Chapter 37 Sneak Attack

Name:Blood Titan System Author:Typhlix
Shockwaves erupted in a circular ripple in mid-air and the poisonous gas exploded as the palm attack created pushing pressure in the air. Clevel grunted as he was pushed back by the concussive force of the explosion, but his hands started to numb. Seeing this, the rest of the group was slightly shocked and immediately got ready to flee.

At that moment, Erian jumped out, arriving at the blind side of the distracted beast. Before it could react, his fist slammed against the head of the beast like a falling ton of hammer.

'ʀᴇᴀᴅ ʟᴀᴛᴇsᴛ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀᴛ No(v) e lBin ᴏɴʟʏ.',

"Bang!"

The beast's head shook heavily and he was immediately disorientated. "Quick, kill it!"

As Erian's voice fell, the Twin brothers and Dodge were very quick to react, waving their weapons, they cut through the monster's body while stabbing their huge spear in the skull of the beast, effectively killing it.

The monster never expected such swift attacks, as it suddenly realized the danger, it tried to retreat quickly but it was too late. Its head tilted, it stopped breathing and died.

After shaking the blood off their spears, Keele said: "Thank you, Blake. If you hadn't attacked when you did effectively stunning it, we might have been dead by now."

'',

"We should be thanking Clevel instead. When the monster ejected that poisonous cloud, our plan would have been affected and we might have been poisoned. In addition, it had a huge inherent flaw. The side of its head is quite weak, a single punch from anyone would render it helpless for a few seconds."

"Haha… well, it doesn't matter, we have killed all of the Toxic Iron-back Tiger now." Clevel chuckled.

Erian also smiled, his hands caressed the Toxic Iron-back Tiger's corpse for a while the twins harvested the mutated beast's body. When they were done, they began to explore inside the cave. The cave itself was not that deep, only measuring about thirty meters. With a flashlight in his hand, they could see deep into the cave.

Nadja suddenly gasped, "it is not a Violet-stalk plant, it is a Rainbow-stalk plant with one roped fruit!"

"What!? Rainbow-stalk fruit? Nadja, are you sure about this?" dodge turned in surprise.

'This chapter is updated by N o v elBin.cᴏm',

Clevel looked carefully and confirmed: "The Violet-stalk plant is supposed to be a deep purple colour like an orchid. But this plant contains faint traces of other colors on tip of each leaves. She's right, it's the Rainbow-stalk fruit!"

'

After hearing Clevel, even Erian who was usually quite calm couldn't help his heartbeat quicken. Although the Violet-stalk plant was very valuable and was quite helpful for most people with their trainings as a rare medicinal ingredient, it could only be sold for about two to three thousand silva. In comparison, the rainbow-stalk plant was much rarer as it contained massive amounts of nuclear energy that it had turned very toxic to even a Level-Nine Expert, much less absorb

Usually, only Titans had the capacity to see such fruits and ordinary practitioners like them would not usually be able to see such a plant. Not only was it a crucial ingredient to many high-end serums or extremely beneficial to Titan's art training. But most importantly, it could sell for an astronomical amount of money. If any body knew they had it, they wouldn't hesitate to hand over at least ten thousand silva, and of course, they were more likely to kill for it.

Numerous expressions flashed within the six people's faces.

Dodge's time was strange as he asked: "Brother Blake, it's too dark and I can't really see anything. Can you come check if this really is the Rainbow-stalk plant ?"

'',

Upon hearing this, Erian nodded his head, oblivious to the strange tone. "Right, I also want to check if you guys might have been mistaken."

As he leaned forwards to check the fruit, the air suddenly split apart as a sinister hidden blade shot through the air like a bullet, stabbing toward Erian's vital part.

"Clang!"

Erian's body suddenly twisted his body, nuclear particles rushed into his arms a she caught the hidden blade from mid air. His body forced backwards an inch from the force.

'Visit NOVEL_B I N to read, pls!',

With a sneer, Erian's other fist abruptly shot outwards.

"Bam!"

Dodge's body instantly froze, his expression in disbelief. How did Erian move so quickly? The weapon he had raised fell to the ground as his chest caved in, his heart punched by the spikes on the glove.

"Dodge!! You motherf*cker!!!" The twins were shocked by this rapid change in the situation.

Their spears trembled, spinning rapidly like a drill as they attacked Erian from both sides. Sending out streams of nuclear energy, the spears explosively stabbed through the air as though wanting to rip it apart.

"Die!!!" They roared at the same time.

Erian's expression turned solemn. He felt threatened by the spears and he knew he couldn't take it lightly.

Clang!!

Erian's hands grabbed the spinning long red spears with both hands. Flint light up the cave as the spears spun rapidly against his grip, drilling forwards with speed attempting to slide past his hold and pierce through his chest.

Redirecting the direction of the spears to his sides, Erian's blood pumped rapidly, complementing the pulsing of all the muscles in his body, creating a strange but intense tremor that made his body to appear even bigger.

With increased strength, he abruptly pulled the two spears towards him. Involuntarily, the twins staggered towards him. Their eyes opened wide as a spiky dark fist enlarged before them.

"Bang! Bang!!"

The fallen rays of light from the torch illuminated the splatter of blood and brains as their heads exploded into pieces.

The cave became intensely sinister as a chilling and brutal wave of energy swept through. The smell of iron wafted with the air as a medium.

Erian's gaze stared coldly at Clevel who was spinning a blade on his finger. The tension was so thick one could cut it with a knife.

Erian's voice broke the silence.

"You let me kill them, why?"

Clevel chuckled slightly, his expression indifferent as he replied. "What does it matter? It's no use explaining my plans to a dead man."
