Chapter 147

Noxville, a Modern Wonder known for its unique Architecture and Sky-High Towers, meant to be the Business Hub of only the Top Companies in the World, was something straight out of a dream. 

It was the goal of every Company in the world to one day be able to own their own Tower in Noxville. It was a representation of them achieving the highest point in the Business World, and tonight, a new Noxville was going to be unveiled. 

All the guests arrived at the venue before 7 pm, and then Supper was served. The finest of the foods and wines did not make the guests yearn for more, rather, they wanted the Supper to be over as soon as possible so that they could see what the new Noxville was going to be like. 

At exactly 8 pm, all the seats in the Auditorium were filled up. And then a beautiful lady, who was a Spokesperson of the Princess of Persia, stepped on the stage and then formally welcomed all the guests to the event. 

Soon after she greeted them, the screens in the Auditorium started showing the dream project. It was a montage of the three Noxville that were present in the world and introduced the audience to the dream and the thought that they were based on. 

And then finally, as soon as the montage ended, the screens showed the 3D Design of the new Noxville. 

The Audience gasped in awe and found themselves dumbfounded by the beauty and the boldness of the Project. It was surreal to look at and made their hearts palpitate with excitement.

Silence reigned in the Auditorium for a good minute as everyone tried to calm down their nerves, and then instigated by someone who started clapping, the audience broke out into fervent applause and stood up on their feet. 

Leilah, Keith, and Amelia stepped onto the stage under the applause of the Audience, and then politely bowed to everyone. 

What Leilah and Amelia had designed was just a marvel to behold. It even put the other three Noxville in its shadow, but the two of them only wore light smiles on their faces as if they had not just pulled out a city straight out of the dreams of the people. 

"I am glad that we have not let down your expectations!" Keith suddenly spoke, and the applause sharply rose in reply to his words. "Thank you everyone for coming here today. Your presence means a lot to us." He humbly said and then lightly smiled. 

There was just something about his smile that everyone seemed to get a hold of their emotions and settled down in their seats to listen to what he had to say. 

The three of them then proceeded to reveal the key details of the project. 

Noxville Netheria was a project worth over 150 Billion Neris, which were nealry 400 Billion Euros. Needless to say, it was one of the most ambitious projects yet in the history of this world. 

Both Leilah and Keith descended the stage, leaving Amelia to introduce the audience to the Architecture and theme of Noxville. 

The Central Tower, which was the Tower of Nox, was going to be the tallest building in the world. Though its design was similar to the other three Towers of Nox in the world, this one was even more majestic and mysterious. 

Next, Amelia unveiled the designs of the Security Towers, the two Hospitals, the Noxville Metro Station, the Housing Societies, Hotel Street, Entertainment Street, the Auditorium and Opera House, and finally, the Business Towers. 

Some Businesses had already made the payment for their Towers in the new Noxville, and their final designs and information were unveiled to everyone. 

Each of these Business Towers was easily worth over 3 Billion Neris, but even if some people could afford it, they could not necessarily buy one in Noxville unless they were a Top Business Company in the world and had the permission of the Princess of Persia. In fact, no one could buy anything in Noxville if Leilah did not allow it.

After Amelia was done with the introductions, Rebecca and Kiara joined her on the stage and unveiled some more Projects that were specifically being built by the Black Forest Group as partners in the new Noxville. 

Rebecca introduced the audience to the two lakeside Resorts, which were breathtakingly beautiful, and the new Sports City, where four new majestic Stadiums for Football, Cricket, Tennis, and Hockey were going to be built. She also introduced them to the Sports Complex, which included Basketball Courts, Swimming Pools, as well as a Snooker Club where official events could be held. Additionally, a fifth stadium was introduced, which was a Multi-Purpose Stadium built to hold Olympic Games. 

Kiara then announced to everyone that Sameran City was going to host the Summer Olympics of 2046. And the Sports City in Noxville will be hosting the event.

