but he was too focused on the merits he would gain by killing this man!

His hands punched forward as fierce flames surged out toward Danny but Alex’s figure quickly stood in its way!

His hands stretched forward as the black hole was launched to the side without hesitation and the suction force erupted diverting the intense flames towards it!

“Take a step back and let’s hear what he has to say!” Alex said coldly.

“You dare stop me from ending the life of this terrorist? Do you know this is a serious offense? Step aside now and I will act like this never happened” General Firestorm said coldly but Alex remained unmoving.

“If you think you can touch a hair on his head while I’m here, then go ahead but I will say this again. IF I, ALEX DECIDE TO PROTECT SOMEONE, NOT EVEN GOD CAN HARM HIM!” Alex declared coldly without hesitation.

The big four have committed so many atrocities over the years and it has all been covered up somehow. Danny is probably the only living witness go has survived their cruel acts. How can he let this person die?

Meanwhile, Tracy and Silver had a strong attachment to Danny Ainsworth and his death broke them. Seeing him alive again is like giving them new hope. There is no way he would let this hope die off!

This is the freedom he has always wanted. The freedom to decide his fate. Now he has made up his mind, Alex felt free. It felt like a huge burden had been removed from his body. Even if it meant burning this country to the ground he wouldn’t hesitate to do that just for the sake of his new family.

“Why?” Danny asked weakly. He didn’t expect Alex who didn’t hesitate to put him in this condition would try to protect him now with his life.

“Because you are family” Alex said coldly as his eyes remained pinned on General firestorm!

He didn’t dare take his eyes off.

“You court death Boy!” General Firestorm growled as he threw his fists forward and the intense flaming fists shot towards the duo but Alex didn’t move!

“I will apologize to blaze in advance for the death of his grandfather!” Alex said coldly as he flicked his fist and the suction force from the black hole hundreds of meters away erupted violently again and this time it was pulling far stronger than before, pulling in all the flaming fists towards them.

“Focus on healing yourself, I will deal with this little problem” Alex said coldly as a red light shot into his chest and his body was consumed by rabid flames again and his tattoos appeared.

He gripped the twin purgatory snake whips which were consumed by the rabid flames and lashed forward without hesitation. He was reluctant to move from this position so he opted to use long-ranged attacks!

Seeing this the general quickly retreated. His power relied on the intense flames he could command. If Alex had a means of redirecting them, he was no different from a helpless human in this battle!

“Are you really going to turn your back on this country?” General Firestorm cried out as he retreated.

“If it means protecting my family, I will burn this world to the ground!” Alex growled as he raised his hands to attack but the Danny held on to him.

“We need to save the others... We can’t let the government have them!” Danny said with a tone full of worry.

“What about the flower mutant? Have you recovered enough power to take it with you?” Alex was stunned.

“There is no time for that, family comes first!” Danny said as his body lit up and he and Alex vanished with the purple crystal core.

The massive flower mutant remained suspended in mid-air by the glass seal holding it in place.

Meanwhile, Alex and Danny appeared at the borders of North Carolina, where the helicopter landed and as expected Silver and the rest were there with grave looks on their faces.

The appearance of the duo caught the military forces there by surprise. They quickly reached out for their weapons but Alex’s eyes turned white and they were all thrown into the air by an invisible force.

Without hesitation Silver, Tracy, Kung Jun, and Jason ran towards Alex but the remaining didn’t move. They looked at Alex with complicated looks on their faces

“We need to leave now, hurry!” Alex called out to them.

“Surrender yourselves” Queen suddenly screamed while the rest remained hesitant!

Her steel wings appeared and reached towards Alex in form of countless feathers!

Danny didn’t bother wasting any more time as he teleported them out of the place without hesitation!

Countless metal blades rained on the spot they once stood and the world went silent.

On this day, Alex and a good number of the Nameless faction became terrorists in the eyes of the world!
