"Hey, Arthur! I didn't see these last few days. Busy about something?" asked by one of the guards when Arthur stopped in front of the guard house and removed his helmet.

"Yo, Uncle Rudy! It really has been a while since I came here. Is there anything noteworthy that I need to know?" asked Arthur the moment he got off his bike.

And after a quick pause, he immediately added. "And can I park here as usual?"

The guard named Rudy suddenly started chuckling the moment he heard the latter part of Arthur's words. "Of course, you can! You are not new after all."

Then he paused for a moment before continuing. "As for anything that you need to take note of… Actually, there are some new guys that needed to be taught a lesson. They are always causing trouble left and right. Though, I am sure that it will not happen if you are here."

"Oh~! Looks like I don't need to use the training machines to warm myself up, huh?" Arthur suddenly became interested the moment he heard that. And after a slight pause, he turned his head at the building before asking. "So, on what floor are they now?"

"Not that high. They are just on the fourth floor," answered Rudy while chuckling.

Arthur suddenly smirked the moment he heard that. "Heh! fourth floor? They dared to make a mess here when they are that weak?"

Then he turned his head back to Rudy before asking. "What about the other regulars? They are not helping out?"

Hearing that, Rudy couldn't help but shake his head and smile bitterly. "You know those guys. They don't care about other things unless they can make some profit from it."

"Tsk! Acting like a businessman as usual. I guess I need to put some work this time," said Arthur while stretching his waist left and right. And before he started walking away, he suddenly turned his head at the building once again before asking. "They are not going to die even if I threw them out of the window, right?"

Rudy suddenly started chucking before giving his reply. "Do what you want and I will handle the rest as usual."

Arthur gave him a thumbs up and said. "Good! I am going now then. But send me their photos first."

After exchanging some greetings with the guard, Arthur didn't delay any longer and immediately entered the lift to go on the said floor where the troublemakers are staying.

"Fourth Floor, huh? You guys really made a good choice at choosing the number 4," muttered Arthur while making some cracking sounds with his fist.

After a few more moments, he finally arrived at the said floor. But before he could even walk out of the elevator, something that he didn't expect immediately greeted him.

Right after the lift opened its door, Arthur immediately saw an enlarging figure that was flying towards him.

Given its size, Arthur knew that he couldn't catch the incoming figure. So, he immediately took a step to the side and dodged whatever was coming towards him.

The figure collided at the wall of the elevator which gave Arthur a clear look at it; and it was an unconscious person.

"Eh!? This guy looks familiar," muttered Arthur the moment he saw the face of the unconscious guy. After that, he immediately opened his advance watch to look for something.

"I knew it! This guy is one of the troublemakers. But what happened to him. Hmmm… Is one of the regulars finally made their moves?" said Arthur after confirming the identity of the unconscious guy in front of it.

After that, he immediately pressed the 'open' button of the elevator to prevent it from closing its door. Then leaned sideways to take a sneak look at what was happening on the floor. And when he confirmed that there was nothing flying towards his way, he immediately stepped out of the lift.

Right after entering the floor, the first thing that Arthur did was to observe his surroundings. And from the looks of it, there was nothing much to worry about since all of the training apparatuses were all in good shape.

After that, he immediately went towards the place where a lot of people were crowding. And since he couldn't clearly see from his current spot, he tapped one of the onlookers' shoulder before asking. "Bro, why are you crowding here? What is happening?"

The guy that he tapped onto didn't even turn his head at him when replying. "Did you just arrive, bro? Anyway, here is the full summary of what had happened."

"Earlier, these newcomers are causing some trouble for everyone here. But when another newcomer can't take their annoying attitude any longer, he started beating them up."

Hearing that, Arthur suddenly became interested and asked. "Oh~! Is that newcomer strong?"

The guy was still not looking at Arthur when answering. "Of course, he is! From my perspective, he may be as strong as the 'Regulars' on the higher floors."

But the moment he saw the face of the guy beside him, the onlooker guy suddenly stopped talking and swallowed back his words. And when he realized who he was talking to, he couldn't help but stutter as he tried to voice out Arthur's name. "Y-you… Y-you…"

And when he finally found enough strength to do so, he accidentally shouted out his words. "Y- You are the 'Golden Dragon: Arthur' of the 32nd floor!"

Due to his unexpected voice in the middle of the silent crowd, everyone who was present inside the room, simultaneously turned their heads in his direction. And when the others realized the identity of the young man standing beside him, the crowd couldn't help but become stunned.

When Arthur saw that everyone was looking at him that way, he couldn't help but flash a meek smile. Even if he loved being in the center of attention, he still felt uncomfortable when they were looking at him that way. It was a different case if they were all women though.
