"This girl is the same as she was before, but there is that bleak aura surrounding her."

Her eyes widened in shock and horror while her iris shrunk to the size of a pinpoint as she quickly turned around.

"What kind of hallucination is this?"

She muttered to herself as she noticed that there was no one behind her much less the figure whom she had seen just now on her monitor.

But just as she was about to turn, a thought popped into her mind.

"When I was with Ye Qian, I didn't feel like this and in fact felt so much at ease and without those fear."

"Could it be just because I was too happy to see him in a place like this?"

She wondered and then glanced at the photo frame that was placed on her desk.

It was the class photo of their class and there were many of her friends.

Ye Qian, Su Ren, Zhao Rong, Mei Kai, Wu Yufeng, Liang, and many others.

"It has been long since I met anyone of them."

Ling Shui sighed and went back to do her work.
