In the City High School Staff Room.

Yuan Meng sat beside Ning Wei while holding a letter that she had just got from the messenger.

Almost everyone present in the room was staring at her wanting to know what was written inside the letter.

"What is it about Sister Meng?"

Ning Wei asked.

Yuan Meng pursed her lips and tore off the seal of the letter and removed the print from the package.

There was a wry smile on her face as if she was a bit shocked by what was within the letter and had not expected this to happen.

"Sister Meng, what happened, everything is fine right?"

Upon seeing Yuan Meng forcefully smiling, Ning Wei got a bad premonition.

So far, ever since they had been working here together, none of them had got any kind of letter from the office and now all of a sudden, Yuan Meng had got one and the expression on her face made Ning Wei have a bad feeling.

"You can see it."

Yuan Meng smiled and then handed the letter to her.

Although she didn't know whether she should be happy or sad about what was written in the letter, Yuan Meng knew that there was definitely something off for this to happen all of a sudden.

Ning Wei took the letter from Yuan Meng's hand in confusion and started to read it.

"Mrs Yuan Meng,

Although you have been working for a couple of years and we know that you have been sincerely trying to give your best to the students and teach them with all your heart, the committee is really disappointed to know about your behaviour to your colleagues and seniors.

With your situation, the committee had always taken a leeway and had given you a few chances to get yourself on better terms with your colleagues.

But you still didn't show any improvement and the complaints about your uncooperative behaviour are still being pointed out several times.

The committee can't bat an eye away more on this situation and would have to ask you to stop offering your employment since a bad colleague would never become a good employee."

"What the heck!"

Ning Wei cursed as she slammed the letter on the desk while fuming with anger.

"How can they do something like this?"

"Isn't it just like they want to mess things up and want to use any kind of reason to get you out of the school?"

Ning Wei's face was fuming with anger.

Normally, she would still be snappy and would not be very good with every one among her colleagues, but with what she had just read in the letter, she had gotten completely mad.

It was obvious that a few people on the committee didn't want Yuan Meng to continue work.

The reason that they had given was way too senseless.

What was more important for a teacher?

It was their ability to teach their students with all their heart and let them understand it properly.

Who would even need her to be a good colleague if she was such a good teacher?

Of course, if that was to be said then Ning Wei knew that even she should have been fired a really long time ago, and that was given the way that she had always been ever since she entered the school.

She was cold to everyone.

But that was not the same for Yuan Meng.

When she joined, she was like a simple teacher who wanted to get well with her colleagues and be a good teacher and have a good job so that she could be able to take care of her and her daughter's basic needs.

But with the people around her wanting to get benefits from her, Yuan Meng started to isolate herself from then.
