Chapter 178 - Vanguard Forward

as General & Colonel Forester both Head north into the now Decimated Russia Ragnar is currently flying towards Poland as it's now the frontline holding the Whitespikes back but are quickly losing not only that but Poland is host to Poland France Germany and Italy's military who are fervently doing all they can to stem the tide and hold the aliens in the east but are losing ground fast.

Ragnar is with his 990 Vanguard acting as the Forward troops who will land first in Poland the rest of the army consisting of 200 thousand including tanks and vehicles and such will arrive in around 1 hour its Ragnar and the vanguards job to hold that area till the rest get there.

-Poland eastern War Front-

Polish General- Tanks Open fire -BOOOOOOM as a hundred or more tanks fire as the whitespikes charging lines get smashed yet more are coming- Tanks Fire at will Infantry Hold the defence line Choppers Cover fire on all infantry Airforce take out there backlines.

German commander- We are losing more and more every hour we won't last without help Get on Com's I want reinforcements from anywhere we need help and now.

French commander- Are lines are being overrun we need to fallback or risk being wiped out Get on coms now we need more men.

Italian General on com's- are lines are gone the enemy has killed everyone the right-wing of the whole defence has fallen we need help NOW we need -ARRGGHHHHH- bzzztttt.

-Command centre-

The Right-wing has fallen we are going to lose we must pull back no- ???????? Strange Horn sounding threw out the land.

from the south comes around 100 flying Dropships as they reach the allied right-wing what look like troops jump from the dropships as they fall and land they make Boom noises as they land from there a few pull out handheld horns and blow as the horn sound goes off Strong and Loud as they form a long line of around 1 thousand from there hands you see Bright light as they charge the white spikes Head on and from there the allied forces see what can only be described as the whitespikes broke upon them men as water would a cliffside Them men stood there ground and did not take a single step back.

The dropships were raining hell on the whitespikes from above and the allied force's Right-wing survivors managed to reform and regroup then the rest of the allied forces started to focus on their front.

Ragnar landed at the allied command center as he had told them he and his men shall take care of the rightwing till his main force arrives and helps all fronts as he informed each general of the incoming help each was happy and relived 200 thousand troops were inbound around an hour out.

Ragnar was now at the right front along his men as they were fighting CQC against the Whitespikes as more and more were coming the drop ships let lose raining missiles bullets and such the tide of enemies however was not slowing its was speeding up the rightwing had garnered the Whitespikes complete attention as they had left the other fronts and where now focusing on the right front as tens of millions where charging the right front the allied forces had diverted around 40% of there remaining forces to the right-wing and where aiming at the enemy open flanks the vanguard however where split all over the rightwing as they where fighting back to back with each other the immortal ones were with Ragnar carving a path threw the whitespikes but the many hundreds who where not immortal where fighting back to back and side by side other vanguards but as the minutes went by 1 by 1 vanguard fell as they where grabbed and dragged into the mass of whitewpikes every minute you would see a explosion from a vanguard chaos grenade going off before they die.

Ragnar was getting angrier and angrier as was his remaining men as their brothers or sisters were dieing BUT they were proud they died fighting and with honor and pride they fought with more fury and finally the hour was up as from the 990 vanguards that landed only 500 were now left alive over 490 brothers and sisters had passed.

from the south came a Loud noise of hums and such as a huge dark mass was seen within seconds the army had landed and was split 30 thousand had been sent to the left-wing and the 2 central area's 110 thousand was now on the rightwing as they saw the vanguards numbers many became sad but more became angry and took to fighting soon as they landed tanks bikes humvees where rushing around the right-wing as it was a clear warzone.

Ragnar and the remaining 500 vanguards were smack in the middle of the whitespikes as they had surrounded them it would take the main army anywhere to 10 minutes to more to carve their way here it's a test of time who outlasts who Ragnar and his troops were holding there own even under complete suppression and ungodly outnumbered yet Ragnar remembered his farther as he would lead his men Forward and they would answer that call with zeal and fervor.

Ragnar- VANGUARD FORWARD -he breaks the circle and charges forward-

as he does this his men see this and for some reason and for an instant they saw it an image of their emperor stood beside Ragnar and as if a fire had been lit on their ȧss They shouted cheered and roared as they charged the whitespike front line they forgot all defense and just lost themselves to there fighting back to back side by side shoulder to shoulder it seems they had changed or 1 could say had awakened.

the allied forces and the army saw this and were amazed the main army seeing their brothers and sisters fight like such were encouraged and filled with a strange sensation as they moved forward step by step never taking a step back BUT ONLY FORWARD.
