The taxi stopped by the gate of the Old Age Home.

A gentle smile appeared on the faces of the two mothers as they walked out of the taxi.

Meanwhile, Ye Qian had come behind the two by now and was amused by the way that the little girl had used in order to overcome her full belly.

"Alright, let's go, your mothers are waiting."

Ye Qian looked at the gate and was surprised to see that Yuan Meng and Ning Wei, both were present and smiled seeing the two of them.

'It seems like what Mengmeng said did work, but I hope that Wei won't be hurt with all this later on.'

Ye Qian sighed in his heat seeing the gentle smile on Ning Wei's lips.

He had known that there was something in her heart about him, and this was also what made him worried about her.

He was clear that there was no way that he would be able to give Ning Wei what she really deserved and thus felt that it was not good for him to hide it from her.

But by these few days that he had known Ning Wei, Ye Qian understood that if she were to know that, it would make her very sad and leave a wound in her heart forever.

And Ye Qian didn't want to do that just because he didn't feel about her.

Of course, he did respect her and even thought that Ning Wei was someone who should be loved and cared for.

But he was not the person who could do so.

Meanwhile, Ye Qian walked to them while Little Qiqi held his finger.

Seeing Yuan Meng smile, Ye Qian nodded but then asked.

"Is anything bothering you?"

Yuan Meng shook her head, puzzled at how Ye Qian was able to know.

"Then why didn't you pay the driver?"

Ye Qian pursed his lips and asked seeing that the driver was looking at the two ladies with a pleading look.

"Ahh, we are so sorry, here, I will pay."

Ning Wei was close to the taxi and quickly opened her purse and removed a 50 Yuan bill and handed it to the driver.

She didn't know whether to laugh or cry, they had been standing for more than 5 minutes by now.

If in the place of this driver, there was someone else then he would have already cursed them for stalling for so long and not giving him money.

"We are sorry for making you wait for so long."

"Haha, Miss, it's completely fine, I am going home anyways."

The driver laughed and handed a 10 Yuan note to Ning Wei.
