Chapter 56 - Little Jia

"This must be big sister Jia!"

Little Qiqi exclaimed as she jumped off the sofa and ran to the door while giggling. ​​

"Qiqi, wait let Mumma come!"

Exclaiming that Yuan Meng also stood and walked to the door.

Meanwhile, Ye Qian came out of the bedroom wearing an old fashioned but brand new Dark Blue T-shirt and a pair of black jeans.

As he walked out he was that Yuan Meng and Little Qiqi were at the door, while the girl from yesterday was sitting on the couch.

"Hello."

Ye Qian greeted Jiao as he felt it would be right.

Jiao turned her head from the TV and saw a good looking man greeting her.

She was first baffled then she smiled at him and brought her hand for a handshake.

"Hello, Mr Ye."

Jiao giggled as she saw him and smiled mysteriously.

"So it was you who came in right?"

Ye Qian shook his hand with her and felt a somewhat odd feeling as she smiled.

"Yes, I wanted to see if everything was fine with sister Meng. Don't feel that I am doing this because of you though."

"Ahh, no problem it was because you were worried that Mengmeng was alright, there is nothing wrong in think that."

Saying that Ye Qian waved at her indicating her to sit as he turned to Yuan Meng who was opening the door with Little Qiqi.

Seeing Little Qiqi being so happy and cheerful Ye Qian felt warm in his heart.

"Creek"

The doorknob was opened by Yuan Meng as she shushed Little Qiqi.

"Shhh Qiqi, don't make too much noise it's night now."

Little Qiqi giggled as she nodded at her Mumma and stood behind her.

As the door opened they saw Ning Wei or Aunt Wei.

Ning Wei was wearing a Long Grey coloured Cardigan and a red T-shirt with long sleeves and jeans.

She didn't resemble the Ning Wei which Ye Qian has seen in the morning or evening.

She had a mature vibe but she looked completely different now.

While beside her a little girl with around 6 years was standing with her hands holding Ning Wie's purse.

The girl was wearing a zip-up hoodie and jeans as she gazed shyly at Yuan Meng and Little Qiqi.

"Big Sister Jia."

Little Qiqi cheered and ran with her hands open as she hugged the little girl.

"Hey, Little Qiqi how are you?"

The girl said as Little Qiqi hugged her and rubbed her back.

"Qiqi missed sister Jia so much."

Ning Wei smiled at them and let them do as they wished as she turned to Yuan Meng and smiled.

"You came so late, I thought you would not come now!"

Yuan Meng smiled at her.

"How can that be, it was just that Jia had a lot of homework."

Ning Wie smiled as she glanced at the little girls who were chatting and giggling.

"Qiqi are you going to let your sister Jia stand out now."

Yuan meng called out as she saw that the girls didn't seem to mind that they were still out.

Little Qiqi poked her tongue out and clutched the little girl's hand and brought her into the house.

"Sister Jia come in quick, Qiqi will give you some snack that Qiqi made."

Seeing her walking in so cheerfully Yuan Meng smiled and brought Ning Wei in.

"Sister Wei come let's go."

"Hm."

Ning Wei nodded as she walked with Yuan Meng to the sofa.

Ning Wie's eyes widened with shock as she saw the person sitting on the sofa.

"Little girl, what are you doing here?"

Ning Wei asked as she sat beside Jiao.

Jiao pouted her lips and waved at Ning Wei.

"What sister Wei am I not allowed to visit sister Meng now?"

"Well of course but you were here yesterday too right!"

Ning Wie smirked.

"Huh?"

Jiao was stunned she was here to eat more food made by Ye Qian but she couldn't say it aloud in front of them.

'What do I say, it will be too embarrassing if I were to tell them that I came here to eat!'

Jiao was having a bad premonition as she looked around to find something to tell.

"Sister Wei, she came here to give Qiqi the Sweet and Sour ribs."

Yuan Meng commented as she sat beside Ye Qian.

Hearing the voice Jiao calmed and smiled.

As Ning Wei noticed Ye Qian she smiled at him and extended her hands.

