Alonso hadn't lied when he told Jovani that there were men heading in his direction. He just didn't know how quickly they would get there. He just that he personally wouldn't be there in enough time.

He called in a favor of a hospital that was close to the area. He would have to pay a pretty penny to get them to not say anything about the scene that they would be stepping into, but it was the best that he could do to get them on to the scene as quickly as possible.

Bribes existed exactly for this kind of problem. They were also one of the few situations in which Alonso would approve of them on his own outside of what Jovani directed.

Right now though, he needed to be the person who was in charge since the other man was busy with other important matters and couldn't be there to make the calls.

"Romeo, can you tell me how things are on that end? I take it that that wasn't the first time that you have been talking with Jovani?" The man asked as he left his office so that he could go find someone else to do him a favor while he was waiting.

"No, he called us earlier to explain what was going on and to warn us about how to deal with the princess. Samuel is here still taking care of her as we wait to find out what exactly is going on.

"Good. It is probably best for the current moment in time if you ensure that neither of them leaves there until we have everyone at the hospital and properly taken care of."

"I need you to send more men to this location. Don't ask any questions, just do what I am telling you." He thrust his paper at the group of men who had been occupying the main living space while waiting to hear what their next orders were going to be.

"Make it quick as well. We don't have the time to be messing about." He told them firmly before turning to walk away. Alonso might not have had the same amount of authority that Jovani had but he knew that the men would listen to him what he was asking involved their boss.

"I don't think that the princess will be one that we have to worry about. She's sleeping right now. I can't say about Samuel though." Romeo explained.

"Just do what you can for the time being. I don't think that Jovani would want him to be leaving there right now either with everything going on. We have to make sure that everything else is secure and there were no other planned attacks for today."

"I understand. I can't make any promises though as he's not quite as easy to deal with as Zane's daughter is." Romeo warned.

His point was proven when he heard the other suddenly talking behind him.

"You know Romeo that I am not going to simply be able to sit here waiting to know what's going on when lack of information is exactly what's going to make Lena worry when she makes up.

The guard hadn't realized that the other had entered the room again when he had his back turned towards the door. The younger man was getting better at moving in a more stealthy manner.

"Speaking of the devil. I need to end the call to deal with this." Romeo told the other before dropping the call after Alonso replied.

"I know that both you and the princess feel the same way about this, but we still don't know everything yet. You're better off staying here and making sure you don't get into trouble's way." Romeo argued as the other crossed his arms.

"You're not going to give me the same option that you gave to Lena and be willing to fight me to decide this matter?" The guard sighed in response to the other's question.

"No offense but you don't quite have the same level of skills that the princess had to keep up with me. I wouldn't want to hurt you."

"I don't think that it something you can dismiss quickly without being able to tell for yourself." The other challenged causing Romeo to sigh. Putting his phone away, he walked over to the other and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Trust me. I don't want to get in trouble with the princess for hurting the other stable person that she had to rely on for the time being. It's better for both of us if you wait for things to work themselves out and stay with the princess for the time being." He told Samuel who didn't seem thrilled to hear this.

"If you want to try and fight with me some other time, that's fine but right now I need you to do this while I focus on a few other things." He firmly pushed the other back in the direction of the stairs.

"Just go stay with her for the time being otherwise I will be forced to lock both of you in that room for your safety." It was done in a gentle manner but with a rather sharp edge to it.

He didn't really want to push the other out, but it wasn't like there was much Samuel could do with his lack of training. Jovani was already on location and others would be joining him shortly.

Even if he did let Samuel go, he would be better heading to the hospital as that was where everyone else would be by the time he made it to the original location.

"You can direct everything here as much as you want until we know what's going on and then we can head to the hospital. Other than that though, you're not going anywhere." Romeo told the other.

"We don't have a lot of time right now to deal with all of this so I just need you to listen to me."

Samuel wanted to argue with the other again but knew that it would be practically pointless based upon the expression on his face.

He didn't like the idea of not doing anything to help Lena feel better when she woke up, but he partly understand the fact that it was because the deficit of what he might try to do would outweigh the benefits of doing what he wanted to.

He would wait then if that was all he could do. He didn't mind staying with the princess while she slept, but he also thought that there might be something else he could do to help her feel better whenever she woke up next. Hopefully to better news than what they were currently dealing with.
