Boom!

A very loud explosion suddenly attracted Shin's attention while he was looking at Lawless and the others. And the moment he turned his head at the direction where that explosion was coming from, what greeted him was a pair of two gigantic figures that were wrestling each other

Though, these monsters were actually not real. They were just the imaginary projections of the two powerful auras battling with each other.

"What the heck was going on!?" was the only thing that Shin could think for a moment since he couldn't see anything inside the room due to the thick cloud of smoke that was covering the whole area.

He turned his head at Lawless and the others, trying to see if he could get some answers from them. Unfortunately, all of their attention was too occupied by the ongoing fight inside the room.

While he was looking at them, Shin suddenly realized that their eyes were actually glowing with different luster; each of them was using the respective ocular skills so that they could see through the thick cloud of smoke and continue watching the fight.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Then a series of deafening sounds suddenly exploded from the same distance as the previous one. And when Shin turned his head in that direction, what he saw were sparks of lights that were kept flashing along with those explosions.

Given that, Shin copied Lawless and the others and used his own ocular skill so he could see whatever was behind that cloud of smoke; and the moment his eyesight pierced through it, he got shocked at what he saw.

"What are these two doing here? No, how the heck did they manage to come here?" said Shin unconsciously as he stared dumbfoundingly at the pair of figures that kept on clashing with each other.

One of them was a Knight donned with a set of full-body armor while wielding a round shield on his left hand and a hybrid of a spear and a halberd on the other. Even if the combination of his weapons were quite odd and was pretty much unreal, he was still able to wield them perfectly; defensive technique was quite impenetrable while his offensive techniques with his other weapon were deadly.

At the same time, the counterattacks that this guy was sending were always thrown in a well-timed manner and precise movements. It was as if every move that he did were perfectly calculated.

But despite this knight having an almost perfect offense and defense, the other guy was not to be trifled with either.

Based on his features, this guy seemed to belong to the Beastman Race. And coupled with the set of leather armors that he was wearing and the pair of double-headed war-axes that he was wielding on each of his hands, someone could instantly tell that he had a class related to Berserker if he was not one himself.

Or he might be a Barbarian due to the helm that he was wearing; it was a helm that was made from the head of a lion.

And if the Knight had an almost perfect combination of offense and defense, this Barbarian possessed a battle style seemingly focused entirely on offense. Even though he was blocking his opponent's attacks from time to time, it was still noticeable that he was throwing more attacks than defending. No, to be more precise, he was using his offensive to defend himself.

Boom!!!

Then the weapons of these two guys clashed for another time, creating yet another deafening sound that exploded a second after. At the same time, a powerful shockwave was sent in all directions, which cleared the cloud of smoke surrounding them.

Despite having the trembling arms while persisting to hold weapons, the pair still refused to take even a single step backwards. And while they were maintaining their positions, the two looked straight into each other's eyes behind their helms; it was as if they were trying to measure the reserves of each other.

Being lost in their own world, these two seemed not to notice the guys watching in the distance.

Meanwhile, the spectators finally got some time to catch their breaths and finally were able to voice out the things running in their mind.

"Huu! That was so intense! I feel like I am going to die of a heart attack due to the intensity of that battle!" said Ravier while rubbing his left chest with his right hand.

"I don't think I am going to last more than ten seconds if I am against either of them," muttered Ember with a soft voice.

Lawless shook his head a little and said. "Tsk! Looks like we still have a long way to go before we are able to catch up with them. What do you think, Faker?" before looking at the man beside him.

Faker didn't reply at him as he refused to remove his eyes from the battle, but he still nodded his head as a form of acknowledgement. At the same time, he gripped his hands and formed a fist as he felt his blood boiling with a strange feeling of excitement.

Being able to perceive what his friend was currently feeling, Lawless couldn't help but form a bitter grin with his lips before saying. "Don't worry. We are going to regain our peak forms sooner or later. And once we do, we are going to make sure that those guys are going to pay us with a double interest."

Hearing this, Faker was slightly taken aback and came back to reality. Then he turned his head at Lawless and saw that the latter was grinning at him. Seeing that, Faker suddenly wore a determined expression on his face before nodding his head.

Meanwhile, Shin had a completely different train of thoughts than these guys. He ignored the amazingness of that fight that he just saw as he was still confused on a single matter. "How are they able to get in my personalized training room? I don't remember giving them the special pass for it."

