A skeleton with an eye patch was looking into his telescope, observing a strange speedy ship near the coast. The red fireball in his eye socket fluttered as if he was excited to see prey.

The skeleton captain lowered his telescope. He drew his saber and pointed at the tree boat.

The crews of the frigate consisted of humanoid skeletons, came out to the deck and began pulling ropes. They opened their sailcloth and rotated them while the navigator skeleton rotated the wheels, turning their ship.

Magdalene suddenly glowed in silver light. A sea tornado emerged and devoured the ghost ship in front of them.

Countless skeleton pirates flew to the sky because of the storm. Half of the crews latched onto the ship and avoided being pulled by the tornado for a few seconds before they got sucked into the sky.

The tornado moved away from the tree ship, but they headed toward other ghost ships.

Shepherd took a deep breath and manipulated the seawater under the tree ship. A wave surged and pushed the ship up. Then, the tide moved toward the tornado as if it was following the storm.

Lucky and Xiaomao grabbed the ledge of the ship, maintaining the balance in the chaotic sea. As they were helpless at the moment, they only stared at Shepherd and Magdalene, hoping for the best.

The tree fishing ship was now a surfboard, riding on the giant tide that Shepherd had created. It brought the entire ship into the tornado!

Magdalene extended her hands and wings. The blue light came out from her body and covered the entire ship in a bubble.

When the wind was taking the bubbled ship toward the west, she dispelled the tornado magic. Then, the bubble ship was slingshot to the sky, flying west!

Many pirates scattered by the wind and fell to the sea. Broken cogs dropped to earth, but they were upside down.

Pirate Admiral Torrent glared at the flying fishing boat. He let out a long sigh.

As soon as he clattered his jaws, all remaining ghost ships sank into the sea. The pirate frigate, however, continued sailing at its usual speed of 5 knots.

As torrent was about to give up pursuing Xiaomao’s ship, a caracal spirit with three eyes appeared out of thin air. The smoke-like spirit landed on the deck and sat in front of Torrent.

The caracal cat raised his paw and fired a green beam toward the red fireball in Torrent’s eye socket.