It was an unexpected announcement but was received with great zeal and zest. It was well known that the Summer Olympics of 2046 was going to be held in Netheria, and now they finally had the venue for it.

After the audience calmed down, it was Kiara's turn to introduce the Noxville Amusement Park. The audience was shown the 3D Design of the park in detail and she calmly introduced all the major attractions in the Park, which included the world's Biggest Ferris Wheel, the world's Longest and most thrilling Rollercoaster and almost all the Rides one could think of. 

She also revealed the design of the Private Airport that was going to be built on the outskirts of the new Noxville, as well as the new Hiking Trails that would lead to the Slovakian Mountains, allowing tourists to behold some of the most beautiful sceneries in the world. 

After that, Kiara excused herself and invited Rebecca to continue with the presentation. 

The blonde girl then introduced them to another ambitious and gorgeous project of the Black Forest Group. She showed them 3D images of the 26 Castles on the Slovakian Hills around Noxville and also showed them the designs of 55 Luxurious Mansions and Villas which included some beautiful Cottages around small artificial lakes. 

As expected, the audience was left in awe of these beautiful homes. After all, each of the designs was unique and had copyrights on them, which meant that they would be one of a kind in the entire world. Rebecca then asked them to check the details on the Tabs that were on their seats. And then she excused herself and invited Keith on the stage to join his wife.

The raven-haired girl patiently waited a few minutes, allowing all the guests to go through the information about these homes. And then she finally revealed the big news. 

"We are going to hold the Auction for 10 Castles and 20 Mansions and Villas tonight. The details that you have just gone through are about these 30 Homes that will be up for sale." Amelia lightly said when she saw the agitation in the eyes of the people. 

The audience tonight consisted of some very wealthy people who could afford to splash the money right away, and that was the reason why Keith had decided to hold the first Auction tonight. 

"The Auction will start at 11 pm in the Opera House," Keith said. "Please take your time and go through the details of each home so that you can make the best choice. There are, of course, rules and restrictions, which prevent individuals and families from owning more than a specific number of these homes, so, do choose the ones you really want." 

The audience understood his words, and then the event continued where Keith and Amelia revealed the Financial Details of Noxville. They also introduced the Business Magnates who were already part of the Project and owned the Business Towers, and then they revealed their own Twin-Towers in the Noxville, the Demiliore Towers. One of them belonged to Demiliore Consortium, and the other belonged to the Black Forest Group. 

"Noxville is not taking any bookings for Business Towers right now for new members. The window to register Business Towers for new members will open in September next year." Keith informed them. 

It was something that the people were already aware of. After all, all the members of the existing Noxville reserved the right to book their Towers in the new Noxville first, and they had this 14-month window to make their decision. 

The Demiliore Family already owned the Towers in the new Noxville even though they were previously not part of any of the three Noxville. But considering that their Heir was the partner of the Project, it was not something unacceptable. 

"The bookings on the Business and Entertainment Streets will be open from 9 am, tomorrow morning. You can place your bookings at the Black Forest Group in the Starlight Tower, Sameran City, at the Noxville France, the Noxville Russia, and the Noxville Persia." Keith gave them good news, which was welcomed with applause. 

The event ended with a closing speech by Leilah and Keith, and the guests who were interested in the Auction were urged to head to the Opera House. 

The homes they were putting up for Auction tonight included a few of the finest ones in the lot, and those who were interested in them knew that they could not miss out on them. 

In just one night, the Black Forest Group generated a revenue of 5.1 Billion Neris by the sale of these 30 Homes in the new Noxville. And nearly 3.2 Billion of this 5.1 Billion was their profit, which would cover the cost of the Amusement Park as well as the two resorts that they planned on building. 

"The Second Auction for the remaining homes will take place six months later on January 1st, 2042." 

To those who had missed out today on the homes that they desired, it was welcome news. But it also made their hearts bleed as they understood that the prices of the remaining homes would be much higher six months later than they were today. And those who had managed to secure their homes tonight felt even better after this news.
