Chapter 85 - Did He Just Kissed Me!

In front of the ice cream stall, Ye Qian was staring at the man making ice cream with the others.

"Butterfly and Jia which flavor do you guys want?"

"Papa, Qiqi will have the one with chocolate."

Little Qiqi pointed at the chocolate bars placed on the table and said as she licked her lips.

"Hmm, Papa Jia wants the one with the Oreo biscuit flavor, Jia heard it is good."

Little Jia looked around the table and then pointed at the Oreo biscuits and said.

"Ok."

Ye Qian nodded and turned to the ladies.

"Mengmeng, which one do you want?"

He first asked Yuan Meng as she was the closest.

"Umm almonds with Choco chips."

"Wei, which do you want?"

Ning Wei stared at him with wide eyes for a few moments.

'Did he just he called me Wei just now? It sounded so nice, and so inti....'

Ye Qian thought she must be thinking so he turned to the woman.

"A plain vanilla with some cream on top."

The woman didn't took long and said.

"Hmm."

"Are you done choosing which one?"

Ye Qian turned back to Ning Wei and waved his hand in front of her.

"Ahh yes, I...I want a Strawberry with some pistachios on it."

Ning Wei stuttered as her face flushed and didn't dare to look into Ye Qian's eyes, she was already red like a strawberry with how Ye Qian called her, now if she were to face him she would for sure won't be able to control herself and do something inappropriate.

"Ok."

Ye Qian nodded and smiled at the little girls.

"Jia, you come with me while others will stay here."

Little Ji was more than happy as she nearly jumped when she heard Ye Qian.

"Yes, Papa."

Little Jia quickly nodded.

"You guys wait there we will be back in a few minutes."

"Papa, comes soon."

Little Qiqi waved her hands.

Ye Qian said and smiled at Little Qiqi.

Ye Qian glanced at Little Jia and stretched his hands.

"Huh."

Little Jia was confused at first but seeing Ye Qian's smiled she raised her hand as she let him pick her up.

"Let's go?"

Ye Qian asked.

"Hmm."

Little Jia nodded.

They went to the stall with Ye Qian carrying Little Jia in his arms.

Behind them, Ning Wei and Yuan Meng had compassionate smiles on their faces.

"Let's sit there till they come."

Yuan Meng said as she pointed at the chair near the entrance of the theatre.

"Hmm."

They nodded and walked to it.

While they were going they didn't notice that two people were following behind them for a long time.

"Hey Brother, give me, one Chocolate, one almond with Choco chips, one Oreo, one vanilla with cream on it, and two with strawberries and pistachios on top of it."

As Ye Qian arrived in front of the stall he said what he wanted.

"Yes sir."

The man making the ice cream gladly smiled at him and nodded.

He took the fruits and nuts necessary for the ice cream and started to play his disco dance on the bronze plate on which he made the ice cream.

Within five minutes all the ice creams were made and he gave it to Ye Qian in a paper bowl with some wooden spoons.

"Thanks how much was it?"

Ye Qian asked as he gave Little Jia the plate full of bowls of ice creams.

"It was 90 Yuan's"

Ye Qian handed him the money and took the change.

As to why, because he knew if this ice cream were to be made on the road that person would have sold it for about nearly half the price of this.

Ye Qian knew that this was due to the mall and he couldn't say much, as many people who come here to eat the food which they could find in some simple hotels were just to have the taste of luxury.

The man also nodded and gave him the change and went back to work.

"Jia, let's go quick or it will start to melt."

"Hmm."

With that, he walked to the ladies as they sat on the chairs provided.

He was back in 5 minutes so there was still some time until the movie would start so he was not worried about that.

Yuan Meng and others were sitting while gossiping with the woman, but it was not the normal topic many women would talk about.

As they were talking about the various new informative ideas and researches in the world, it seemed like they were some scientists discussing their research.

"Papa."

