Chapter 32 Murderers!

The drastic change caused Oliver and Emilia to be stunned!

They had no idea what was happening, but they had a feeling that this old woman, who was covered in tears as she kneeled on the ground about ten meters from them, was talking to Emilia and Oliver.

"What's happening?"

"I'm not sure!"

"I heard that there isn't enough ventilator in the hospital, and James Floss discharged the other patient forcefully to get it."

"What?! They can do whatever they want just because they have the money?"

"Poor woman!"

Soon, people in the corridor started discussing it.

Especially when they saw how the old woman's face, which was filled with wrinkles, was now covered in tears. This old woman had to get on her knees to beg these two who were younger than her to save her own son. It made everyone else even angrier.

"Emilia used to put herself in trouble, and now, she's dragging others along with her."

With the noises coming from the people in the corridor, Emilia was confused. What did she do wrong?

When her eyes met with Laila Lee's eyes who looked desperate and hopeless, Emilia suddenly felt guilty.

She quickly stepped forward and asked, "Aunty, what's…what's happening?

"My daughter is being resuscitated inside!

"How….how did I harm your son?"

Oliver Walker did not say a single word. He was observing the situation quietly, but he soon understood what was happening.

The old woman started crying, "My son has been diagnosed with respiratory failure. His wife left him, leaving both their sons with us!

"If anything were to happen to my son, all four of us would starve to death!

"We only got to stabilize his condition when he was put on the ventilator this morning but...

"But because your daughter needed a ventilator, they have decided to end my son's life! Don't any of you have a heart?! Doesn't it hurt your hearts for doing so?!"

The old woman continued crying, and she suddenly pointed her fingers at Emilia. She screamed in rage, "If my son dies from this, all of you will be the murderer!

"Murderers!

"Oh god! Please have mercy on us! I have never done anything wrong in my entire life!!!!

"Please I beg of you!"

The old woman was getting more and more emotional as her voice turned harsh. She was feeling hopeless, and she could no longer see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Perhaps there was a future, but she would forever be asleep in the darkness!

"I…..I didn't..."

Emilia panicked. She had never done anything to hurt anyone else in her entire life.

But now...

With everyone judging her, she started to feel frightened!

It felt as if she was going to become a murderer who killed another man!

After knowing what happened, Oliver Walker was pissed as well. He quickly pulled out his phone and called the number earlier, "Get up here now!"

With that said, he rushed into the room and screamed, "James Floss, you idiot! Get over here!"

If the truth was as what Laila Lee had said, wouldn't that make them murderers?

He had already informed his apprentice, and he should be here soon. He could only hope that they would be able to make it in time.

Otherwise, his wife and he would have to live with guilt and repent for this for the rest of their lives!

"Mr. Walker, please be assured that your daughter's condition has been stabilized….."

James Floss panicked as well even when he had no idea who Oliver Walker was.

However, if this man had gained the respect of Leon Williams, he was definitely someone important.

He obviously knew that lying to Oliver Walker was a huge crime, but how would he have the courage to tell the truth?!
