Chapter 108 - Papa's Gift!

"Big Sister this one will be nice on you see, Big Sister does this look pretty on Qiqi."

"Yes, Aunty, give me that one, yes, see Qiqi this one is nice, try this let Big Sister see, oh yes this really is good, thank you Qiqi."

Little Qiqi and Little Jia continued to hand each other the dress which they thought would look nice on themselves and each other.

Soon there was a pile of clothes the girls had selected and it continued to increase.

Really there was no way women would keep themselves away from shopping whether she was a small child or an old woman or a beauty in her prime.

The attendant lady was also feeling her hands sore from getting the dresses for them by now.

Finally, Yuan Meng and Ning Wei interjected.

"You two, how many do you want."

It was Ning Wei who said it.

As soon as the girls called her the whole shop went silent.

'That girl called her aunt while her sister called her Mom, while both of them called the man Papa.'

The woman who was helping the girls also looked at Ye Qian in disbelief.

Meanwhile, the other attendees saw Yuan Meng and Ning Wei.

'They are both beautiful women, but they married this man.'

She felt something was not right.

Earlier they despised Ye Qian after seeing his clothes.

"Don't worry let them get some more."

Ye Qian stood up.

He was sitting on the chair all the time the girls were choosing clothes.

He was feeling a different sense of happiness seeing them so excited and happy.

He walked to Ning Wie and patted her shoulder while shaking his head.

"Ok but..."

She had thought Ye Qian would let them buy one more but his words made her pinch her brows in worry.

"Jia and Butterfly when you are done while getting these dresses we will go to get you some more new styled jeans and shirts and sweaters."

He smiled and pinched their nose lightly.

Ning Wei turned to Yuan Meng and made a face.

'Say him something isn't this enough.'

Though she didn't say it out Yuan Meng knew what she thought, she waved her hand and shook her head.

Almost like saying, "Let him do it."

"No Papa, we are done, Qiqi just wants that dress."

Little Qiqi shook her head and pointed at a pink dress.

"Oh, the pink party dress with beautiful roses on it?"

Ye Qian asked seeing her point at the dress.

"Hmm."

Little Qiqi nodded.

"Jia take the same kind for you as well. Miss show this kind of dress to Jia she will also look nice."

Ye Qian said to Little Jia while patting her hand and continued to the attendee.

"Yes, Papa."

Little Jia nodded and she glanced at the dress on the top and her eyes were shining like stars.

The lady also nodded.

"Papa, can Jia have that one."

Little Jia pointed at a Maroon gown which was very beautiful and pulled Ye Qian's sleeves.

"Wow, Jia's choices are really pretty, Miss pack that too."

Ye Qian also liked the dress after seeing it nad since Little Jia liked it a lot then he would buy if for sure.

"Umm."

"Sir, actually it's..."

The lady stuttered and pursed her lips.

"Huh, is it damaged or something?

"Even if it is there might be another similar like it, right?"

Seeing Little Jia dejected Ye Qian said in a hurry.

"Ahh no, no it's not damaged."

The lady shook her head and whispered.

"Sir it's the most expensive dress in our shop."

Hearing her whisper Little Jia pulled Ye Qian's sleeve and said.

"Papa, Jia doesn't like it anymore, it's so dark and big, Jia doesn't want it."

Ning Wei was just behind them all the time hearing Jia's words, she wryly.

'My Jia was always sensible, she knew the other dress will not cost much so she didn't reject them but she is definitely loving this dress but still she sent to want it anymore.'

Ning Wei sighed and glanced at the dress.

Ye Qian saw that although Little Jia said that she didn't like the dress for its dark colour and gave some more reasons, her eyes were always on it all the time as she said.

Ye Qian pinched her cheeks lightly and said.

"But won't Jia accept a gift from her Papa?"

"Huh, Papa, but...."

Little Jia shook her head but Ye Qian stopped her and said.

"Won't my Little Jia take the gift that I will give?"

Ye Qian placed his palms on both sides of her face and said with a smile.

"No Papa, Jia will have everything that Papa will give Jia."

Little Jia's eyes turned moist understanding why Ye Qian was so amendment about getting that dress.

She felt happy but she also didn't want Ye Qian to buy such an expensive dress for her.

Meanwhile, Ning Wei's lips were trembling as she wiped the tear forming on the corner of her eyes.

She was really touched by how Ye Qian treated Little Jia.

'Qiqi has not even bought the dress the same price a that of the single dress that Jia liked but he is not at all vexed.'

She glanced at the pile of dresses the girls had bought and compared them.

Most of the dresses were near the same price but Jia's only dress cost more than the total of all the clothes.

"Hmm, that's my Jia."

Ye Qian pinched her nose again and rubbed her tears off and turned to the attendee lady.

"Miss, don't worry about the money if my daughter like the dress then I will definitely buy it."

Ye Qian said with a gentle smile.

"Hmm."

The lady nodded she was close to tearing up seeing the scene in front of her but she couldn't cry in front of so many people so she quickly wiped her tears and got the dress from the closed case.
