Chapter 155 Death?

Name:Blood Titan System Author:Typhlix
"He hid his strength," Vorton growled out, the muscles in his body spamming and he seem to have grown a head taller as his eyes turned blood red. The academy promotes techniques that increase strength and could be used for killing. As for techniques made for self-defense, it wasn't avaliable. Therefore, most people in the academy only know how to kill and not defend which was why they were the most dangerous students among the geniuses out there.

"Lone Boost!"

Instantly, his body trembled as power surged through his entire body. Nuclear energy seems to fill every atom of his cells, doubling his strength in the blink of an eye.

Bulging veins gathered around his body like worms. Instantly, Vorton took a single step forwards, and the ground shook violently and then exploded backward.

Vorton blasted forwards like an artillery shell, pushing his speed to the limit, he thrusted his sword forwards in an unknown path, making them vibrate, appearing blurry to the naked eye, stabbing straight for Erian's heart. He was going in for the kill in just the second clash.

Erian's eyes flashed coldly. His senses were more stronger than an average titan, allowing for him to easily see the trajectory of Vorton's sword. Even if he dulled his senses, Vorton's techniques wouldn't be able to ellude him and be certainly wouldn't die by the likes of Vorton!

"Ding!"

A horrific shockwave blasted outwards in all directions as Vorton's swords was forcefully stopped. Erian had actually stopped his sword strike with his palm!

Although he was wearing a glove, it still wasn't that easy to stop a Gorton had released with all his strength with just one palm. This means Erian's sttrgth was far above Vortons even after using a technique to increase his strength, he wasn't able to equal up to Erian in strength.

This wasn't odd at all considering the fact that Erian's foundational technique was at the legendary realm and also the fact that the more he progressed in the technique, the more his physique increased too. While Vorton had only used a lower level foundational techniques of the rate rank in a strike of luck which increases the chances of awakening the nuclear pulse but that's all.

This was the main reason why he was alot weaker than Erian in terms of physical combat

Vorton's face was flushed red with the amount of force he was putting on his sword. He couldn't believe even after activating his technique, he was still a lot weaker than Erian!

With a violent roar, he suddenly exploded with massive amount of strength. The blast created ripples of radiation rippling out of his body like a storm. This time, his body expanded more than twice his size as he grew more than three meters tall with extreme muscles rippling off his skin like to tumors.

This time though, his face was packed with veins bulging from his skin like pythons. With another roar, he pushed his sword forwards.

And with a loud screeching sound, his slwordd started to slip from the other side of Erian's grip with the sharp edge moving slowly towards Erian's chest.

Erian squinted his eyes. He was extremely curious about this technique as it seem to increase one's strength by a fold and the next level by another fold. It was an interesting technique but there has to be a draw back to it.

"Bang!"

Vorton stepped forwards and the ground beneath him cracked like it was made of glass as he pushed the sword edge towards Erian's chest.

Erian acted as though he hadn't seen the sword slipping out of his grip, releasing intense sparks from the friction between his glove and the sword.

Vorton's face flushed red as he gave a last surge of strength. The sword moved faster this time and the blade instantly stabbed into Erian's heart.

"Ding!"

As the blade pierced through his shirt, the sound of metal clashing against metal sounded as the blade touched his skin. The sun shine and a glint could be seen inside his cloth.

"Fuck you! You are actually putting in an armour!?" Vorton was about to go insane. He had practically used all that he got except the titan form but he wasn't even a match for Erian at all. And when he had seen a ray of hope, it turns out this bastard was actually putting on an armor!

Erian chuckled coolly. But refused to reply the man. If course he was putting in an armour. The armour he had forged by himself: Impact Breaker. It's ability absorb shock and break impact is the main reason for its name.

"If that's the limit to your strength, then this is just a waste of my time." His leg blurred, moving towards Vorton chest.

Vorton was able to see the kick coming. He quickly dropped his sword and placed his hands in an X shaped cross. The kick instantly slammed into his arm, pushing his hands backward until it slammed into his chest.

With a bang, Vorton skidded backwards twenty meters, drawing two enlarge ravines in the ground as he moved. His two arms seem to dislocated as his body returned back to his normal form. His face was entirely dark and ugly but he didn't say a single word. It was as though he admitted he was the weaker one.

Seeing this, Erian was surprised. Based on Vorton's behavior, he would have turned berserk and even if he couldn't beat him, he would make sure to at least draw blood on his opponent. But this time, he left silently without saying a single word, which was very strange. He's probably given up seeing the disparity between our strength

Placing his foot back down, he glanced at the other two individuals before him and said. "So are you two coming together or one by one?"

Althea raised an eyebrow at the provocation and stepped forward. There wasn't a single weapon on her but Erian saw a glint flash from her fingers and his face turned serious all of a sudden.

"Hidden weapons." He muttered under his breathe. The most dangerous type of weapons out there are hidden weapons as it was very difficult to train and achieve a speed at which even genetic humans wouldn't be able to react to.

Althea's hidden weapons were colorless, just like glass. It would be very difficult to guard against as it's transparent.

"Do you know about the classifications of classes?" Erian suddenly asked.

Althea stopped fifteen meters away from Erian. Slightly surprised by the question, her eyebrows furrowed as she stared at Erian as though trying to figure out his intentions for asking and what he was really asking for.

"I ran into a three people from the Elite class earlier, they weren't nice once they knew I was from the trooper class."

"You really know alot. But elite class doesn't really mean anything. If you aren't a Supernal, both elites and troopers are no different in strength to the academy. " Prince Silva suddenly spoke with a codescending tone.

This time Erian actually nodded his head in agreement. "No wonder they were too weak, much weaker than Theryscira." But Erian knew that they had only brushed fists with each other. If we're a serious battle, things would have been different.

Hearing this Althea froze and Silva's expression changed slightly. "You met with Theryscira?" Althea asked before Michael had the chance to.

Erian nodded his head. "That's true. Her blade technique was shocking. Almost injured me with one strike Infact, a pity we couldn't do battle properly."

Prince Silva Michael instantly shook his head and growled. "Lies. You ignorant and deceitful, bastard. There's no way Theryscira wouldn't have killed you if she met with you. Do you have any idea how bad she wants to gain first place in this test?"

"She probably doesn't recognize me." Erian shrugged.

Althea was deep in thought. She felt Erian wasn't lying but there was logic in Michaels' words. There was no way Theryscira would let Erian go without stealing his kill points from him and injuring him at least. To her, even if Erik's was ten times stronger than he currently is, Theryscira would have easily dispatched him.

"So you are hoping to intimidate us with this little reason?" Silva sneered.

Erian shook his head and replied. "If I wanted to do that, I would do that with my own strength. I just hoped to avoid combat with you too and waste precious time and nuclear energy."

Althea seem to have had enough. "Take my fist."

With a loud whoosh, she vanished rein her spot and the next time she appeared, she was right in front of Erian as she punched out heavily. Her fist releasing whistling sounds in the process.

Seeing this fist coming a mile away, Erian blocked the fist with his elbow, which released a loud sound of two heavy meat colliding together.

"Bam!"

Suddenly Erian's eyes widened as a transparent shard shot out from Althea's fist, heading towards his brows with a loud whoosh. There was ko way he could avoid this at close range even if he was a triple gene titan with twenty times insane reaction speed!