As soon as she saw Ye Qian coming to them, Little Qiqi called out.

Ye Qian smiled and placed Little Jia on the chair and helped her to give the ice creams.

"Qiqi, take this chocolate; Aunt Meng this is yours."

"Big Sister, this is yours."

The ladies took the ice creams and Little Qiqi almost burst out as she extended her hands out.

"Wow, this looks so nice."

Little Qiqi exclaimed as she sat the liquid chocolate on her ice cream.

She then saw the ice cream that Yuan Meng had and her eyes brightened more.

"Mumma's ice cream looks so pretty too."

Yuan Meng's ice cream was of different colors with some almond shavings and Choco chips too.

"Eat it quickly or it will become cold milkshake."

Yuan Meng smiled at her.

"Hmm."

Little Qiqi nodded and took the spoon with her fingers and put in her mouth.

She smiled as she bit on the spoon as she tasted it.

"Ummmm."

Yuan Meng was amused as she saw Little Qiqi's expressions and her heart felt at ease after so long.

'I was never able to give so much happiness to Qiqi alone, now she is having everything she wants.'

She then glanced at Ye Qian who was handing the ice cream to Little Jia and smiled warmly

"Jia, take yours first."

Ye Qian said as he gave the cup to her.

"Hmm."

Little Jia nodded and started to eat.

"Qian'er there are two of the same flavor, sis you brought the same as Sister Wei."

Yuan Meng said with a smug on her face as she glanced at Ning Wei through the corner of her eyes.

"Hmm yes, I thought it would be nice, since I liked it before too."

Ye Qian said as he picked a cup and turned to Ning Wei.

As she heard Yuan Meng, Ning Wei's face flushed again as she looked at Ye Qian.

"Here you go."

Ye Qian said as he tried to give it to Ning Wei.

"Umm."

"Thanks."

Ning Wei's hands shook a little but she took the cup and started to eat in silence.

Ye Qian didn't think much about it and sat beside Little Jia while taking his cup.

"Papa, this is tasty."

Little Jia took a spoonful of ice cream and brought it near his mouth.

"Ok, hmm."

He ate it and smiled.

"That is really tasty."

"Hehe, this is Jia's choice after all."

Little Jia puffed her chest and said with pride.

"Mom, you taste it too."

Little Jia took the spoon and pointed it at Ning Wei

Ning Wei was quietly eating her ice cream, she nodded and opened her mouth and took bot the spoon.

'Didn't Ye Qian also eat the ice cream form this spoon just now?'

As this thought shuffled in her mind Ning Wei's eyes widened in shock and her heart started to race.

Her face flushed and cheeks burned red.

'Jia, what did you do?'

'They say eating and drinking something with same spoon and bottle is just like a kiss.'

'Didn't...didn't Ye Qian then just kissed me indirectly?'

With this thought Ning Wei was now completely red than even the color red.

Her heart was beating so fast that she thought it might as well compare to a Bullet Train.

"Mom, why are you biting the spoon?"

Little Jia asked seeing Ning Wei was not releasing the spoon from her teeth and continued to hold it tightly.

"Hmm."

Ning Wei nodded and glanced at Ye Qian who was still eating his ice cream calmly and her body shivered.

'What to do now?'

She then released the spoon from her mouth and didn't look around and continued to eat her ice-cream without even looking above.

Yuan Meng and the woman giggled seeing Ning Wei behaving like this.

"Papa, taste this too, this is also nice."

Little Qiqi jumped off the chair and walked to Ye Qian while holding the spoon of ice cream.

Ye Qian smiled and opened his mouth wide.

After Little Qiqi made him eat he smiled and nodded.

He also fed a few bites to the girls from his ice cream. 

Suddenly, Yuan Meng stood up from her seat and walked to Ye Qian with a smile.

To the disbelief of everyone surrounding them she went on her knees and brought a spoonful of ice cream to Ye Qian's mouth.
