Chapter 20 Lowlife

Alina frantically grabbed at the air, but her rapidly falling body was suddenly pulled forward and she fell into a warm embrace.

“Are you alright?”

Fran’s voice came from above. Alina’s face reddened, and she quickly pushed him away, angrily glaring at him. “Why did you sneak attack me!”

Seeing her cute appearance that was somewhat similar to Flora’s, Fran burst out laughing. “You’re an assassin. Isn’t vigilance the most important thing for an assassin?”

Alina’s face turned even redder at his smile. Fran’s smile disappeared and he said seriously, “As an assassin, you have to be alert to anyone around you, understand?”

“Yeah.”

Alina blushed and nodded.

Alina then suddenly used backstab on Fran. But Fran reacted very quickly, and the two

immediately started fighting.

Alina discovered that she could use her abilities limitlessly when fighting Fran, and it felt extremely good to fight him!

Ten minutes later, Alina took two steps back and raised her hands in surrender. “I can’t take it anymore. Your mana really seems to be endless. I’m already out.”

This was the most satisfying beating she had ever had! It was a pity that her mana bar didn’t last long enough, or she would have definitely won against Fran today!

“Then let’s call it a day. I’m going back to eat.”

Alina froze for a moment, then nodded. “Alright, I should go back too.”

When they were about to part ways, Alina suddenly called out to Fran. “I’ll be waiting for you at the airport the day after tomorrow.”

“Alright,” he said.

Fran smiled as he watched Alina leave. What he didn’t see was that the moment Alina turned around, her face had miraculously turned red. Soon, the day to head to the Academy arrived. Eller and Lina filled Fran’s luggage to the brim, and even gave him a backpack full of specialty products.

“Remember to send a message home when you reach the academy!”

Fran waved at his parents. “I know, you guys can go back first!”

Seeing Fran leave, Lina threw herself into

Eller’s arms and started sobbing. This was the first time she had been separated from Fran for so long. When she arrived at the airport, Flora looked at the airport in surprise. This was her first time coming to such a place!

“The airport is so beautiful! Brother, brother! Is

that an airplane?”

Flora ran to the floor-to-ceiling window and

pointed at the big-winged thing that glided

and took off. With a low groan, it directly flew into the sky.

It was too magical! When they were in the slums, not to mention planes, even cars were only owned by very few businesses.

“Fran!”

Hearing the shout, Fran and Flora both turned

around and saw Alina waving at them with a pink suitcase.

“Is this your sister?”

Alina asked Fran as she looked at the little girl

who looked somewhat similar to him.

And Flora was already entranced by Alina. It

was only after Fran’s reminder that she quickly reacted and apologetically smiled at Alina.

“Sister, you’re so pretty!”

That day, when she had only seen Alina’s side profile in the courtyard, she had already felt that this big sister of hers must be a great beauty! She didn’t expect to find that her sister was even more beautiful than she had

imagined!

“Thank you.” Alina laughed.

She was still very confident in her appearance.

As the school belle of Olly Academy, she had heard such words many times. But hearing Fran’s sister say it, she was still very happy.

She even sneaked a glance at Fran’s expression. But Fran was checking the ticket details to make sure they were on the same

flight.

She had no choice but to look away. She

thought that her small action had not been noticed, but she didn’t realize Flora had been watching her.

Flora had seen her action just now and was

laughing in her heart. It’s hard not to suspect that this pretty sister is my brother’s girlfriend!

“It’s almost time, let’s go.”

Fran looked at the time. It was almost time.

“Yeah.”

“Flora, be careful when you go home alone. We’ll be leaving first.”

Fran took Alina’s luggage and instructed Flora. Seeing this, Flora was so excited that she nodded repeatedly. “I know, I know! Hurry up and leave!”

After Fran and Alina got on the plane, Flora left

the airport. She had to tell her parents about this! After boarding the plane, the two of them coincidentally sat next to each other.

“Your sister is very cute.’

Alina thought of the lively little girl at the

airport and praised her.

“She’s always like that. We’ll reach the

provincial capital in two hours. Let’s take a nap first. We’ll be there in a while.”

The plane was air-conditioned, and Fran saw that Alina was wearing a short skirt, so he asked the flight attendant for a blanket to cover

Soon, the plane arrived at the provincial capital. Fran was about to send a message to

his family when he saw a message from Flora two hours ago.

The message was accompanied by a ‘like’

emoji, and Fran helplessly smiled. “What’s wrong? So happy?”

Alina walked over and saw Fran happily staring

at his phone.

Fran quickly put away his phone. “No, Flora

asked me what the provincial capital is like.” “The provincial capital is very beautiful! Do you want to go for a walk?”

Fran had never seen the neon lights of the skyscrapers outside the airport. In the future, he wanted his parents to live in a tall building

like that!

“Let’s go report first. We shouldn’t keep Ms. Sophie waiting.”

Alina nodded. “You’re right. Let’s take a taxi.”

As she spoke, she went to the side of the road

to call a taxi. The two of them went to the Canglan Academy together.

At the door, Fran helped unload the luggage. “Junior Alina!”

expression, he walked over and stepped between the two.

“And where did you come from?” Song Wei frowned and asked unhappily. He

looked at the luggage at the back and sized up

Fran. “Oh! You must be junior Alina’s coachman!”

“Song Wei! This is Fran, my classmate. He’s

also a student at the Canglan Academy, so you’d better watch your mouth!” Hearing Song Wei’s mocking, Alina quickly stepped forward to speak up for Fran. “Fran? Oh! I remember now, a lowlife from the slums who couldn’t change classes!”