Ye Qian also did the same and continued.

"It's nice for us that miss Ning came."

"Hehe you don't need to call me in such a formal way, just call Sister Wei, it will do."

"Haha alright, sister Wei."

After the greetings, the women continued to chat for a while and Ye Qian listened to them.

It was just some off-topics and they were not the ones like gossips it was about the work and the school.

Ye Qian found out that the school was recently being too lenient on some of the people who had high positions and power behind them as they behaved as they desired.

But the ladies were smart enough and didn't talk the names out and neither did they talked about the things about Yuan Meng being pressured by some of the people.

Meanwhile, as the people in the living room were busy talking the little girls had run to the kitchen.

Little Qiqi took the two of the eggrolls that were left and placed them in the oven and turned it on.

"Hey Qiqi, what are you doing?"

The other girl asked as she watched Little Qiqi doing things with great enthusiasm.

"Big sister Jia these were made by Qiqi."

Little Qiqi said as she pointed at the roles in the oven.

"Oh really."

Little Jia glanced at the oven as her eyes sparkled.

"Hmm, Qiqi and Papa made them."

Little Qiqi said while puffing her chest with pride.

"So the one sitting on the sofa was your Papa."

"Hmm."

"Ting."

As Little Qiqi nodded, the oven stopped as she opened it and carefully removed the rolls out and plated it on a small plate with some of the sauce.

"Big sister Jia try this after some time we will have dinner."

Little Qiqi pushed the plate to Little Jia as she sat beside her on the chair.

"Hmm."

Little Jia nodded and took the roll carefully and studied it around.

She smiled as she looked at its shape.

"Big sister eat slowly it will be very hot. Blow it a bit."

Little Qiqi exclaimed as she saw that Little Jia was about to eat the whole roll.

"Ok."

"Fuuu."

Little Jia nodded and blew some air and took a bite after dipping it in the sauce.

Little Qiqi was looking at her like she was a monkey on which an experiment was going on with bright eyes.

"Wow, it's so tasty."

Little Qiqi giggled and exclaimed.

"Hehe isn't it."

"Yes, it is really good."

Little Jia nodded and finished the one in her hand and took the other.

As she finished the second one she smiled at Little Qiqi and thanked her.

"Qiqi thank you."

"Huh, big sister how can you say that, come let's go to Aunt and Mumma now."

Saying that she jumped off the chair and started to walk out of the kitchen.

Little Jia also followed her from behind as she washed her hands.

As the girls walked out while giggling the people on the sofa turned to them while Ning Wei and Yuan Meng asked.

"Where were you two?"

They sounded at the same time.

"Hehe, Qiqi brought sister Jia to eat some snacks."

Little Qiqi giggled.

"Alright now come to Mumma."

Yuan Meng smiled.

Little Qiqi walked to Yuan Meng while holding Little Jia's hand.

Little Jia felt shy as she saw so many people looking at her and looked down.

"Hehe, sister Wei, Little Jia is so cute and she is not like you."

Jiao sniggered as she brought her hand to rub the little girl's cheeks.

"Huh, what do you mean?"

Ning Wei tilted her head and asked in confusion.

"See she is so shy and look at you hehe."

"You.. grumpy girl, still not earned form last time, do I need to give a beating again."

Now it was time for Jiao to be embarrassed.

Cold sweat dripped on Jiao's back as she remembered when she was hit on the butt by Ning Wei the last time she did something mischievous.

"Hahaha."

Seeing her turn quiet Ning Wei laughed aloud.

"Jia, come here and greet uncle Ye."

Ning Wei exclaimed as she brought Little Jia.

Little Jia walked to Ye Qian and glanced at him shyly.

"Umm hello uncle Ye, I am Jia."

"Ohh such a cute little girl."

Ye Qian said happily as he placed patted her head and transferred some Spiritual Energy to her.

Little Jia looked up as she felt some gentle warm feeling in her body as Ye Qian patted her head.

Meanwhile, Yuan Meng smiled as she watched Ye Qian doing the same thing to Little Jia, what he did to the Little Qiqi's friends in the morning.
