Chapter 491 A Foolish Father

In the sky, the small sparrow was falling with such a great speed that in just a blink of an eye it would be hundreds of meters down.

Meanwhile, all the people in front of the entrance of the school were only staring at the sky while none of them even blinked for even a moment.

"CHIRP"

While all of them were thinking about how bad and the gory scene would happen in front of the school now, everyone heard a shrill cry.

It felt that it was a cry of delight and happiness.

But what shocked the hell out of all of the people present was the fact that the shrill cry came from the falling EAGLE whom almost all of them had thought of to have died.

Su Ren who was about to close the little girl's eyes in fear that the scene would be too much for a little girl like Jia to see and would cause her trauma turned around as soon as he heard the shrill cry of the bird.

"What... what is that?"

"It's not an Eagle!"

When they saw the falling bird closing towards them, they were clearly able to see that it was not an Eagle but rather a really beautiful bird which though looked like a sparrow was near twice the size of it and was too beautiful.

"What kind of bird is that?"

Su Ren muttered and he forgot that it was coming towards them.

"Hey did that bird just changed its direction at such speed?"

The surrounding men and women gasped seeing that the little bird had slightly changed its directions and was closing towards the entrance where two men and a little girl stood while looking at the falling bird.

,m "Hey, watch out!"

"That bird is falling towards you!"

Many people called out for Ye Qian and Su Ren since they were adults.

They feared that no matter how much the bird was good at flying, it would only be able to change its direction and won't be able to stop herself from harming the two men and the little girl.

They were more worried about them right now than the bird falling and the unsightly scene that would follow.

But there was no reaction from Ye Qian or Su Ren.

"They seemed to have been shocked, someone rushed and help them."

A woman exclaimed while worried that the little girl with them would get hurt for nothing.

A couple of guards and men dashed towards Ye Qian, Su Ren and Little Jia.

But the more they rushed they also saw that the bird was coming at an even greater speed.

"I don't think that they would be able to make it."

A woman sighed and shook her head in dismay.

The people around were cursing Ye Qian and Su Ren for being such big idiots since they were only staring at the bird rushing towards them.

A change of expression overtook Su Ren's face as he heard the people calling out for them.

But he was so much afraid that his legs were stuck in their place not even moving a bit.

He knew that he was getting his usual panic attack.

"Ohh sh!t!"

Su Ren could only curse and close his eyes as he saw that the bird which was moving at a speed no less than that of a top speed motorbike rush towards them.

Even a tiny bullet would kill someone if it was fired at a great speed much less this big bird which would surely smash into them and break a few bones.

"Old Ye rush away with the girl!"

He exclaimed in fright with a turn, only to see that the pair were having a pleasant smile on their lips as if they were meeting their friend.

"You brat, can't you see that the little girl would get hurt?"

Su Ren wanted to curse Ye Qian for being such dumb.

As being a close friend of Ye Qian for 5 years, Su Ren and others knew about Ye Qian being low in EQ but now Su Ren even thought that Ye Qian had lost his sense and would not even more when his daughter was at a risk.

Su Ren was about to push Ye Qian and Little Jia away in a hurry since he knew that his legs won't move even a bit.

And though he would feel bad for hurting his little niece wich whom he had just met, Su Ren also knew that this was the only way that the little girl would be much safer than being directly being hit by the coming bird who was no less than a cannonball at the time being.

Seeing the bird was just a moment away the people around sighed.

"They won't make it!"

"If the man beside the girl had moved maybe the little girl would not have been injured."

They sighed because, from their perspective, they were able to see that the bird was flying towards the little girl.

If the little girl was hit by the dashing bird the least it would do was cause some serious injury to the little girl and would break her bones.

As for the most that would happen, the people didn't dare phantom that thought, since none of them wanted to see a child getting hurt because of the foolishness of her parent.

As of now, everyone was blaming Ye Qian for being too foolish.

They had seen the frightful look on Su Ren's face and understood that he was not able to move due to some reason and thus hand exclaimed to his friend to move away with the little girl, but the friend seemed to stun that he was only smiling at him and not even moving at all.

As they had lost complete hope and the women had also closed their eyes not wanting to see the little girl getting injured due to the foolishness of her father, they heard another shrill cry.

"CHIRP CHIRP"

What happened next made them feel as if they were seeing some sort of magic.