(And to know the answer, we need to go back in time.)

**********

After getting out of Shin's room, Arthur suddenly came into a realization. "Wait! Where are we going to have our sparring match? I don't think there is a good place here where we can use it to maximize our potential."

Hearing this, Leonard also suddenly became troubled. Both of them were already at the peak among most of the peak-class players and training with a good environment was very important to someone like them; and this kind of environment was a place that had a high mana density.

That kind of place was perfect for someone like Arthur and Leonard because it could stimulate their potential and could make them improve themselves even further.

What's more, the mana density was also important because it could affect anyone's skill, combat techniques and battle tactic. So, the higher the mana density of a place had the better someone could improve themselves since they could become more familiar with those.

Unfortunately, finding this kind of place was really hard. And even if the Battle Arenas from different players' towns and cities had a decent mana density, those were still not enough for someone that was on Arthur and Leonard's level.

With the kind of power and amount of experience that they had; they could already perceive their surroundings more clearly. So, having a sparring match in a place with a low mana density was going to be meaningless for the both of them. Especially when they already reached the peak of their skills and techniques inside the game, which also made the places with high mana density to become even more important for players like them.

Having this kind of trouble, Arthur couldn't help but release a helpless sigh and said. "*Sigh~*, I guess we can only settle with the deepest floor of the Divine Colosseum."

Leonard could also have a helpless sigh before saying. "I guess we can only go with that one. I heard the Holy City just got promoted into a Capital City, so their Divine Colosseum will surely be better than the others. Let's try that one."

Arthur was about to nod his head for agreeing when a voice suddenly sounded from behind.

"Oh! Aren't you guys friends with our town's mayor?"

That voice almost startled them, but fortunately they were still able to hold themselves from attacking the owner of that voice. And the moment they turned their heads around they saw Ribbit looking at them with a slightly knitted brow.

'Oh~! It is Shin's attendant,' thought Arthur for a moment before saying. "You almost got it right, but let me correct you a little. We are not just friends, we are Brothers!"

When Ribbit heard that, the look on his face suddenly turned bright before saying to the two. "Oh! Then you guys are close with the Town's Mayor!"

Then he paused for a moment before asking. "And I heard that you are looking for a good place to train right?"

And before the two could even answer him, Ribbit continued. "I know a place that may suit what you are looking for. Wanna hear it out?"

"Oh~!" Hearing that, Arthur suddenly became interested. "Does that place have a very high mana density?"

Seeing that he caught the attention of the two, Ribbit immediately replied. "Yes, it does. Though-…"

Then he trailed his words for a moment to look at the faces of the two before continuing. "…From what I can tell, you two are very strong individuals. So, I don't think that it will suit your taste yet."

Arthur was about to get disappointed when he heard this. But before that happened, he heard Ribbit's additional words. "But-…!!! I can make it a perfect place for your training!"

Arthur looked at him skeptically before asking. "And how are you going to do that?"

As if he was expecting this question, Ribbit suddenly formed a huge grin that was enough to send shivers on Arthur's back. And that feeling suddenly reminded Arthur a certain someone.

And before he further dwelled on that feeling, Ribbit immediately added. "On our Battle Arena, the Mayor made a specialized training ground."

"The mana density on that place is very high compared to the other rooms, but that place also depends on the mana core of the Battle Arena. So, that better the mana core that the battle arena has, the higher the mana density inside that training room accumulates."

"Given that, if you can find us a better mana core to replace the current core that we have, then we can make that place your dream training room. What do you think, Sir?"

The corner of Arthur's mouth kept on twitching the moment he heard that. He knew that he was being swindled right now, but he couldn't refuse the 'offer' because they were really looking for a good place to train.

He turned his head at Leonard trying to ask some help on their current situation. Seeing that look, Leonard could only release a helpless sigh before saying. "Sure, we can help you with that. But we need you to promise us that we can use that place as free as we can."

Hearing that, Ribbit immediately agreed without thinking twice. "Of course! You are the Mayor's brother after all! You can use it whenever you want."

Then Leonard turned his head at Arthur before signaling him to give a mana core. And when Arthur saw that, he could only take a top-tier mana core from his inventory bag in a helpless manner. 'D*mn! Why does it have to be me? Don't you also have some mana cores on your pocket?'

After that, he gave it to Ribbit with a pained expression while the latter was looking at that core with a pair of eyes that seemed to be reflecting a bunch of money in them.
