Chapter 66 66 – Back To That Cave

Emily kept walking, occasionally glancing at the ten shapeshifters behind her. They were taking turns manipulating the movements of the three corpses they found on the road. Now, they are practicing moving those three corpses walking and swinging their weapons.

As Lord Vorn said, shapeshifters can absorb lessons at an unbelievable pace. And the supreme undead got the feeling that they were better suited to learning this kind of thing than practicing melee combat.

She didn't know why she thought like that. Perhaps it came from her observations.

Another thing that bothered her was whether this was okay in the future.

"We'll be there in a minute." Emily pointed to a cave a few yards away from her.

They found several adventurers observing the walls as soon as they entered the cave. Just like the last time Emily was here, the walls were still decorated with a kind of moss that glowed dimly purple.

"Move, or you will have to fight with us." Emily lowered her sword, and the three corpses she had brought lined her.

The adventurers, consisting of a male mage, one female spear wielder, and one male archer, had already prepared to use their respective weapons. Only one, the bearer of the shield and sword, raised his hands only.

"What are you doing, Finn!?" The spear holder snapped. "Look, they practice necromancy! They must be the bad guys!"

"You want to be turned into a zombie!" The archer added. "Use your weapon!"

Meanwhile, the mage opened and closed her mouth like a fish almost dying on land.

"She is the keeper of this place. The weapon-giver." Finn explained. "You guys won't be able to fight her."

Emily raised an eyebrow, looking at Finn. "Oh, I've met you before. You were the one with the idiot Ritor."

The archer lowered his bow. "So, can you give us three questions?"

Emily sighed. "I know you guys want Ragmonuk weapons, but unfortunately, this cave is no longer working…."

"So, you are a fake, browless woman!" The archer raised her bow again.

"I'm not done talking yet!" Emily's emotions were running high.

The adventurers were still holding up their weapons. Emily looked at Finn, who could only shake his head.

The supreme undead massaged her own forehead. Lord Vorn clearly forbade her from harming humans, let alone killing them. If she persists, then these damn shapeshifters will definitely report it.

But maybe teasing them a little was okay.

"Well, this is your request." Emily lowered her stance, and this time she used a reverse grip to hold her sword.

Before the adventurers moved, Emily was already advancing at high speed. She moved behind the spear wielder, then pierced the middle of her enemy's buttocks with the bottom of her sword hilt.

The spear wielder jumped in pain, fell, and rolled on the ground clutching her butt.

An arrow flew at the supreme undead, but she caught it. And in an instant, she was in front of the archer. She also slammed the bottom of her sword's hilt into that man's genitalia.

Like the spear wielder, the archer fell and rolled on the ground clutching his crotch.

Emily then moved the three zombies she brought to hold the two adventurers.

And after that, Emily felt a stinging chill down her legs. Looking down, she found her legs wrapped in ice.

"Really?" Emily sighed while scratching her hair. "Two of your friends have fallen, but why do you use support magic? You should be more offensive."

Face pale with fear, the mage shot flashes of electricity, but Emily could dodge them with ease.

The mage's body trembled when Emily was close to her. While shedding tears, the magic user begged. "Please don't kill me. I promise not to attack you again."

Emily swung her sword at the mage's body. However, instead of cutting the magic user's body. The supreme undead sword only tore her robe.

"Kyaa!!!" The mage crouched while covering her chest. Her garments are completely gone, leaving every inch of her body exposed.

"All of you, especially the boys, surround this woman and stare at her." Emily gave orders to the shapeshifters. "She doesn't need to be restrained."

The shapeshifters surrounded the mage and stared intently at her. The mage could only look down with a red face like a boiled crab.

Emily stifled a laugh. It may be cruel, but it's better than killing them.

The supreme undead passed Finn, who was still holding his hand up, then pressed her hand against the cave wall.

"Please." Emily took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She concentrated entirely on the corpses that should still be in that cave but might just be hidden.

Minutes passed in silence, but Emily felt nothing.

"Damn it." The supreme undead opened his eyes. She knew this would be difficult, maybe even impossible. Before being picked up by Vorn, she had tried this countless times.

However, she knew this had to work. Kingdom Durcia will definitely send a large army. This place had so many potential undead.

Emily slapped her own cheeks, sighed, and put her hands against the wall again.

"Excuse me, what are you doing, lady?" The mage ventured to ask.

Emily snorted. "Don't disturb me..."

The supreme undead stopped talking, then looked at the mage. Maybe she could gain insight from that magic user. "I'm trying to resurrect the corpses buried here. What do you want to say?"

The mage gulped. "Perhaps you need a catalyst closely linked to this place."

Emily lowered her sword from her back, then stared at it in silence. That opinion makes sense. Everything related to magic here is made with the same metal as that sword.

So, the supreme undead stabbed the sword into the cave wall, concentrated, and closed her eyes again.

In just a few seconds, she felt a change. There was a kind of stinging cold that hit her body.

When she opened her eyes, she felt an uncomfortable silence. She turned her head back and found no one.

She then felt her hand not holding anything anymore. While checking it, she found that the sword has also vanished.
